Great prices, polite and professional staff. Worth the wait! Remember that these folks work hard every day to keep our vehicles running at tip-top shape. I usually hand a $20 to the manager so they can get coffee and donuts for the crew.

My Oil Light came on yesterday and knowing I still had another 2k miles to go before needing change, I stopped in today to see if oil needed topping off which it did. I appreciate the honest and courageous service they provided. You know, in back of my mind was this I bet they ll tell me I need to change the oil sooner than later , but Angel only confirmed what I already had though needing done without any additional sales pitch and presented with a pleasent demeanor as if he just sold me a whole transmission; he appeared that cheerful. Nice to have not been hassled into anything I didn t need. With that I feel obligated to have my oil change there once again when it's due.

This was my first time going to the Lube Center and Matt was the one helping me and he was very professional, funny, sweet and knowledgeable. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The place was very clean and I love how you can see what they are doing to your car while they service it through a screen. I use to wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil change at tires plus even with an appointment which was exhausting/ frustrating. I will definitely be coming here from now on for oil changes. Great job everyone at the Lube Center !

I cannot say enough Good things about the lube center. It is Clean and well-maintained. Every single person I have encountered at this location has been polite and professional. If you need any kind of automobile work that is within their spectrum, I would drive across town to go see them. Highly recommend recommended

Had a great experience today! The service was exceptional. Everyone was professional, and friendly. They gave me what I asked for and offered services that were recommendations as well with no pressure. Left there feeling like I was a valued customer! Will definitely be returning! Angela.

They do a good job the prices I feel are a little high but I am a member at the auto spa express so I get 20% off so it works Out to be like 36 bucks and change I think which isn t too bad when you check around but if it wasn t for the discount the minimum oil change is $50 bucks and that is for just the cheapest Oil change which is what I get because I don t need full synthetic. I drive a 2010. Oh, and one more thing they never seem to have enough employees when I went yesterday the line was super long and I went two days before that and it was double the length so that s why I left and went back yesterday to a different location and it was still busy and they re only running one person down in the pit And one person up top checking everything on all the different cars and then there s I guess the woman manager that rings everything up and everything I mean they get it done but they could use another at least and they could bang out cars a lot faster and make more money I feel like because people are starting to just leave and that can t be good I m in they were Mercedes and Cadillacs and stuff newer cars so you know they re getting the full synthetic, so yeah I was losing light You know $70-$100 a car just saying but I ll definitely be back if I continue to get my discount from the car wash we re all good will you take that away then I m going to. OK there s my review hope it wasn t terrible.

And again....The way oil changes should be!! I called and spoke with Briana then drove over. She took some information and Nick changed the oil in my truck. The service was fast, friendly and was more affordable than I thought it was going to be for my vehicle. They gave me additional information on what I may need. I even got a free cup of coffee while I waited! Everyone was friendly in the service was fantastic! I even got a coupon for $5 off and a free car wash. (And I didn't have to get out of my vehicle and sit in some grimy waiting area!!)

My tech, Wenndi was delightful. She did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and suggested that I have a specific job done but since i did not have time she explained it can wait for my next service. I will be back in a few months.

I have been a return customer for a couple of years now and love the convenience of Jiffy Lube. The customer service is paragon. They are very efficient and explain everything in great detail. I like that they don't force you to upgrade your service. They explain why you should consider certain items and don't make you feel guilty for not getting it at that time. I do occasionally get those additional services and it made a difference in how my car drives. With that being said, I will continue to keep going to them.

Everything went perfectly as usual. The staff is always great to see. I have been going to this group for almost 15 years now. I moved to Harrisburg PA. 4 years ago and I only trust them to touch this car. I take the 1.5 hour trip because they know me and they like to see the car. They have always made sure to take care of the car and let me know what is going on so the car is perfectly maintained.

To echo another customer this is how oil changes should be. Super fast, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. It felt like I went on a great first date. On my way home, I literally went wow thinking about it. Not sure what the criteria for hire is at this location, but you ve nailed it. Thank you for the great experience!

Amazing team at The Lube Center, pulled in and out in about 10 minutes and they even let me know of a leak they saw while changing the oil. Fast, friendly and thorough. I will continue to go there every 5000 miles.

I am always so thankful for the incredibly high-level of professionalism shown at this establishment. I have a rather unique vehicle, and I have rather unique requirements in servicing it. They have always accommodated me in a professional and supportive environment. I would recommend this establishment to anyone keep up the great work!

Fantastic service. The team is courteous and thorough. You're able to watch the services occur in real time with a camera view while you sit in your car.The prices are fair and the location is great. The car wash provided afterward at Auto Express locations is solid.

I came in an hour before they close and didn t have any kind of reservation. The staff were not only super friendly but were fun to talk too. They gave my girlfriend and I some capri suns while we waited, and even offered something else once we finished. The prices are right in line with anywhere else but the quality service really makes the difference. I will absolutely be back.Service: Oil change

What a great experience! Serviced super fast, they changed my oil and made recommendations. Checked my lights, cleaned my windows and put air in my tires. In and out really quick & I felt really taken care of!

Just stopped in for low tire pressure & had oil & trans fluid checked. Employees were very Courteous & Respectful. I having all oil & other matters for my car at the Lube for years & will continue because of the service. I come this location all the time not once have I left dissatisfied. Thank You

I went to the Lube Center for the first time and they were great! There was no line! All of the employees were so kind and informative. They gave my dog biscuits and me water. I received a coupon for a free car wash. I also found a $10 coupon online for my oil change. I will definitely be back!

I sent my son there to get his first oil change in his own and $289 he couldn t even afford to her his tire rotation. They told him things needed to be done that didn t and everything was completely over charged. Never again

The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! They informed on about a few add ons but didn t push anything. They even gave the kids lollipops and juice boxes! We will definitely be back!

These guys always know whats up. They check everything maintance wise, and never pressure me when i need to wait on doing something for a bit. Love being able to stay in my car while everyone takes care of her.

Brandin was wonderful performing my oil change and general top offs on my car, he was so friendly and helpful. The cashier, I think her name was Briana (she had a butterfly tattoo on her neck) was so sweet as well, she made conversation during my service and was absolutely lovely the whole interaction. The whole experience left me smiling and I will definitely be returning :)Service: Oil change

The place was immaculate and ordered.The staff attentive and engaging.Services explained and executed quickly and efficiently.No pressure recommendations and good manners throughout the process.Some of the services seem a bit steep though...stick with the basic oil change.

I own an older Toyota. The skid plate needs removed to change the oil. Briana did the admin, Jason was the toptech, Robert the bottom tech. They knocked it out with a great attitude. Very friendly, love that I didn t have to chase my 2 yr old around a waiting room, and they were very sweet offering drinks, snacks, or even lollipops(sugar free )made sure I knew to come in and they would handle topping off my fluids so I didn t have anything to worry about on top of my busy life
