Brought in my car for warranty work. Catalytic converter was failing, just barely within warranty. They had a great support staff, and saw my car quickly. When I got it back, they had only driven a few miles, and the fuel economy was high so I could tell they drove it gently. After getting it back, there was something wrong with the steering. Brought it back the next day, senior tech drove it with me, and was able to identify and solve the problem. They resolved the issue, and my car was back within a day.The staff was extremely friendly, Bunny was such a joy to work with, and the quality of service was great. Some dealers are not well equipped or experienced with the Focus RS, but this one handles it very well and provided quality service. I am extremely satisfied with this work and would 100% recommend. My wife will definitely be going there for more service, she had a great experience with getting her car inspected and tires mounted earlier this year.

Had a great experience in Fredrick. Pat the GM was so accommodating. Koffi helped me get into my new Subaru, made the entire process easy and hooked me up with some pretty cool features. Extremely satisfied and appreciate all the help and guidance! Thanks guys

Brad was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and listened to what we had in mind for a new car as well as our budget and finance options. We are completely satisfied and honestly our next car will be a Subaru. Everyone was great and it was the easiest time getting a car that I've ever experienced!

This was my first dealership car buying experience. Roberto Lopez was extremely easy to deal with. He gave me a great price on a Forester without having to haggle. I had a great experience with all their staff. I couldn t not have asked for a better time at this dealership!!! I highly recommend this place!!

Our car was diagnosed and fixed promptly. It was finished overnight and since we are a one car family. Subaru of Frederick gave us a loaner which was very helpful. Our car was fixed so well that it rides like a new car. To say we were pleased is an understatement. Thanks to Jim who we worked with and everyone who contributed to a great experience.

The overall experience was easy and not stressful. The sales team were transparent about the sale price and trade in value for my old car.The hardest part was when they offered the optional additional warranties and coverage. It was confusing and expensive but with all of the electronic equipment on the cars these days, seemed like a good idea to buy the extended coverage.

I took my car in to the body shop to get an estimate on the damage. Kevin checked the car thoroughly wrote up an estimate and gave me options. I scheduled an appointment to have the repairs completed. The job was completed within the timeframe I was given when I dropped the car off. Kevin was polite, knowledgeable and great to deal with.

Grant made the entire car buying process low stress, low pressure and low key. He is so knowledgeable about the Subaru models and trim levels. He was as involved as we wanted him to be in our shopping experience, answering questions when we had them and letting us window shop as much as wanted. We visited multiple times over the course of a month until we made a decisions. When we were ready to buy, he moved quickly and was super responsive. He got us exactly what we wanted and in our new car fast. The purchase and finance process was seamless as well. We couldn t be happier with our new car and the service provided by Grant and the team at Frederick Motor company. We ll be a repeat customer here for sure!

Great experience purchasing a Subaru Accent from Dave and the crew at Frederick Motor Company. Taken care of every step of the way and constantly made to feel welcome and at ease through the entire process. I highly recommend working with them.They mentioned it has been a family business since the early 1900 s. The hospitality and attention to customer service is definitely a legacy continued from this small family owned business.Thank you again for helping us go home with the perfect family car.

I ve been taking my car to the Frederick Motor Company ever since I relocated back to Maryland. Every experience has been great. I had been living in California for decades, and was used used to the exorbitant prices charged by dealership service department. That has never happened to me with Frederick Motor Company. I make an appointment and wait for my car to be done in their very comfortable waiting room. If it takes five minutes longer than they told me, they will come out and let me know and tell me the reason why. That s only happened once. They are courteous, efficient, and always do a great job at a reasonable price.I highly recommend them.

Daryl Jordan was an awesome sales agent. He was very thoughtful and helpful throughout our whole purchase. He took his time to explain things and was very patient. Stafford the sales manager was also helpful but was a little rude at some points and could use some more people skills. Overall the experience was great and I'm thankful for eveyone who helped me purchase my new F250. I would definitely recomend this place and when you go, ask for Daryl.

Dropped my car for a major service that seems to have been correctly done. The car was returned earlier than expected. One additional service item was done but one was skipped. A minor delivery problem was quickly resolved. Overall, I like these guys.

This place just knows how to treat their customers! Definitely the best service department I ve been to as everything was made easy. I couldn t take my car to other places because I had an issue living too far away from service departments to get a ride. Not this place.. great people working and I couldn t believe they delivered my car back to me after all the work that has been done.

Bradley Shortt at Frederick Subaru took excellent care of us. The best customer service experience we have ever had buying a car!!The whole atmosphere at Frederick Subaru was amazing. Very customer oriented. Ed in finance was friendly and informative and took wonderful care of us.Especially because of Bradley we would highly recommend Frederick Subaru!!!

Great experience. No hard pushy sales tactics. Grant was very knowledgeable about products and features, even made sure we saw actual colors of paint options. Had no problem with us leaving and discussing options. Entire staff was great. Wish more dealers were like this.if you are in the market for a Subaru I highly recommend them.

This is second time I ve brought my car here for service and both times I was just amazed by the respect and professionalism of the staff (and specifically Jim the service manager).First time was an urgent request and he squeezed me in and handled it quickly. I thought it was a much bigger issue and it was a simple easy fix that was easy on the wallet! He explained everything in detail and was not patronizing at all - which as a woman happens far too often when I bring my car in for service.The second time it was a much bigger issue and I was at 60,006 miles (of a 60k warranty) and he checked himself to see if I had an extended warranty (I did not think I did) and turns out it was covered. He also fixed it in a day (and had initially told me 4-5 to get the parts). Throughout the process he was honest, respectful and extremely professional. Frederick Subaru has my business as long as Jim is employed there!

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had purchasing a vehicle from the Frederick Motor Company. From the high car IQ low pressure approach of John O'Neil and the internet sales team, to Pete's kindness in the actual car purchasing process and Chris' work in constructing a really extraordinary deal - I can say unequivocally that Frederick Motor Company provided me the perfect car buying experience.2023 is a challenging time to buy a car.Frederick Motor Company WILL make it better.

Great customer service, Curtis went out of his way to accommodate me with a loaner on a walk in, had my brakes replaced plus some other work, he kept me informed about the prices and completed the work in a very timely manner. I ve always had great experience at Subaru Frederick Service department.

The company has been great with every vehicle services! They even got a nice recent were a ford employee drive to your location and that has been very convenient in regard to recent minor on my F150 windshield wipers motors +wire harness. Thanks again for your awesome service!

My experience with the Frederick Motor Company was excellent. From the time we arrived at the dealership, my wife and I were respected, never pressured and treated very honestly and openly. The price offered for my trade was unexpected and actually $200 more than KBB. Negotiating the price of the new car was very low pressure and more like a conversation. Grant and Ed took care of us, and stayed well past the 8:00pm closing time to deliver our vehicle.Very positive experience with the Frederick Motor Company!

Quick, professional , and efficient service - right from oil change, tire rotation, and the entire works ! So pleased.The customer lounge was so comfortable and clean with WiFi and great seating. The rest rooms were impeccably clean. This is going to be my go to service location for my Fords from now on!!These guys deserve more than 5 stars
