Great wash, free use of the vacuums, mat cleaner, and towels! I typically go to the one on Monocacy, but stopped at this one today and was just as pleased. For $10 my car is clean inside and out. It is very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but I only waited about 7 minutes in the line to get through. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will go to this one again or the one on Monocacy. I really should just get a membership.

I have to say this has got to be the BEST car wash company EVER! The employees are great, my grandsons car came out so amazing & it was pretty bad! Lol The vacuums are free & they have towels for you to use to wipe the inside clean & to dry your car,

GIVE MITCHELL A PROMOTIONMitchell at the auto spa on Buckeystown pike went above and beyond any service I ve ever had.My car got stuck in the vaccum area and he went and watched so many videos and did endless attempts until he fixed it!My car wouldn t shift out of park and he was able to fix it which I know is not apart of his job but he was so cool calm and collected and greatly exceeded any expectations I would have for an auto spa.Please do me a favor and go get a car wash to support them this weekMitchell I can t thank you enough and I know you have a prosperous future ahead of you

Better than the typical gas station car washes. Vaccine, pressured air to get water out of small places and drying towels included. A few down sides.... The towels seem to smear car wash residue when drying and the vacuum nozzles often come off the tube. Reasonably priced.

I am a Super wash monthly subscriber but it appears the Auto Spa Express in Frederick may have new formulas, I went through the wash and appeared to get a basic wash, (my kids confirmed identifing there were no colors to the soaps being applied) so I asked to go through again advising the possible mistake and appeared to get the same basic or regular wash again. Hopefully, this was an error for this day only 14 DEC. Has anyone else experienced this?UPDATE: Thank you for responding and addressing the issue! I'm looking forward to my next visit. Love getting a fresh clean wash quickly and easily. Also happy there have been additional vacuums added to this location.

Super neat! We are not from that area so it was different from other car washes we have been too. They had the car wash and multiple spots for cleaning the inside of your vehicle. Genius idea! Wish we had closer to us!

It had everything you need to clean your car. Reasonably priced which comes with free vacuum and clean towels to wipe down your car. Highly recommend

Free vacuums and matt cleaners, they offer clean rags to wipe excess drips, and have a compressed air gun at each vacumm spot to use for getting those hard to reach spots.The automatic car wash uses microfiber cloths for a soft touch. Leaves your vehicle with an excellent shine. The monthly pass is well worth it if you find yourself washing the car at least 2x a month.

Got a free car wash and vacuum after having my oil change at the Lube Center across the street. Nice! The cashier that took my coupon was super friendly too.

Great automatic car wash. I use their monthly subscription for one of my cars and it always comes out clean and smelling nice. Timings are convenient and the free vacuums are handy.

This wash leaves pink spots (soap residue) all over my car. I used it on two occasions after purchasing the most premium membership. I only took it through a second time to see if this is a regular issue or if maybe it was the wax spray and I could just solve the problem by getting a less premium membership, but I was told that it is the soap and this will happen at any wash level. Now they refuse to refund me because I used the membership. Obviously I used the membership. That's why I know it's no good. I do not recommend this company. Terrible customer service.UPDATE: The owner responded to this review, requesting that I call their customer service number. I called and got Megan Trout's voicemail. But she is the one who emailed me earlier saying, "I can not honor a refund at this time since you used the membership."I spent $39 for the monthly membership, and I feel very ripped off at this point.

I have been using the Auto Spa since I moved to Frederick 15 years ago. I also use your Lube Center exclusively as well. I am currently moving to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I couldn't be more thrilled to find out that you will have both the oil center and the car wash roughly about 45 minutes from my house. The trip is well worth it. The Lube Center is the only place I trust with my precious Magnum SRT8. I'm extremely picky about who I let touch the car.

I own a business down the street and take 7 of our vans here daily along with my personal Maserati, lambo and amg I seriously take them here daily since the car wash is beside my shop I ve never had any damage to my vehicles EVER! An I have watch so many people go look what your car wash did to my car like did they do a Pre-inspection before they went into the wash?! Just had to rant because I get so tired of coming in an people claiming this makes me sick! Otherwise amazing car wash!!!!! And the employees are freaking amazing here FYI they re on it

The manager here is awesome and staff is great. I come everyday , literally. One day the machine pulled over my wiper blade.Herb replaced both my wiper blades on the spot and I was good as new in 5 minutes.Clearly a staff that values they re customers.I can t say enough about how positive they re attitude is here. I kk def be a loyal lifetime customer!

Their customer service is AMAZING! We had a small issue going through an Auto Spa at a different location.We reached out online for help, and the manager at this location jumped in and helped very quickly.He remedied the situation, and even offered us a free car wash for our trouble.Totally unexpected! Great job! Thank you!

Love this place but something needs to be done about the freeloaders that hog up vacuums. They drive in from the back side and pretend they don t see the line then drive in a spot. I m sure most don t pay for a wash either. Regulate this and I m sure you won t have so much congestion. Won t be long before I cancel membership if it keeps up.

Overall this is an awesome easy way to get your vehicle clean. Sometimes the provided towels will smell like mildew, and the vacuums are becoming way too clogged up withen the hose, - but by no means is any of their issues even close to being bad to the point I won't go, hell I just left there maybe 15mins ago. Definitely still love going.

This was my first time at this car wash. The wash wasn't the greatest. My truck was still dirty. I had to get out and wipe my truck down and my tires. The employees were nice.

Not a fan of how it's set up. 1) I prefer to exit the car when it goes through the automatic wash. 2) A little help with vacuuming and wiping the surfaces for an extra charge would be nice. If I wanted to clean my car myself, I'd just do it in my driveway.This car wash is more of a self-service car wash, so I'm not a big fan.

Excellent place to clean your vehicle. Always friendly personell working. Best place to clean everything, always clean cloth and vacuums. Wish they had more spaces for vacuums and shine, most time backed up.

I normally hate automatic car washes cause they suck. But this one is actually decent and the membership is an amazing price and way to save money while looking great. you get to take ur time and enjoy ur time cleaning up ur baby with everything you need on site. Check em out.
