I totally recommend Superior Auto for any work you need done to your vehicle! Rob is the best! He is so helpful, trustworthy & goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule! Dave & Eric are great too!

As the name of the company indicates, I have ALWAYS received superior service from both the well-skilled service technicians and the front office personnel. I have visited their Frederick , MD location on several occasions, and though I have moved to northern Virginia, I would not hesitate to return to them as they treat me as a valued customer and take care of my vehicle.Tom

Superior did a very nice job with my vehicle tuneup. They went the extra mile (really!) and gave me a ride to and from work while my vehicle was with them. I've been going to then for a couple years now and they are always awesome.

Fast and Quick service. Note in the past three week I have had:1. My Class A RV, Thor for what I call Traveling Service. They performed a detail inspection service and provided the Documents to put your mind at ease.2. The Jeep is my toe vehicle and it was in for Warranty/Normal Auto service.3. Toyota Highlander was need a wrecker service to be taken to the facility. It was quickly take care-of and my wife was back on the road.All my issues were addressed quickly by Dave and Rob. All repairs/cost were upfront and delivered when promised.I highly recommend their service. Also they a Veteran supportive facility. Thanks, Juan

I work for A&E Factory Services and Superior Does a wonderful job fixing the fleet vehicles we have best experience I've had dealing with any other auto centers . They're helping and honest as they come. I recommend this place over any where in the Tri State area.

I spoke with Rob on the phone and he helped me procure the parts needed for my service and setup my appointment with ease. The quote was exactly what was invoiced to me, so no surprises. Recommendations for my vehicle were provided with transparency. My first experience with this repair shop was excellent. I look forward to returning with future needs for my vehicle.

Great location, nice people.No regret, they're friendly. Before they talk about money, they see the problem of your vehicle first.I bought my car last year at carmax, couple of months later, I brought my car to tire world for services, and then they told me: Madame your engine is really bad, you need to buy another car. I ran back to the dealer and explained that, and then they referred me there. I met a gentleman named Rob, very nice.He told me.Who asked you to buy another vehicle.Your car is perfectly fine. Since then, I drive my car 5 days a week from : Frederick to Washington DC.Good people, and l great locationThanks do much guys.See you soon.You are great family. Rob at Superior Auto is always very professional, relatable and talks you down during car crisis situations. He and the Superior Auto Team have helped me many times in crisis as my car has broken down over the summer months in excoriating heat and have always helped to meet my cars needs and maintain all the maintenance so that my jeep can continue to be on the road. I am satisfied with the work done by superior auto and the inspections and estimates they gave me for my car. I ve done a lot of my own work on cars. I came from a $6k estimate at the VW dealer, which seamed way off to me, to about $1,500 at Superior Auto. Superior Auto had a better idea of what actually need to be done on my car and had better prices than the dealer.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Full vehicle inspection when I only came in for headlights. It was so very kind of them to map out what I needed to focus on for my car care maintenance. In addition to taking my vehicle and caring for ir all day Superior also provided drop off and pick up service, I was local and its cold - this was a bonus.

This shop is incredible - each time I've gone here I've had exceptional, honest service and I trust these guys are the best. The pricing is fair, the work done is outstanding, and most of all these guys make a typically stressful situation (as car repairs tend to be) into a smooth and easy situation. They're also SO honest and will tell you exactly what you need to know and patiently answer all questions you may have! Rob & Eric were especially helpful to me and gave me great advice moving forward with my particular vehicle model that will ultimately save me thousands in repairs! Absolutely go here for service!

Our Mercedes-Benz RV had two warning lights light up on a recent trip. Superior quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue, made the repairs in the stated time, and had a competitive price. The highest praise should be given to Superior Auto! I prefer not to take my vehicle to any other Service Center. Because of the guaranteed workmanship of all maintenance or guidance from either the staff or management, I decided to let two and a half years of a five-year "anytime" alignment package warranty expire at another service center. Reason being, I feel more confident after any work is performed and not feeling like they were trying to sell me a bill of goods. They go over and above to ensure providing the best service. On one occasion, when I called for advice, they offered to come to my residence to determine if they could fix it then, or if necessary, offered to tow it to the shop. Mechanic fixed the problem while at residence which just shows they go over and above and care about their customers. I've already referred Superior Auto Service Center to neighbors, friends, and family.Service: Electrical

I bought my van from Carmax an they started sending me to Superior Auto for work an maintenance. Superior Auto is honest and does great work. I always leave happy with the work that has been performed. - Every time I bring my car in they do great work!!

I have had warranty work and tuneups and tire replacement performed at Superior Auto in the last year and have been very pleased with every experience. Super friendly guys and good workmanship! I had a $400 quote from somewhere else replacing a dysfunctional headlight, Superior fixed it for $72. They accurately diagnosed and fixed a bearing at a fair price. Very courteous.

The people here were so kind and really helped us with quick car service when my husband and I were caught in a bind. They have a service to help get you home while the car is in the shop and now that I have the car back, I can already tell it s driving better. We ll be going back and will recommend it to others.

Very kind and friendly throughout the service. But later when reviewing my bill I realized that they had charged me $145 in labor fees to install a $15 stud nut. Did not realize it at first because they told me it was very "labor intensive"and I was desperate. Ladies, if you have limited experience with cars do not go here, they will take advantage and bleed you dry.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement
