I recently bought a Subaru at another dealership as there were fee dealers in the area that had them on the lot when I was looking. I wish I could have done business here as when I spoke to a sales person, I think his name was Grant, was very informative and not the typical salesman type, he seemed genuinely very interested in giving helpful information and there were no salesman tactics that most places use. I received a recall on the car and since I live in Frederick I took it to Frederick Subaru and got excellent customer service. Curtis was extremely helpful in the service department. They were able to give me a loaner car for the day and took care of addressing the recall. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for future service issues. Thank you so much!

Ken and his service team went beyond the extra mile to fix my 23 Maverick. They discovered that some previous warranty work I had done (at another service center) wasn't entirely to spec, and those problems needed to be corrected before they could work on the truck. Instead of telling me I was on my own, they took great care to document the issues, and worked internally to get the repairs approved and covered. I was not looking forward to navigating this on my own, so I'm very grateful and appreciative to the staff here. It was a tough situation, and they nailed it! I had my truck back and running like a top in less than 24 hours.

This is the best service in the DMV area! I had to schedule my first service on a very short notice and while there were no spots available online, I was fitted into the schedule and got my car serviced in less than an hour. It was extremely helpful to have all my records (incl service contract) pulled up ahead of my arrival, so the car was taken into service literally the minute I got there and all the paperwork was ready! For over 2 years now, the Ford Motor Company Fast Lane services, have been exceptional in all my F250 needs. They have lived up to the name, fast lane. They do diligently while remaining always customer friendly and polite. I wish the main garage at Ford Motor Company was this good. But since this review is about the Fast Lane, I will stick to it - highly recommended!Service: Oil change

We moved to Florida five years ago, but still find Subaru Frederick Motor company to be the BEST service anywhere. Our 10 year old Outback had a transmission issue on our way to Bethany Beach, DE. . The dealer in Salisbury was the closest, but they could not guarantee the part because it was on back order. When I called Jim in the service department, he told us to drop it off Sunday night when we got back to our daughter s house in Frederick. By 3pm on Monday, he had the car ready to return to Florida on Tuesday.I have had many different cars in the 56 years I ve been driving, but never have I felt as much like part of the family as I do at Frederick Motor Company! They have been the best service department I have ever had the pleasure to work with.I ve always said a dealership is only as good as its service department - and these folks are the best!Thank you for taking such good care of us.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

The service I received from the time I entered the front door until the time I received my vehicle was grate. I arrived at 12:55 and I walked out at 1:50. I will always bring my car to this location. I am especially grateful for the service I received from Dan (I hope I got his name right) he has a wonderful disposition and a great smile. Thanks to the whole team for the wonderful service I always receive!!

I ve always had a good experience with the service department. Estimates are accurate and not inflated. Estimated wait times and completion times are accurate as well. The service reps have mastered the art of communicating clearly and often.

They are great. I got my Outback there in 2022. Recently I brought it in for lift gate issue., they fixed it by replacing the motor same afternoon without charge.

This company has excellent customer service. They diagnosed my Subaru accurately and fixed all of the issues in a timely and cost effective (other quotes were higher) manner. I have always received great customer service at this location. Saturdays are usually busy & a longer wait but not unbearable. The scheduled appointment was estimated to take one hour. It took a little over an hour to complete all scheduled services. Since I was waiting at the dealership to while the work was performed, I was very pleased. The service tech even reminded me that I had service points to credit towards the appointment which helped to cut the bill in half.Service: Side view mirror repair

If I could give zero stars. I would. Picked up vehicle after warranty transmission repair to the pos 10 spd in an '18 Expedition. The issue persisted immediately. Took 6+ weekess for them to look at it again, then claimed over mileage for warranty. Also waiting on rear entertainment to be repaired after first repair unsuccessful. Been waiting 6 months "on parts". Ended up retrieving vehicle and selecting new dealership to service my vehicle.Timeliness of this service department absolutely abhorrent. I should note my business and I have been lifetime ford customers and used this dealership for as long as I remember. Not anymore.Services: Electrical repair, Transmission repair

I came here because of an issue with my car and its new battery, bought from a different company. When arriving the issue had resolved itself, go figure! Curtis Skora, their Service Advisor, informed me of the cost to check out the cars issue. We discussed it and instead I was able to take advantage of needing an oil change and the mileage car maintenance due on the vehicle. Curtis informed me that if the issue came up while they had the car they would then do a deeper investigation. My sister picked me up and we continued with our plans. It wasn t long before I received a call from the dealership and my service was completed. The issues didn t arise and I got my car serviced! I was recommended for upcoming car care with timeframe and approximately the cost for repairs. I traveled home to Virginia and was very pleased with my experience Frederick Subaru of Maryland. Thank you Frederick Subaru and Curtis for taking the time discussing my car issues and costs with me and not performing any unnecessary services. Stopped in for an oil change at their express service lane. The service writer told me an hour, maye 1.5. About 30 minutes later he called. Vehicle was done. Oil plug hasn't fallen out yet.Price was cheaper than where I currently go. If they keep that level of expediency, they will keep a customer.

Walked into the service center and was met with service writer and found him to be very professional. My vehicle was taken in very quickly for a oil change while I waited.They performed my oil change as well as safety check on my truck. Also seen the mechanic perform checks for the fluid levels and check for any leaks prior to bringing my truck out to me. Was glad to see the mechanic took time yo double check the work he performed.

Helpful, Professional and accommodating. I couldn't pick up by 6pm so they offered to leave my keys with the sales dept who was open until 8pm. Little things make a big difference! This is my first time using their service dept but I've used their parts dept before and had great experience there too. Worth the drive from Hagerstown

Curtis is definitely an asset to Frederick Subaru service staff. He took care of scheduling the services for my Subaru. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He scheduled shuttle service for me--The driver was courteous, professional as well. Curtis took time to explain the alignment results, which I appreciated. Jim is also an asset to the staff--I greatly appreciate both of them. Service staff/maintenance was excellent!! I dealt with Jim in the service department on a warranty situation that was just outside the time limit. He was extremely helpful helping me navigate through Subaru corporate to get my repair covered. Jim was professional and courteous in making sure my repair went smoothly and in a timely manner. My Subaru Outback wouldn t start and our local mechanic couldn t fix it. We called Frederick Motor Company and the had it up and running the next day. Furthermore, they cleaned the car for us. The service department was friendly and we would definitely us them again
