I came here to trade in my car and purchase a new vehicle. Conner was amazing. It took a LONG time but it was worth the wait. I was very nervous and anxious and Conner assured me that I was in good hands. He was great at keeping me positive about the whole situation. I also want to thank Lance for helping with the financing. They both came together in helping me purchase my first new car. Thank you again.

I worked with Lance who was absolutely amazing! Lance worked with time barriers, credit barriers and still got me into the exact car I wanted. He was very helpful at explaining things to me and worked very efficiently and best of all within my budget. I have never driven a truly reliable car, and I m so glad Lance took care of me! They even delivered my car to my work because I was working a 16 hour shift! AMAZING!

So I had the pleasure of doing business with Sean and Dustin and when I tell you a time was had. From the greeting at the door from Sean to us calling each other family at the end of the deal just goes to show how at home they make you feel. I have never been to a car dealership and felt like I was the getting over lol. These men were awesome they did not give up on us and they made sure we were taken good care of. Dustin s expertise and Sean s outgoing personality is a dynamic duo that any dealership would need.Dustin is a very smart and knowledgeable man. He s knows his stuff and he knows how to get things done. Sean a very friendly guy with a heart of gold. And I can t leave out the rest of the team. Christian, and fly guy Brendan were also great to work with. My guy Tim Long in service was amazing as well. I just have to say the entire establishment was amazing the staff showed great customer service, they were knowledgeable, friendly, funny and just a great team. I would recommend them to anyone I know and I will. They deserve 10 stars. Thanks again I m glad I found my new home for my older car and my cousin.

Bought a car from Julian and I would definitely recommend him as your salesman. He went above and beyond to help make the experience great for me. I bought a Tesla from him and I was stuck at the charger trying to set up my account and he drove all the way to where I was (30 mins from the dealership) just to give me the adapter to help me charge. Genuine people are hard to find, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I went to this location with my cousin because she needed an oil change. And ended up trading in my vehicle for a 2024. Dustin and Sean were absolutely amazing. They worked real hard to make sure I drove off the lot with my truck. I couldn t be more happier that I went there with my cousin. The customer service from them and the other staff was fantastic. Would definitely recommend a million times.

I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander phev that would not hold or take a charge. For the first three months my car was in and out of the shop. They never listened to the problems and told me it was fixed every time I went to pick it up, but ultimately never was. They sold me a lemon that I am still dealing with almost a year later. The General manager Dustin Himes avoids accountability and STILL owes me money for things he promised he would cover! Overall this place is a nightmare. If you re looking for electric cars or anything involving services avoid Renn Kirby Mitsubishi.

I worked with Julian to get the car I wanted. They spent hours trying to get me through every barrier we faced. They did an amazing job and genuinely put in the work and care for their customers. It s very rare to find a dealer ship like that. I hope they continue to do well in future endeavors.

I originally called into Renn Kirby to make sure the accord I was looking at was there, the salesman on the phone named Cobey was super helpful and confirmed the car was there. Once I did got into the dealership he was personable, friendly and made the experience comfortable. Very understanding and easy to talk to. Even brought me my new car so I didn t have to make another trip down to the dealership. Great customer service hands down! Chris was the manager at the time and he was also really helpful and helped me and Cobey settle on a fair deal. Great place to buy a car!

I just bought a car from Renn Kirby. Best car buying experience I have ever had. From the first contact with Cobey right through delivery of the car, he worked tirelessly to get me through the process. It was quicker than I ever experienced and Cobey stayed in touch regularly. He is professional, helpful, knowledgable and an all around great guy. Buy your next car from him!! You will be very happy. And Lance, his manager was great too. This was my first time purchasing a car. When I walked in the staff there are amazing. When I came in I was introduce to Randall who is one of the finance Managers there. He was very helpful from identifying several cars I was interested in to the full financial process. He helped me understand the financing importance in the car and what all would be needed and he worked so hard to make the numbers worked for my budget. I would highly recommend Reni Kirby and if you walk in ask for Randall Baber there. Promise he will make the process smooth and will make you happy with your choices.

I reached out to this dealership regarding a Tahoe they had and was hesitant to go up there from Richmond, VA due to the drive. After completely telling myself that I was keeping my jeep and telling the dealer we were passing on the deal.. my husband and I decided to take the 2.5 hr. drive to take a look and test drive the Tahoe. When we arrived, they already knew who we were! We were greeted by Dustin the General Manager and asked for Mike who was our salesman. We also had the opportunity to meet Lance the sales manager who was in contact with me regarding the deal before we decided to come to the dealer. One of the things I enjoyed about this specific dealership was that everybody was pretty much involved. We had other salesmen come over to talk to us while the deal was worked up since we then decided to not only trade in my jeep but my husband Lexus as well after falling in love with the Tahoe. Christian who help streamline the finishing touches of the deal with the finance portion, was also awesome. He helped answer any questions that came up at that time. After purchasing the Tahoe a few days later we noticed a dash code popped up to service the breaks and the break monitor. I reached out to Lance and he asked to take it to the Local Chevrolet dealer to have it check out. Turns out it just needed to be reset and Lance made sure that the diagnostics fee was reinbursed. He's been my go-to with any questions, very responsive and willing to help answer any questions. I highly recommend this dealership! I am happy I finally decided to jump on the vehicle I've been wanting for a while! Thanks guys for making this happen, hopefully we have the chance to work together again in the near future!

I like coming here to get my car serviced. I get a nice deal from a coupon through the website sometimes so that really saves money; and while I wait, I sit in a clean lobby where a variety of drinks are available while I wait for my car to be serviced.

These guys are amazing!! I worked with Brendan and RJ! Super nice and patient with all of my drama! Never felt pressured or rushed. Brendan came in on his day off to make sure I was able to look at the vehicle with him! Price was awesome as well! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Been dealing with renn kirby ever since their downtown location. Never had a bad experience. Yesterday I drove off in my 3rd car from them. Not to mention many purchased in my family...the experience could not have been any better! Everyone was so accommodating and sincere. They had so much patience with me! Visited Renn Kirby last Saturday to take a look at a 2013 Honda Fit we saw online. Might I say that I have been involved in now 3 vehicle purchases but Mike Acri made this the best one yet. He just caught our vibe from the beginning. This may be the easiest car buying experience we've had. I sent in an inquiry Saturday. Got texts from the dealer Sunday. Started texting Cobey, our salesperson. We got there 3:30. By 5:00, we pretty much signed all the papers with an excellent deal.By 5:30, we were enjoying the new car smell on our way home. They were attentive to our needs. We will return for sure.

I stopped by Renn Kirby of Frederick MD on Monday Feb. 26th, 2024. I saw a red 2019 KIA Sportage with 66,000+ miles for sale in the lot. What I found odd was none of their vehicles had sticker prices displayed on the window. Instead, they have barcodes that you scan for the information, provided you have the app on your phone. So, I went inside to talk with a salesman and decided to use the salesman (Mike) who opened the door for me. I asked the price and he looked it up on his computer and quoted me $17,285. It seemed like the high side of fair, but I took it for a test drive anyway. I also went into a parking lot and tested all the features to make sure everything worked. Great news everything worked satisfactorily, except there was this very small opening inside the driver side door handle. Odd, you could see what looked like electrical equipment inside.When I got back to the dealership Mike asked me how I liked the vehicle. I said I liked it . Then he wanted to proceed to crunch the numbers. I said wait I have a question. I took him to the passenger side of the car and asked what the little black button inside the door handle did. He showed me how it can lock or unlock that particular door. I said great and showed him it was missing on the other side. No worries he said, we ll just put it on a WE OWE SHEET and have it fixed.We go inside to crunch # s and he shows me a work sheet already printed out with the starting price of $20,120. What? You quoted me $17,250 before the test drive and now it s $20,120 when I get back. He apologizes, goes back to his manager and gets a new print out that shows the same price $20,120 but shows a discount of -$2,835 to get back to the quoted price of $17,250, like they re are doing me this big favor. Or were they trying to cheat me? Come to find out, since the time they have had this car (Dec, 2023) it was never priced higher than $19,495. The price went up and down many times until it settled at $17,285 on Feb. 25th.Oh well. So I went with Finance Manager to his office to do the deal. I have check made out in full to purchase the car. I am signing all the necessary paper work for purchase. Page after page after page until we get to the 2nd to last page where the WE OWE PAGE is disclosed and it is zeroed out. I said wait a minute. You are supposed to (according to Mike the salesman) fix the little button on the driver s door handle. He looks confused, so I take him out to show him the problem and he says he knows nothing about this. He would have to check with merchant who will supply the part. Oh no he says. The price of the part will be $197 + labor. After thinking about what they already tried to pull off in the beginning and now they want to play ignorant with me..DEAL OFF! .This part should have been fixed before the car was on the lot and the price of the fix include in the sales price. Do you think they didn t want to spend the $197 + labor to keep the asking price down and hope no one noticed? My experience with the Renn Kirby sales force in Fred, MD can not be trusted. Do not purchase the 2019 Red Kia Sportage without the button being fixed. The electronics in the door handle are exposed to the elements.

I purchased a used car from Renn Kirby. From the start, Clay made the purchase experience extremely easy. Every request I made, he was able to fulfill. Every call or text I made, he responded almost immediately. By the time I came into the dealership, it only took an hour to complete the purchase and drive away with my car. If you're looking to buy a vehicle, make sure you ask for Clay.

Do NOT buy, get your vehicle serviced, or work for any Renn Kirby dealership. They literally broke my vehicle during a simple oil change as well as will illegally change your payplan without your knowledge or consent. This dealership is unethical and extremely shady!

My purchasing experience with Colby was very good! During that time we came to an agreement that Renn Kirby would have some scratches fixed on my used Infiniti Qx60. When it was first done, it wasn't quite to my satisfaction, but Dakota in the service department defintely helped in getting it properly taken care of. He was very helpful, polite, and attentive to my concerns. He even gave me a loaner car while mine was being painted. Thanks Renn Kirby for your efforts in customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend others to Dakota and Colby.

Recently we visited the service center at Renn Kirby Mitsubishi for my daughter's first car. We met with Dakota, service advisor, who was very professional and courteous with us. He took the time to explain in detail what services the car needed. Although, it was an unexpected expense, he worked with us and our budget, providing an excellent service in a timely manner.

Sunny and Randall were nice to work with, However 2 weeks after I purchased my car from them, one of the managers reached out to me asking if I want to purchase a vehicle. I had to tell the manager that I already bought a car from them. Also they were supposed to transfer my tags from my old car to the new one. They forgot and 3 weeks later when I asked them if they renewed my registration to put my new tags on, they said they can t because they issued me new tags already and I had to come pick them up. Also the salesman that I was in the phone with was very unprofessional and actually laughed at me when I asked why my old tags weren t transferred. They told me I had to go to the MVA to get the issue solved. Lastly, the vehicle I bought was overpriced for the market and they don t like to budge on price.
