Sophie is great at her job. I have been in twice in a pinch and she has worked me in both times. Pretty tough to find that kind of customer service now a days. I'll be back for more service.

Mr. Kevin was beyond helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. He made me feel comfortable. They took great care of my car and me. Been going here for a year now and they are the best!! Would recommend them to anyone.

So, I got my brakes done here. The price is not cheap, but you are also receiving top of the line quality. The folks here are friendly, the service was fast too. I do recommend you book an appointment. This spot gets 5 Stars from me.

Such a great experience here for my first time! Took my car in for an oil change and overall check. Kevin was awesome. He helped me get in that day with only a short wait and later took the time to answer any questions I had and explain the minor findings Chris, the mechanic, had found during my cars health check. I will certainly be back and recommending to family and friends. Thanks again for your friendly, quick and helpful service

I called on Wednesday for a tire quote and appointment then had all mounted by the next afternoon within the promised timeframe. Prices were fair, instant and mail-in rebates available, finance offered, and I was well informed of options. Technicians discovered an alignment would be beneficial, which I was offered with no sales pressure at a reasonable price. Adam and Kevin were personable and professional. I was also pleased to meet the regional manager, Jim. This was a great transaction and experience- no fuss, efficient, and my vehicle is a safer, smoother ride. Highly recommended.

I had a truly negative experience at this location, the lack of customer service, and lying about telling me what services my car "needed" to have fixed.A few months back, I had a screw in my tire so brought my car in to this location because it was convenient and they could squeeze me in the next day. When I got there, I was first told that they could patch the hole no problem. Then about 5 minutes later, I was told that my tires actually weren't in good enough shape for the patch to be safe. I knew my tires were on the older side, so I trusted what they said. The said the patch would be OK temporarily until the new tires came in, so I opted for that option instead of driving around on my spare tire for a few days. While they were patching the tire, one of the mechanics came into the waiting room and told me that my brakes needed to be replaced soon. Then he gave me his personal phone number and said he could do the job for cheaper if I wanted to give him a call... very odd and unprofessional, but I brushed it off.I was told that my tires would be in after X amount of days, then scheduled an appointment to have them installed. Fast forward to the appointment day, I arrive and am told that the tires aren't there and they'd actually be arriving the following day. No phone call or advanced notice was given that the tires weren't actually ready which was inconvenient because I had to adjust my work schedule (that is not very flexible) to accommodate the appointment. This happened, I'm not even exaggerating, 2 MORE TIMES. I was heavily reassured "oh the tires will definitely be here tomorrow", but in fact did not come when I was told. Thankfully I learned to call ahead and double check before driving over for the appointment time. I was told this was some kind of glitch with the ordering software. I tried to be understanding about it, but was still very frustrated.Then I actually get the new tires put on (finally!!!) aaaaand the tires are defective. Again, I can't fault the shop- they didn't make the tires, but I feel like someone could have noticed the defect while installing as the tires "weren't totally round". But that was not caught and that meant I was going to have to coordinate another set of tires to be installed. There was so much time wasted and unnecessary time taken off of work for something that should have been this complicated.All of that frustration with the tires, and on top of that, I went to the shop I normally take my car for maintenance and they said my brakes were totally fine and don't need to be replaced for a while... safe to say I will not be returning to this location, no matter how convenient it is.I want to conclude this review by stating that I am not usually one to leave negative reviews. If I'm not happy with the service somewhere, I'll take it as a lesson learned, move on, and take my business elsewhere. But it seems so obvious that this shop was not totally honest and tried to sell services my car did not actually need.

I went in for a tire patch right when they opened and despite not having an appointment they squeezed me in. The service was fast and got done within 20-30 minutes of coming in. The employees and the manager were both great that morning. Highly recommend:))

Kevin and Quinn were so friendly and kind to me! They fixed my tire, checked my other tires and made sure everything was in order. They even stayed after hours to help me! Excellent service I will be coming here again!

February 18 I took my car here for 4 tires that i found online that said my store had them. We drop the car off and leave. A few minutes later the worker calls and says the tires I choose are the wrong size (they were the same size as the ones already on it from the dealer) and I had to pay double per tire. I said fine. 30 minutes later another call my lug nuts are swollen so they all need replaced. Fine now we're up to 700. I needed and alignment over 900 dollars later and 2 of the tires are flat and won't hold air I had to get the lug nuts replaced because they literally fell off because they were the wrong size. And I took it to another shol and they said there's no way an alignment was done only a month ago. I called the regional manager amd nothing yet. Next step is the corporateoffice.

Took me without an appointment. Patched a tire and swapped another.....in and out in less than an hour. Polite, honest and professional. Definitely coming back and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

National Tire and Battery has always been my go to tire shop. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. I ve had multiple services done by NTB and would recommend them to anyone!

Visited this location about a month ago since the closer ntb was too busy. Had tires rotated and balanced, and was told I needed rear brakes. Since I was getting an oil change in about 10 days at my usual mechanic, I said no to the brake work. Subsequently, at my mechanic's, whom I had briefed about the ntb advice, I was summoned to the lift where they had my car: the tires were cracked and well below standards for safety. I admit that I should have been more diligent but why in the world would tire professionals rotate and balance tires that needed replacement? Also, the brakes were in fine shape and did not need replacement. You be the judge!

Employee name Kevin was very helpful and respectful to me during my appointment at NTB. The service was smooth and met my needs. I recommend my family member and friends that live in Frederick to check out NTB on king fisher road for good car service.

Walked into the NTB on Kingfisher today desperately needing 4 new tires and all I can say is Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Kevin for your amazing service,help and kindness .You re the best!!! I highly recommend NTB!!! And definitely ask for Kevin you won t be disappointed!!!

Updated- forgot to mention. The person, who actually serviced my car in the shop is way better in handling the customers and explaining and answering in a very decent way and looks professional. I had my question answered very gently and decently by the service technician after the service in the parking lot, which the front desk didn t even like to answer.Actual post- WORST customer service ever. I have had this situation earlier at this location but ignored thinking that the NTB employee might be having a bad day. But it again happened on Sat, Oct 07. The person at the front desk( NOT the new employee who is getting trained) but the other guy handling calls and customers at front desk has so much attitude and doesn t even show interest to respond or answer any question from the customer. Even if he responds, his anger shows up in his words and actions( showing lack of concern towards the customer) by ripping the papers on the desk and trashing them after responding to the Customer. I believe he is only trained to handle the METAL, the cars and trucks which doesn t talk back or ask any questions . NTB, better get someone who is worth to handle customers. You are loosing a good customer because of this attitude. Never again at this center. NOT EVEN WORTH A SINGLE STAR as long as you have such a disgraceful attitude towards customers.

Excellent experience at this location. I had unique situation with my tire size and vehicle, and Adam was more than fair with the way he handled it. I will be servicing all my vehicles at this location as long as he is there.

Highly recommend! Took my car in for shimmying and the guys kept me updated all day long. I was told I would need four new tires and back brakes and rotors. When they called when it Was complete he told me he saved me money I didn t need rotors. Most places would ve taken my money anyways and changed then. Very good customer service and definitely a great experience. I ll always bring my vehicles here. Thank you guys for exceptional service.

Do not waste your time here. I ve made 2 seperate appointments. 1 here and 1 on the RT 40 location with the same result. They said they ordered the tire n made me an appointment a few days later. I show up for my appointment n I m left in the waiting room for 20 minutes for them to tell me they don t know where the tire is! At the location on 40 I made n ordered the tire on line n they had no idea of my appointment so later I went to the king fisher location and made the appointment in person but ended up with the same result. All I want to do is give this business my money but they are totally incompetent from the top down . Highly recommend avoiding NTB at all cost they do not value their customers.

When I initially visited this shop, my assumptions about the problem with my car were incorrect. However, the service manager efficiently diagnosed the issue and took the time to thoroughly explain it to me when I expressed confusion. Furthermore, the technician went above and beyond in their work to accurately pinpoint the problem with my vehicle. I would like to express my gratitude to the district manager for reaching out to me and ensuring that I understood the issue with my car and the solutions they could provide.The exceptional leadership and customer service displayed by this team is truly commendable. They prioritize customer satisfaction, operate with integrity, and are patient and thorough in their explanations when customers are struggling to understand. I highly recommend this team to anyone in the area.

Advisor got me taken care of even if I did not have an appointment. I did not want to go and come back later since I have little free time on my hands. Technician Melvin gave my car exceptional service. He was focused and got the job done right and quick. He also made me aware of things that will affect my vehicle if I did not get it taken care of so that was good to know. Would recommend to people and I would go back.

Terrible service I spoke to a guy name it s Kevin he told me to drop off my vehicle to do oil change he will get it done by pm, what a surprise we drove 22 minutes just to heard that he can t do it no more I even told him that I was going to be there soon what a waste of time and money.
