I had an unexpected flat tire due to a nail. I went to my local tire shop near my home in Calvert County. I was fully expecting to be told that I will needed to purchase a new tire but was pleasantly surprised when I was told that I my tire could be repaired with a simple patch! I respect that they were very honest! My tire was quickly patched in very short order! I highly recommend Mr. Tire and I will certainly return there when I need replacement tires in the future!

Called in at 1pm to ask if I dropped a wheel with a nail in it off, if they could mount the new tire I had, and potentially patch old tire if possible, by end of day. I was told it would be no big deal and they d get to it. I went through the whole ordeal about how I wasn t going to get the car moved and super stable on stands if it was only gonna be a couple hours and they assured me they d have it done. Drop the wheel and new tire off at 130. Pretty empty not a ton going on or around the parking lot.Call in at 515 to check and they tell me they haven t gotten to it yet. No big deal it s a quick job and they close at 7. Call back at 640, they tell me they patched the old tire and haven t got around to put the new tire on before the tech leaves. I, of course, get irritated because I specifically told them I needed it today and they assured me it would be done. The guy on the phone, Ricardo, gets an attitude and tells me he can go put the new tire on if I want.I tell him I need it, I come to pick it up real quick before they close and Ricardo comes out cussing under his breath and has a major attitude while he checks me out. The worst part is this guy is listed as a manager. I will be calling corporate, I m not unreasonable, I know I asked for a same day job, but it s 1 wheel and they are the ones who assured me it would be done. Really it s on the tech for not being able to take the 10 extra minutes to finish the job before leaving.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles here for over 25 years. They are always professional, helpful and kind. I trust them 100% with both of our vehicles.

I ran over a large screw and I couldn t plug it since the hole was too big. I called Mr tire to buy 1 tire to replace it. They gave me a fair price so I bought it. Even though they were booked for the day, they found time to mount the new tire on my rim for me while I drove there on my spare tire. Although I put the new tire on the car myself the next day, they really helped me out.

Took my wife's suv here and had 4 brand new tires installed with an alignment. My wife barely even drives the truck. She broke down the other day come to find out, the rear inside tire was bald to the wire all of the other tires still new. Called Mr tire and was told that they only warranty for 3 months or 4 thousand miles. Clearly they made a mistake doing the alignment. Take your vehicles elsewhere because they will not stand by their work.

Had 2 tires changed, oil change and an alignment. Picked my car up when it was done the drivers side was covered mud. There was a hot cocoa wrapper in the cup holder(I don t drink hot cocoa) and whoever was driving it helped themselves to a pack of candy I had in there. Got 5 miles from their business and the tire light came on. 10 more miles up the road the mat. light came on. Don t want them touching my car ever again. Wherever they got my car stuck in the mud, they could have least tried to clean it off. Would explain why it took 6 1/2 hours to complete.

Great work and was done so much quicker than dealership. Alignment wasn t needed so they removed it from the bill. Seems honest to me compared to being pushed to buy more.

I brought my car in for an alignment and tire rotation and they noticed that the dealership that sold me my car had put my tires on backwards! My car had a wobble for the longest time and we couldn t figure out what it was but they figured it out and fixed it for us!

Went for an oil change and they tried telling me I needed tires and it would cost $700+ but I had already had the tires replaced at a different shop so they tried to unsell me on something I didn t even need

Made an appointment online for an oil change and additional tire rotation. Just to go out to my car and see they only rotated my tires Went back inside to see what went wrong just for him to tell me I only requested a tire rotation in the other box. Like exactly, the OTHER box, what happened to the oil change that I originally requested. Fix your website!

I used to frequent this shop for over a decade. Oil changes. Tire replacements. EVERYTHING. Made an appointment for 12pm (under my bfs name bc he was taking it.) to get my tire looked at as it has been leaking. Moments later, my bf gets a call saying they only have one tech and they couldn t help me it s Sunday as I see many reviews recently of not having techs . seems to be a recurring issue, this is why I no longer go to this shop UNLESS I HAVE TO. which they then cancel appointment.

Never been here before. Noticed that my tire was rapidly leaking air this morning. Took it in and they got it fixed within about 3 hours. Patched me up and I was good to go. I would like to point out that the gentleman at the front desk was very transparent about the time it would take to service my vehicle and I appreciate that very much. Nothing is worse than something taking longer than expected. Instead, he said it would take hours and it did, but I expected even longer than it was.

I have never been here for service. This morning while driving my kids to school I noticed that my front tire was very low. I accidentally passed the Wawa in Prince Frederick but saw a Mr. Tire up ahead. I decided to go in and ask the man at the front desk if he was willing to help me with my tire. Without a pause he told me to pull around and he proceeded to fill my tire with air and sent me on my way. This was so incredibly nice and really appreciated on this busy Friday morning with my three kids. Just based off of the experience I had this morning I will tell people about this Mr. Tire and encourage others to use their services.

Had an appointment set for 9:30 am. Simple tire removal. The so called manager I guess it was unproffesionally gave me excuses as to why he wouldnt be able to uphold my appointment. S Ne He then proceeded to tell me that he had 2 .echanics not show up and told me

Took my vehicle in to have the tires changed, balanced, and an alignment. They recommended a new control arm, quoted me 270 for just the parts that I can get for 30 bucks on rockauto, and then refused to do the alignment. Now my radio wont even turn on. Wasted an entire day, had to drop it off the day before so I could pick it up after work, and I still have to have an alignment done. Will not be bringing any vehicle here again

Open late, ask for simple plug in a tire told will be almost 2 hours. Meanwhile place is deserted. Used Mr. Tire before and had such awful service vowed never to use them again but figured with something this easy surely they couldn t screw that up, WRONG.

I love this Mr. Tire. The guys there are always polite and straight with me and they have never made me feel inferior because I don't know much about cars. They have always been able to get my vehicles looked at in a timely manner and are very good about giving updates. All around a great team that I am happy to keep going to!

Terrible service. My girlfriend dropped her car off to have brake work done. They charged her over $1600 for parts and labor. After a quick Google search, we could've gotten it done for about $500. So we pay the 1600, get the car back after a week and the first time she drives to work the car begins violently shaking and smells terribly of burning plastic.. She drives it back to Mr tire. I take pics of her motor, which has missing pieces now and a wire that has been re-routed over her engine. Hence the burning plastic smell once the motor heated up. Mind you, when we checked on the car while they had it the first time, the guy behind the counter comes out with his hands in the air, saying he has no idea when they will have it back together bc whoever was doing the work was "blindly" putting the car back together. Verbatim. Oh yeah, and now they want 3-400 to fix their first screw up. That place is a joke.Update..... Now we get to enjoy her car alarm sounding off randomly throughout the day. The best ones are at 3 am when the neighborhood is dead asleep. You can take your price match and stick it where you put the remaining pieces of my girlfriends car that weren't put back on. You're almost as bad as Midas in PF. Time for me to learn how to do your job so I can make sure it's done right.

These guys are great! I shopped around and was quoted $800 originally for a full set of the tires I needed. I call these guys, and being the only ones really available after 3pm on Saturday, they not only quoted me a better price (about half to be exact), they installed everything and were probably my best auto transaction in the past few years. Plus I had a coolant leak, which they topped off at no extra cost. The last guy to touch my car even offered to do my taxes for free! These guys are crazy good! Will be seeing more of me, that's for sure!

Great customer service! Very professional and courteous. Made an appointment and had my tires delivered via the Tire Rack website. Tire Rack are affiliated with this location and have fantastic service. Two hours after arriving my car was fitted with brand new tires, mounted balanced and aligned. Highly recommended!

Went in to replace a bulging tire. Wife hadn't gotten the roadside warranty bs so it was not covered but they discounted it and got me back on the road same day with an oil change, rotation, and alignment too. All without having the tire on hand (had to get from another location) nor having an appointment.Watched how well they treated their own staff and the positive attitude they had when dealing with some other difficult customers. Really good service and reasonably priced.

I needed a new tire fast and I didn't think I would make it to Mr. Tire. I didn't have an appointment, but I went into the shop and had them look it over. The gentleman who worked behind the counter really tried to help me out and get me back on the road. The mechanic who worked on my truck got two tires on less than an hour. I was so happy I made an appointment for next week to get two more tires put on my vehicle. I'm so happy with the great customer service. I would recommend Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick.

I go to all Auto shops not trusting them at all. But I must say my experience here has been great. I have an older car a 2009 Mercedes and they've have always given me options about pricing. High price or low it's my choice which they give me. So I'm very happy with there service and I'll keep taking my cars there!!

I asked for help selecting my tires and they brought in and installed same day - Kudos for great service. The only negative is all of the extra charges for shop fees, disposal, additional warranty ect.
