I had the most amazing experience with Krietz. They are a very professional well oiled machine. Dylan in sales was my first encounter, he was more than willing to get me any truck to test drive and when the offer wasn t just right he hooked me up with Lindsay. She promptly chatted with me via cell all day to get a deal I was comfortable with. Then Marlon, he s a beast! He was just excited as I was to get my truck. He went above and beyond to get me everything I could possibly need for the future of my purchase. And Gavin, he had me sign a ton of papers, but he was a cool guy. Highly recommend Krietz Customs! You will not regret it!

Well let s just say I have been looking awhile . Sure there were other dealerships . Some even already lifted their Broncos.Here is why You must not wait to buy your next vehicle from Krietz auto . They simply have what you re looking for . No surprises , no added cost and the best deal .. Dylan , Gavin and Nick all worked to deliver the most amazing Bronco . I can honestly say they were amazing did not question when I wanted to swap the wheels or add paint . All would have been added to appease me but that Bronco sold . But my experience got better as they sold me exactly what I wanted !!!I think I will continue to brag and encourage all my friends to join the Krietz familyThank everyone for everything!! Awesome experience!! I recently purchased a 2022 GMC 2500 Denali from Krietz Auto and Dylan Shores was great from start to finish. I traveled 6 hours to Krietz and upon my arrival Dylan had all paperwork ready and waiting. Very smooth transaction from my first call to signing the paperwork and most importantly no surprises! I highly recommend Krietz Auto, the people are as nice as the trucks.

What a great EXPERIENCE!!! I am a sales manager in a different industry and typically know how to read the room, I dealt with Lester and Dylan and couldn t be more pleased at the professionalism!! The showroom is top notch, the environment was amazing, just overall great car buying experience!! Even the follow up from Meghan has been stellar!! Great Job Krietz Customs!!!

This is my second time purchasing a SUV/Truck from Krietz and both times my experience was nothing but the best. I worked with both Dylan and Lester during the process. They were both great at answering all my questions and making me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend Krietz and I m sure I ll be back again in a few years!

The entire buying experience was outstanding. The vehicle was the exact one I have been looking for, but at a much lower price than standard dealers vehicles with no upgrades. Lester, Gavin, and Kyle made the experience seamless for sales, financing, and modifications. I was time-constrained due to a medical condition and treatments and this team had everything ready when I arrived from out-of-state. They took the time to have specific modifications completed upon arrival to include running boards, wheel swap, tonneau cover, and window tinting. This team is first class and so is the vehicle they provided. I will not hesitate to buy here again or recommend to family and friends. Great work, Krietz!!!!!

Hands down one of the best dealerships we have ever been to, I did a lot of research and spent months searching for a truck that fit my needs and I happen to stumble across Krietz auto, from the initial info request on their website they immediately contacted us and answered any questions we had. We knew the truck was the one so we set up a time to fly out and see it in person. Our flight was delayed however they still had a driver pick us up and take us to test drive our new truck. Dylan and Lisa made it a smooth transaction and all was painless. We drove back home 9.5 hrs and had no issues at all. I will be recommending Krietz Auto to all friends and family as this experience has been like no other.

Let me start off with a big 5 start to Andy for taking care of me. I learned that Andy is new at his position to the team at Krietz Auto and I wanted to say Congratulations and Thank you for your transparency, your active listening skills and patience with me as not having to much knowledge and starting from zero in regards on what I wanted. I came with an idea and you helped get the results I wanted. I appreciate your communication when there was a delay on the wheels due to some issues outside of your reach and I am glad to see you had the back up of your team to also reach and provide info. I am very very happy with my order and I am very happy I had the pleasure to work with Andy this time. I am now hooked to come back with other improvements/repairs as needed for my vehicle if needed. Truck was delivered to my residence and they picked up my trade-in at same time. Great company to deal with and paperwork was a breeze. Would definitely buy my next vehicle from them.

Marlon A., was incredibly helpful with the purchase. He communicated before hand on requirements prior to purchase. He s an excellent copilot and was helpful with explaining the vehicle features. Since the documents were sent ahead of time I was able to be in and out just over 90 minutes. Experience was good, ample waiting room, and active communication during the process of the purchase. Definitely recommend!

I ve been working with Krietz auto over the past few weeks looking for the perfect truck. My salesman Marlon came through and found the perfect truck, it met every requirement I had and was within my budget. Marlon answered all my questions quickly and called me promptly when needed.Nick S. In the build department knocked it out of the park. He found the exact rims and tires I wanted and most importantly he found the exact lift that worked perfectly with the upgraded factory suspension.I couldn t be happier. My advice if you find one you want, move quick , because they sell quick. I lost two waiting too long to make a move.

I worked with Marlon Alvarado who did an amazing job throughout my entire experience with Krietz Auto. I live several states away and was nervous about buying sight unseen for the first time, but everything went exactly how Marlon said it would. Marlon "the fish" and the whole Krietz team were incredible to work with. I have bought too many cars in my life, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Meghan really helped me with building my Bronco after market!! We looked at pages and pages of options! Went from a 33 to 35 , with a 2 lift, new rims, tinted windows, aux switches, and a lot of research was done to find the incredibly hard to find blue stripe that I wanted!! They found the color, then hand cut it themselves to fit on the side. Thanks Meghan!! And Krietz!!

I went to Krietz Auto to look for a lifted Bronco. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed at the large selection available to choose from.Ace was the Salesperson who helped me in selecting a vehicle that fit my search criteria. He was very knowledgeable about the features and specs pertaining to this vehicle. Ace worked with me throughout the whole process of purchasing my vehicle. He also introduced me to Megan, who handled aftermarket additions that I wanted for this vehicle. She was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the items that I wanted, as well as suggesting alternatives that I did not know about. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle.I also got to meet Mr Krietz, who sat down and talked to me about my purchase. He even personally went and found a front License plate holder for my Bronco.I highly recommend Krietz Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. They are the go-to place if you want a quality customized vehicle.

Krietz is a top notch dealer. I couldn t be happier with the purchase of my 2022 Ford Raptor. I flew in from out of state to purchase the truck so I relied heavily on their team to help put the deal together. This included a member of their team looking the truck over, ensuring it was in perfect condition. I also had them tint the windows prior to picking it up. I couldn t be happier and the price was fair. Thanks again!
