Custom 2019 F250 had new wheels mounted and balanced and had special requests with alignmentThey never questioned my requests and satisfied my needs with the right knowledge even tho the computer probably told them otherwise (like other dealers) custom knowledge is hard to find!I like to service my truck myself and they noticed oil change light was on but never pushed a thing also noted some important things that needed to be done like coolant flush and differential fluid during full inspection.(they actually inspected)Very happy with this service and will continue to use Ken s!P.s.They left a thank you note in cup holder as I returned to truck it was very comforting and felt that much more caring!

Had a great experience at Ken's today! Everyone was extremely kind and the whole place is run very efficiently-you can tell they know their stuff at this shop! They got me back on the road quickly and at a very fair price. I will definitely start bringing my vehicles here for repairs in the future.

Ken's is by far the most professional and customer-oriented auto service station I have ever had to work on a vehicle. (sadly, it's been plenty over the years). Ken's is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain multiple scenarios about my vehicle with me, and in fact, saved me over $1000 with one of their options. A highly recommended shop.

I went to Kens for the check engine light being on . My first visit went great. Ken's Automotive has a initial diagnostic fee of about $200 or so, they are very thorough with the information that comes from that diagnostic so I felt it was well worth the price. Everything was fixed and my car was returned to me same day... Within a weeks time my check engine light was back on, I went back to Ken's to see if maybe something was missed. I was speaking to Amanda and was told I'd have to pay a second diagnostic fee. This didn't seem right to me seeing as I was just there the week before and was told the issue was fixed. Amanda decided to ask me if I knew what a check engine light was.... The condescending tone she used is not something I tolerate. I'm not one to scream and ask for a manager, instead the repeat customer Ken's could have had, will go elsewhere.

This company is probably one of the most transparent mechanic shops I have ever seen. Not only do they keep you informed with what's going on with your vehicle, they have a link that they send you with pictures, video with a detailed explanation with why they recommend a certain action. Then on top of that, there's a link attached to that detail to explain what it is and its importance for people like me that are completely ignorant with anything Automotive. Office personnel, Amanda, has been very honest and kept a very open line of communication with everything that has been going on with my vehicle.

Full disclosure, I did not have my vehicle serviced at Ken's. I am writing this review based on the quality of an interaction over the phone. I called to get a simple estimate on a headlight bulb replacement for a Mini Cooper Countryman. I was told by the individual who answered the phone that the vehicle must be brought in for an estimate to be given. I challenged the statement by asking whether the shop had experience replacing headlight bulbs on Mini Coopers--to which I was told that the shop works on many Mini Coopers, but could not give me an estimate. It seemed strange to me that the individual (after having spoken to the shop advisor) was not able to give me a cost range (and I would have accepted the normal caveats). In all fairness to Ken's, I did call 20 minutes before closing and perhaps that led to such (in my opinion) a less than satisfactory interaction. If the policy is absolutely no estimates (even for a simple diagnosed problem) over the phone, I respect it, but the policy is leading me to bring my vehicle elsewhere.....to me it's a harbinger for future unsatisfactory customer service experiences.Just wanted to make the owner aware of my experience and give some constructive feedback.Regards,Michael

I ve been taking my cars to Ken s for nearly 20 years. They are always reasonably priced, do quality work, and communicate clearly what issues are critical and what can be addressed at a later date. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

I am a BMW owner so I was a little hesitant at first not to use the dealership, but when I called the night prior to service I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. I had my vehicle inspected first thing in the morning and a convenient health report of my vehicle was emailed to me for review. My BMW 328i was in limp mode and they quickly diagnosed the faulty ignition coil. After replacing the coil and new plugs my vehicle is running great. The work was done in the quoted amount of time and the price was more than fair. Saving me hundreds compared to the dealership.Thank you to everyone at Ken's and I highly recommend them to BMW owners.

Ken's is my go to place for automotive service. Great to patronize a locally, family-owned business. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. The shop can service the smallest to largest repairs. Even entire engine replacements on historic/muscle cars. Honesty is the one thing I look for when it comes to safety with my vehicle! Nice folks, good rep over the years. Good communication although I preferred text,got notification it was ready through voicemail.What I wasn't ready for was a 699.00 bill for 12 qts of oil flushed and a diagnostic check. I do all my own work for a reason, so I am way ahead of the game. The 50.00 for the shop supplies covers the shiny folder and pen you get at the end I guess. The 32 extra things you looked for revealed my rear brakes need to be changed so I picked them up on the way home for 55 bucks and will be changing them out this morning. Might as well save another 100.00 and due the engine oil change too. We are even!

The most kind-caring and knowledgeable staff I ve ever had for automobile repair!!!! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for service. Ken s Transmission is honest, reputable and they don t do unnecessary repairs. Reasonably priced !!!!!!

Couldn t be happier. Had a 67 Camaro which dumped transmission fluid all over the garage floor. Ken s replaced a couple of seals and everything is great. Highly recommend Ken s.

What an amazing and friendly shop. They were thorough, and explained everything in detail. And the price was spot on. They are not the cheapest but far from the most expensive. I will ALWAYS recommend them. Thank you Amanda everything.

Visiting for 3 weeks from down south, car started to have trouble. Brought it to Ken s based on reviews and years in business! Would highly recommend them! Professional, courteous, and informative. We rely on Ken's Automotive for all of our large vehicle servicing, including our 2003 Sprinter van. We reached the inevitable point in time when we needed to decide whether to fix or replace it. As usual, Amanda and the service techs at Ken's performed a comprehensive evaluation and provided both a general and more specific itemization of what could be fixed, but more importantly, what was worth fixing giving the age and remaining life of the van. It helped our decisionmaking considerably (we replaced it!), and as with most such evaluations at Ken's, there was no charge. After 20 years, we firmly stand behind the service at Ken's -- always thorough, friendly, and with a long-term relationship in mind.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair

I can't say enough positive things about Ken's. In the years I've had this Chevelle Malibu, I've had work done on it in various shop in various cities/towns. Unfortunately, I have had more poor experiences than positive ones, despite peoples' claims that they specialize in classic cars.I had a series of work done early Spring by Ken's. This car has NEVER run as well and felt as good as it does now. They are professional, communicate exceptionally well (read: no bad surprises), do quality work and are just a pleasure to deal with. Aside from the classic, we also take our 'modern' vehicles to Ken's. Same experience.If you're looking for a shop to service your car(s) new or old, give Ken's a shot...you won't regret it.

Amazing garage!! I was driving in a rain storm and my windshield wipers stopped working while traveling multiple states this day. I Googled to closest shop and Ken's Automotive in Frederick Maryland popped up. When I arrived they met my family (our dog) with open arms. They gave my kids free drinks and mya (our dog) got dog treats and a large bowl of water. They treat you like family and I highly recommend their shop!! Very clean and cost effective.
