Recently had our vehicle repaired at this shop. Would not recommend. Communication was spotty, services that were quoted were not performed, parts were ordered incorrectly, and the quality of workmanship was mediocre. Paint was applied to dirty un-sanded parts, and our car was returned to us with an engine bay full of body filler.Overall this shop left me with the feeling that I was very definitely not the customer, and what they really cared about was the insurance check.

I recently had a deer claim. It is very hard to get shops to move quick through the repair process due to many variables, however Joe Hudson was able to get my car seen and started repairs within the same week. Their communication is top-tier and anytime I called to check status they were happy to help and didn t make me feel like I was a burden. Highly recommend them!

The staff were very helpful and nice with getting everything in order (paperwork). Also the repairs look amazing! I am grateful for the speed of of the repairs and how clean they left the vehicle when they were finished. I would happily recommend this shop!!!

The service was excellent. Always informed about the different steps for my vehicle to be fixed. It was fixed at the time. They told me it would be and it was clean and looked fantastic. Strongly recommend this establishment is should you require any type of work on your car.

VERY DISSATISFIED> Poor attention to detail. Not very responsive to specific requests.Car returned over sprayed and dirty with red sanding dust inside the car, and inside the front trunk. Missed issues that could have been clearly seen by a senior or manager. Poor quality control. Paint job seems good, but the missed items (some very specific requests communicated several times) and the car returned dirty really ruined the experience for me. Allstate should reconsider this partnership.

From start to finish every aspect of my experience was phenomenal. My vehicle came back to me better than I anticipated. We had a completely insignificant hiccup after pickup but they handled it perfectly. They are amazing.

I just had a really bad experience with them. During the restoration of my car after the accident, their staff damaged a plastic part in the driver's seat. But when I received the car and found out, they denied their responsibility and said that it happened before they received the car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Not only does my car look great but Michelle, one of the kind ladies working there, really went above & beyond for me. She was always happy to answer my questions & provided updates the whole time! She made sure I was happy every step of the way, thank you Michelle!

Shop did a great job with the bodywork but replaced a radiator but did not fill and or bleeding the pressurized system. Returned to the shop twice with the same issue which was eventually resolved.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I would rate this place 0/5 stars if I could it was the absolute worst business I have ever experienced. From the beginning, there was no communication on my vehicle and I had to consistently call to get updates about my car. After waiting 34 days to get my car back, I had to reject it because there were some things wrong. They fixed the issues on spot, but when I got home with the vehicle I noticed more things wrong with it. I ended up taking it back for 2 weeks and when I received my vehicle, they did nothing to fix the issues. The manager, Todd, laughed when I said I was not taking my vehicle and then proceeded to be unprofessional. The business does not communicate, does shady auto body work and is highly unprofessional. Text messages every other day, communication was great. Lady in office was wonderful but that is where it stops. Filled out survey after thinking about my comments for awhile, shouldn't have wasted my time they obviously didn't care. Car was returned with grease and black marks on front passenger seat, ALOT of dirt in the hatch, window has more finger prints on it then I could count. So since they bugged the daylights out of me to fill out their survey and never contacted me I thought I would express my thoughts here. Don't send a survey if you really don't want to hear what I have to say. Hopefully I don't need repair again, if I do I will find another place that really cares how I feel.Service: Body & Trim

My friend had his truck repaired after an unavoidable accident. They did have the vehicle for awhile... However! Wow! Everything's shiny, Cap'n! His truck looked practically off the lot! The staff was also very personable and friendly on a level that's relatable and a little less stiff collar, which was a nice change of pace. Aside from the high wait time, 5/5 experience from my perspective!

Not happy w them. They don't stand behind their work. I had work done n feb 2023 they put on a new bumper which keeps popping out. Brackets came lose or came off. Now they say they're waiting for progressive to approve the claim. Progressive did in feb it just was not put on secure enough with rhe brackets. Then try to say someone must of hit me which is so not true. Anyway that was last week & i haven't heard nothing back from them.

Unproffesional! This is the second time i have had to take my car there and i hate it. NOT ONLY do they not give you adequet updates about ur vehical. Last year they had my car for 4 months, for a simple busted tail light, and when i kept asking what kept taking so long. They said the part they needed kept gettin damaged during transport. I tried talking to the lady up in the front and she got agitatded about me askin when my car was going to be fixed considering she was in the middle of her meal. They are understaffed so repairs taken entirely too long, and i will never be going there again once my car is finally finshed,(fyi. They told me its gonna be another 2 weekz today becuz they disnt acess the damage right and dont have a right part) . I work 30 mins away. :[Service: Body & Trim

Would leave negative stars if I could. Car was supposed to be done in 5 days. Called on the 4th afternoon to make sure it'd be completed by the next day. Of course it wouldn't be because they said they "didn't have all of the parts". So, why'd you tell us to bring it in at least 5 days prior for it to just sit there? Why weren't we called and told this? We could've brought it back when everything was there! The car was driveable!! Finally got it back after almost 3 weeks and it still had mechanical issues, so we had to bring back for another full day. The manager (Todd, I believe) promised us that the car would be ready the second time (there was a third time) it was late and then swore he never said it. I would not recommend a company that makes false promises and goes back on their word. It was a very tough and extremely inconvenient few weeks without a second car in our household and then to expect something and it falls through? No, thanks.

This is the second time we've used this business. The first time they did a great job fixing the front end from an unfortunate encounter with a deer. Everything fixed like new and they made it pretty easy, though they left some residue on the car, but took care of it with no issue. This time need to fix a rear side impact from someone who would rather pay attention to their phone than the road.

Great repair work and regular updates on the status. Returned calls promptly and did a great job of cleaning the car inside and out. Looks like a new car now, would never know it took on a deer.

I had a great experience with my vehicle under the care of Joe Hudson s Collision Center of Frederick. Timothy and Emily were absolutely amazing! They clearly explained the entire process and kept me informed with updates every step of the way. Initially there was a misunderstanding with my insurance company declining to pay the entire cost of repairs and Timothy fought for me and convinced them to cover everything! I originally went to them after I was rear ended earlier in the year and they were incredibly professional, timely and kept me updated on when the work would be finished. I realize that that someone else's insurance was covering this but I have unfortunately been involved in other accidents where my vehicle was clearly put aside until 'they could get to it' at other body shops.Recently some of the 'safety features/sensors' in the car where the work was done began to have issues and as it had been almost 6 months since the work was complete I wasn't sure if they would be willing to still look at the car as a warranty issue. Not only were they immediately responsive, they took a look at the issue the next day, ordered replacement parts, provided a rental and replaced the failing items within 48 hours all with the same level of day one professionalism. While I hope I am not involved with anymore accidents I would highly recommend this company and they will be my first call in the future for any work that needs to be done.

Van was towed in November for them to evaluate the repairs needed and provide a estimate. Estimate was sent in, approved by the insurance company. Today is April 20th, Van is not ready. They started working on the van 2 days ago, and started finding more damages, and now they don t know when the van will be fixed, and they can t even provide a updated estimate. Over 5 months that they have the van, and no where close to even knowing the actual damages to the van, or how much it will cost to repair it. I would advised not to use this shop. Was referred to them by Progressive, but I am getting nothing but lies from everybody at this shop. They lie to me and they are lying to my insurance company as well. Every week we keep getting 2 more weeks, and now we are in month 5.Service: Body & Trim

Just picked my truck up after having My tonneau cover rip off in the wind going up the highway and bang my truck bed up in the process.What an amazing job!!! Looks like new if not better!! The truck is cleaner than it s been since I purchased it. They even detailed the inside and it wasn t exactly tidy inside either. That s Definitely going above and beyond in my book! I would certainly recommend Precision Auto Body to anyone that needs body/paint work in the future.

Joe Hudson's Collision Repair was exceptional. From the office staff to the body shop everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable.They explained the damage and repair process and got the job done quickly. My truck looks better after the repair than it did before the damage. I would highly recommend the Joe Hudson team.

Amazing people, just picked up my honda civic, talk about having fast reliable service. My car was brought in monday and had parts order and fixed by Friday evening. The paint work is amazing the new door they ordered lines up perfectly not problems what so ever. Even went out their way to match custom work I've done to the trim work so it wouldnt stand out. If I ever need car work definitely will be returning

Got my car repaired here after an accident. They did a great job. The customer service is second to NONE. They make you feel like family. Everyone is so caring and understanding. If you have to spend thousands of dollars on repairs this is the place to do it. You will not regret it.

Precision Auto Body Lives up to its nameFrom Merriam Webester: Definition of Precision 1: the quality or state of being precise : exactness2: the degree of refinement with which an operation is performed or measured distinguished from any otherThis was the first time bringing my car to Precision Auto Body. The damage was extensive to the right side of the car where I was hit making it impossible to open my driver s side door. I was sure my car would never look the same again. It was my insurance company who referred me to Precision and I m so glad they did. The car looks perfect and they even cleaned it inside and out. A very nice bonus. My experience in the past is that most companies just do the work, but Precision went above and beyond and the quality of work is exemplary. The people (Larry & Holly) were friendly and helpful and walked me through the steps of dealing with insurance, rental car, etc. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in need of a good body shop.
