These folks are so helpful and professional from start to finish. I recently had my 27 ft aquasport repowered by JF MARINE. I went from 225 yamaha motors to 250 Suzuki motors at a very reasonable price including a 5 yr warranty. From the initial consultation to the sea trial they were fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

Absolute terrible service. Took our boat there mid June for tune up and have the steering cable replaced. This place was supposed to have a mechanic familiar with jet boats. After 3 weeks, we called and was told the cable they ordered was wrong and they had to order another one. After 4 weeks, we called again and was told they still didn t have the correct cable and we re waiting for Yamaha to call them. After 5 weeks, we called again and got the same story. At no time did anybody ever call us to keep us updated. On the 6th week, we gave up and picked up our boat took it to Dennis Point Marina where they had it fixed in 3 days. We also noticed that 2 of our T-Handles were broken and once again these guys didn t have the courtesy to tell us they broke them. I would not waste your time or money with this group. Clearly, they have no idea what they re doing!Services: Tune-ups, General repairs & maintenance

I recently purchased my new Xpress X18 bass boat with a Suzuki DF140 from JF Marine. I wanted a Suzuki because of the great HP/weight and reliability. I chose JF because of John's reputation as a mechanic and Suzuki dealer. I couldn't be happier! Staff were pleasant and attentive, the boat came in exactly as ordered, John did a neat, professional job of rigging, and everything worked as it should upon delivery. I highly recommend JF Marine if you are shopping for an Xpress or Suzuki!

Dropped off my lower unit for service about a month ago. I assumed it was a dog clutch problem So I was prepared For the lower unit to be overhauled. After two weeks had passed i received a call Stating that JF Marine Service wanted more money On the diagnostic side Because apparently my lower unit was seized. After a short discussion on the phone I was asked to come pick up my lower unit and take it to Guy Brothers. Once I stopped in to pick up my lower unit I discovered that my prop was missing And a bolt in the lower unit was gone. Once the prop was given to me i asked where the bolt was and the guy said it snaped off. I immediately took it to Guy Brothers Where I had a discussion with the owner And he suggested Due to it being seized that I should buy a newer lower unit assembly. After discovering the price i had this Feeling that Maybe My lower unit Wasn't as bad as it was so i went online and paid for a Bearing carrier puller. Guess what! After 5mins The carrier Was out And no heat was needed. It's been more then a Month now that my boat been down all because Someone said the carrier was seized. I would like the owner of jf marine service To make contact with me In regards to this matter. Unacceptable service!!

The team at JF Marine is a bit shady. They will overcharge hours on simple jobs if you don t keep a sharp eye! On my most recent winterizarion they charged me for a full bottle of fuel treatment even though they admitted to only using an ounce. They also forgot to disconnect my battery and left the key in the ignition . I would have returned to the water with a dead battery next season if I hadn t noticed! Makes me wonder where else they may have cut corners or overcharged on my winterization...

I ordered a new 200hp Suzuki outboard. Great communication during a very bad shortage of outboards. Installation was clean and all the employees I interacted with where knowledgeable and professional.

Shady pricing and overpriced service and labor charges. The original price on the website is false advertising. JF Marine Service advertised Winterization price of $190.00 for basic and $290.00 for full Winterization. However they did not advertise this price was Labor Only . I was also charged additional fees for supplies used in the Winterization which was an additional $145.00. Buyer beware of false advertising.Service: Winterization
