Contacted Guy Motors I believe Tuesday or Wednesday & asked about dropping my truck off to get new keys cut Today. Dropped it off this morning they cut two keys & programmed them. It cost under $150, to me that s a hell of a deal. I will definitely be using them again! I feel like a kid who woke up Christmas morning with a million presents under the tree! Went from broken keys to new ones.

Scott and his team are top notch! They are honest and upfront about everything and are not trying to upsell you on anything. If you are looking for an honest shop with great mechanics this is the place.

My 81 year old mother used this shop for a key fob program for her new keys, and she remarked multiple times of how decent and professional they were. Today, her joy turned to terror when a simple battery replacement and oil change cost over $500.00. I hope this battery lasts the life of this car, and that oil lubes until she can't drive any longer. Unfortunately, I was not home to assist her today with her battery, but no one should have an escort to get a car repaired. Thanks but never again!

I made an appointment to repair my AC on a 2018 Audi. When I called they said no problem they could fix it. They looked at it, recharged the AC and told me they could not fix it and charged me 170$ even though the coupon I had from ValPak was for 79$. They said the compressor was broken and they could not fix that. I felt their business practices are deceptive and cannot be trusted. I paid for something my vehicle did not need and still the problem is not resolved. Really not fair. Obviously I would not visit this shop ever again.Service: Air conditioning

Guy Motors is the only place I go for vehicle maintenance and concerns. They're knowledgeable and dependable, and their pricing is fair. They also let me know if they see any issues that honestly need attention.

Can't say enough positives......I needed to find a reputable auto service for my elderly parents. I live out of state. Joe & the mechanics took such great care of them & their car. I was told by my parents that the "shop" is very clean. And all were so nice. It was deeply appreciated. Infact, my Mom went on & on about it......So a BIG THANK YOU to the guys at Guy Motors for their assurance & follow-through of taking such great care of my parent's car. And by the way......SO FAIR & reasonable regarding price....in addition, they start with the "small" fix possibilities first....they don't go straight for the "whopping" job....My parents said they plan on returning should car issues arise.....Hope this helps anyone that reads this..........

They did a great job on my safety inspection. They were polite, efficient and thorough and answered my questions well. They even loaned me a car (so I didn't have to wait another two hours with my kids in the waiting room) at no charge when they discovered work that needed to be done!

I had picked up a flat pulling in my driveway on Thursday and needed it for work the next day. Jacked the car up and put the spare on.. Called Mr. Tire & Grenados Tires for a simple tire fix. They told me they could maybe get to it tomorrow, which didn't work. Called Guy Motors & Scott told me I could come right down. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed and patched the problem. Within 45 minutes I was walking out the store w my patched tire back on my car, all for less than $25. Scott, you're the man. Super professional, took good care of me, and was super helpful. Went to the extra mile when you didn't have to.Would seriously recommend to anyone needing anything from minor repairs to full maintenance.Service: Tires

Jody and Scott have been working on my family's cars for YEARS - they have never "steered" us in the wrong direction. Jody listens to me and respectfully comments with professional expertise. The only work done is what is authorized, in fact they have called to double check to make sure of this. I think the prices are very fair, and we have never had a repair that did not last. I would adamantly recommend them to anyone without a qualm. I would not write this review unless I felt the other criticisms needed to be defended.

The service at Guy Motors is exceptional!! The Manager Jody Yontz goes above and beyond to help his customers. I don't trust any other company to work on my vehicle!!! Their prices are fair and the customer service is outstanding, they don't try to get over on you like other companies do.

I've been using these guys since before they moved and became Guy Motors. They are very good at their job and I've yet to see a vehicle they can't fix. Jody is a great customer service guy and can explain things in ways for anyone to understand.

Highly recommended! Took my 5th wheel camper here for MD state safety inspection. Scheduling was quick and easy. Spyro was terrific and even took the time to go over everything with me in detail. Will be back for future maintenance!

I recommend this shop. I have used these guys many times and have found them to be honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and conscientious about what they do. I've mainly dealt with Jody, who is the the front counter customer service guy, and Scott, who is the main mechanic that's done most of my work. My truck needed a wiring harness/plug replaced which they did, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they also repainted the hitch with black spray paint to make it look nice and match the new trailer plug they just installed. I found diesel fuel in in my coolant and they referred me to their sister shop in Mechanicsville which specialised in diesel repair and they found a cracked injector cup so I had them replace all my injector cups, truck runs great. I needed new exhaust and found a good deal on a full exhaust system 4" pipe from the turbo back and they professionally installed it, no rattles or leaks. I had a complicated battery draw problem that took a few days to trace down to a seat switch being constantly held in the on position due to being caught on the seat cover. Not an obvious problem to find but they skillfully found it after tenacious diagnosing and tracing circuits. I had brake problems with the rear brakes and they professionally replaced them. When brake problems arose again they warrantied their work and re-did them and replaced them under warranty. The new set they installed under warranty had a caliper stick so they warrantied their work again and this time replaced the calipers with OEM calipers. I previously had front brakes done elsewhere and did not get that type of customer service there. I recently upgraded to high performance front brakes after consulting with Jody and was able to get a good deal on the parts online and Scott professionally installed them. Both Jody and Scott are very conscientious and take pride in their work and they work hard to get the job done right. They are very accommodating and many times have stopped what they were doing to head out on a test drive so I could explain and show them what my vehicle was doing. I have complete confidence with this shop for my vehicle repairs. These are good people and a good shop.

Needed some brake work done that a local dealership couldn t figure out how to do. Guy motors fixed in less than a day and my brakes are working as they should. Jody runs a great shop and Scott an awesome mechanic. Don t hesitate to take your vehicle there....if you want it fixed right.

Let me add to the 5 star ratings also!! I do most of my own work on my vehicles but certain jobs i need some help. My last need for help required both knock sensors to be replaced, which are located under the intake manifold and my supercharger. I have always provided my own parts which have been installed quickly and properly. My last visit I again provided my own parts to find the correct sensors but the wiring harness was wrong. These professionals went over and beyond expectations to go from Prince Frederick all the way to Waldorf after calling local parts stores and dealerships to get the correct harness to have my truck finished as promised. This job would have taking me all day. They would have had it done before lunch had the harness been correct. I can t say thank you enough to everyone involved in getting my 2004 Toyota Tacoma supercharged V6 on New Year s Eve non the less back on the road as promised instead of completing the job the day after the holiday as other places would have done.

This happen last week, I went to get my car inspected with them and my car had no issues, nor the dashboard was not telling me that the lightbulbs needed changed. This was a new car. when they call me to pick up my car, I saw that they were charging two 3 lightbulbs. 2 of them was the tags light and the third one was front light; which I said it was fine but, I saw the receipt. they charge me $57 to change one of my tail lights and $22 just to change the tag lights. I got really upset so I called the dealer where I got my car and they said that they should have not change these lightbulbs because that car has passed inspection in Virginia. They made sure everything was working. so I m wondering why they charged me so much money. Also before the change something they are supposed to notify you that the car did not pass inspection and they have to tell you why. I would of took it to AutoZone. they would of put the lights bulbs on my car for free or I could of done it myself. so I am angry about them charging me so much for labor. So I am letting anyone know that before they change something on your car, make sure you tell them to call you before they change something from your car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have three high-mileage cars, so I use Guy Motors in PF quite a bit. I am always treated fairly. Their mechanic is knowledgeable, and they have the car ready on time. Highly recommend.

Had a friday appt dropped car off thursday night heard nothing for 4 days went up there to check on car and they said that they havnt got to it yet. What s the point of having an appointment if it doesn t mean anything. No phone calls or anything. There goes two wasted days of taking off work for nothing. thanks guy motors in prince frederick

Excellent phone service, good location, average facilities / appearance for a repair shop but the service was above average! Definitely recommend. Oh and prices were very competitive on the service THEY perform. I would shop around for things they have to outsource.

We needed to get our enclosed cargo trailer inspected asap, they were able to do this for us on the spot. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend

doesn't get any worse than this place. They worked my a/c twice - billed me twice and when I came back after it was still not fixed blamed me ... told me off and challenged me to post a negative rating. Need I say more?
