Took my car to get a simple service. Ending up having to repair something that they broke while driving on the road. Worst customer service EVER! The guy who wears glasses that sometimes works the counter was very rude and sassy . That thing is ok nowadays so its good. I would never suggest this place to anyone though. They even used racial slurs while talking to me. I am only one eigth black. So that's uncalled for.

Loved the service and the amazing staff, including the shop dog, Zuma. I initially went here for tire installation and they were able to get me the best price for tires, installation and alignment. I had issues with the TPMS and had to replace 2 of the sensors and then my car just didnt want the tire pressure light to turn off. Every single time they got me in same day and made sure that we were taken care of. I absolutely loved the fact they had a shop dog there to keep my daughter entertained while we waited. My daughter has wanted to come back ever since to see Zuma again. I will have to make sure we come here from now on just for her to see Zuma again. I'll be back for an oil change soon and hopefully it's on a day the shop dog is there.

We bought 4 tires for our sons Jeep to drive back and forth this college. On his way to college one tire went flat. We took it back to Granados in Prince Fredrick where they told us the cleaned the inside of the rim and it will be fine. It went flat again on his way back to school. This time they had to clean the rim again and rebuild the TPS sensor and with a sarcastic comment and smug look on the idiot that works behind the counter he said yea, it would be fine . 12 hours later before he started his drive it was down to 20psi. I put his spare on he left. I dropped the rim and tire off and explained the problem, they said they would soak it find out what was going on. After two weeks, with no calls from Granados, we called for a status. The answer we got was we don t know, it holds air, nothing else we can do I picked the tire up from the same imbecile behind the counter and he had nothing to say. Literally nothing.We took it to another Granados in Owings. They found the tire wasn t sealed and the valve stem was cracked. Fixed it in 10 mins.They will be getting a completely different review.

Not to long ago I had taken my truck in because I noticed a bubble in one of my tires. I had just moved back from Florida and mentioned I needed to also get a Maryland inspection to get it tagged in Maryland. They ended up selling me on 1000k worth of tires and set up a date for me to come and get my truck inspected. Granted I ve been a loyal customer to this shop sense I ve been in high school back 19 years ago. I even had purchased my last of tires for this truck at this location . Nonetheless, I brought the truck back for the inspection and they failed me saying I needed around 8 thousand dollars in repairs to get it to pass Maryland inspection . It does not matter to them how long you have been a loyal customer they do not care about you at all and will do anything to pull one over on you to make a buck

Getting tires replaced always sucks but having puppies to pet best part of my entire day!!! Employee has their puppies on site and would rather stay here and pet puppies rest of the day than go back home!

Great value, great service, typically has the right tires in stock for most everything. Service writers and technicians always seem to have the customers needs first in mind. Prices are very competitive.

I have always used this repair shop and for the most part they are reasonable. Today, I was priced over $900 for brakes and rotors on a Sentra. This is so disappointing. I really liked them. I've never paid this much for a brake job in my life. Why the price gouge on my young daughter?????

I had a flat tire and had never had to deal with that before so was kind of overwhelmed but Doug was super calming over the phone and told me to bring it right in. He tried to find me the closest tread to my current tires so the feel and look would be comparable. I ended up needing to replace all 4 tires because they were old and had about 60k miles on them. The shop was SUPER quick and did an amazing job and Chris even offered to stay a little late so I could pick my car up that day (it was a Saturday so shorter normal hours). All around extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and top notch service. Highly recommend!

Had a tire warning light come on away from home. Found it to be the closest tire store, so I went there. Had to wait about an hour and a half because of people in front of me. (But I think that just speaks to its popularity.) Good service. Price to patch the tire was probably $10 more than most places.

Got two tires put on, price was ok. I was disappointed they couldn t adjust or replace the tire sensors on the tires with putting on the tires. They also wanted to put a flat tire as my spare instead of the tire with low tread that came off the car. I felt like I had to argue this which was frustrating for me

Tire Prices are reasonable. Never had a problem with actual installation. But if you value your money for other car repairs stay away. Have been going for about 4 years and suspected a few bad dealings but gave the benefit of the doubt. Recently replaced spark plugs and front brakes myself within 500 miles but was told that I needed both replaced. Also did not know tread depth when asked to replace tires...Maybe I just got a bad tech but will not be going back.*Update as of Apr 30 2022. Mr.Tire in Dunkirk balanced both of my "bad tires" and gave me appropriate tread depth measurements. Also performed a front end alignment and have the car driving like new again. No more vibration problems. Also did not try and price gouge me on any unnecessary equipment.

Went here because of an issue with calipers sticking. They tried to overcharge me for issues that did not exist. Confident they were attempting to take advantage of the situation and get more money. Luckily I went somewhere else and problem was fixed.

Amazing guys! They were extremely helpful! I wanted all 4 tires changed but the size was an increase from what is recommended by the manufacturer. I was going to do it anyways, but the man helping me instructed me that with my vehicle would work with the rear but possibly could have issues with the front. Long story short, I got amazing service! He saved me money and this is the second time they ve done great work for me!!! A++++ all day

Walked in and waited for a few minutes to even be acknowledged and then I got, how may I help you...I said what are the chances of someone checking for a nail in my tires? He said well, you can drop it off because there are people sitting here who are a head of you or we have appointments you can set up for Saturday. Okay if I have a leak why in the he'll would I come back Saturday? My tire would have lost air and I'd be riding on a flat. Seriously. I worked at a dealership, I know how stuff works. If you want people happy and to come back, you don't say that. They had plenty of racks open and all the mechanics I worked with would take in a tire repair and multi task with other jobs or have guys specifically work on just tires and oil changes. Maybe they had a shortage of mechanics but seriously?

I went in for several issues I was having with my 2006 dodge caravan. One issue was that I was concerned I may need to replace my tires and I was prepared to buy 4 new ones. The mechanic told me I still had life in them and I didn't need to replace them yet! Never I my life has a salesman, basically, told me not to! Anyone else, anywhere else would have attempted to actually talk me into buying new ones. This is the single reason I decided to have all my work done there, actually, between yesterday and tomorrow I'm going be spending about 12 hundred dollars. I'm going recommend your business to everyone I talk to. Also, the staff at the front counter were very professional, answered all my questions and continued to keep me informed. Thank you very much.

I have taken many of my cars here and very pleased. Even the dealer for my one car got my tires here to put on. Everyone here is very helpful, goes over and beyond. This is a place which just does not do a service on your car and take your money. They take the time to explain and find you the best deal. These are the only people in Prince Frederick which I will entrust with my cars.

First time getting service at this place. The techs seem competent for routine service but the front desk needs a major attitude adjustment!!!! Prices are comparable to surrounding tire shops. Not sure why they charge as much or more than the dealer for non-routine work. If I have to pay $120/hr, I might as well go to the dealer for service.Update 9/7/20 - removing another star . Checked tire pressure this morning. LF- 41 psi, LR-42 psi, RF-51psi , RR - 44 psi. The placard on door jam clearly states 35 psi on all four tires. Looks like I'll me going elsewhere for tire service. As soon as you appear to know more than the front desk about vehicles, they shut you off and don't want to hear anything you have to say. I've been wrenching on my truck for 22 years. Done just about every repair possible. I have the factory service manuals to back up every technical argument I bring up with these people but still they ignore you and pretend you are not there and turn their back on you to go surfing on the internet. I have never been treated like this before in any shop I take my vehicle to.

Doug is always friendly and helpful whenever we go there. We have been using Granados for over 5 years for all of our vehicles. The mechanics are knowledgeable and don t try to invent work that you don t really need (unlike a few other local places). Thank you Granados for being a trustworthy professional business!

Good work, quick service for tire work, good people who will explain the work and options. Got me in right away for nail repair and a valve stem TPMS replacement and mount and balance (3 separate vehicles)

Good service, nice staff. But always overbooked! This is the second time I have made an appointment and they have not been ready when I get there. Waiting 45min to an hour for an appointment to start the work is unfair. I think they need manage their time slots better. Other than that they're great! I'll keep going back and recommend to others, just keep in mind the wait sometimes can be long.

***BEWARE ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS***This is my first review that I have ever written, however I never felt so compelled to write a review to advise, and warn anyone who is considering taking their car to this unscrupulous place to not. My horrible experience began when I took my car (2010 Honda Accord 1225, 000miles) for a regular maintenance check. The worst mistake that I ever made.When I first walked in around 4pm I noticed that I was the only customer. Instead of being greeted I was told to have a seat and that someone would be with me shortly. He then walked to the back leaving no one to attend the counter. I waited for 15 min for someone to assist me, meanwhile there were 4 different employees walking to the counter of the store and then back to shop. Just when I was about to lose my patience I was given a wave to approach the counter by Todd, who did not make eye contact with me until he gave me the price of what it would cost for them to do a basic maintenance check of $85.00. I thought that the price was a bit high, but Todd assured me that they would top off all my fluids at no extra charge. Luckily, while I was waiting to get serviced, I looked at their website to see what entailed in their basic preventative maintenance service, and topping off my fluids was included in the service. When I showed Todd he just agreed with a blank stare. Clearly he definitely was not doing me any favors and I should of ran out of there, however I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. So I agreed and asked how long it would take for them to complete the maintenance. He said about 1hr 1/2.I was there for a 2hr 1/2 when I was then signaled by Dough that my car was ready. He gave me the bill of $285.00, needless to say that I was shocked and asked him why my bill was so high, he then told me to wait and he will get Todd. I was livid, Todd came out and said that they had to put in a new battery, completely drain my oil because it was "old" and replace it with 6 quarts of synthetic motor oil. I then pointed out what the miscellaneous charge of $75.00 was for; he then began telling me things that were done to my car that I did not authorize. I demanded to speak with the manager and to my horror it was Todd, the most unprofessional, and dishonest manager that I have ever come in contact with. I then asked to speak with the owner, and Todd said to wait. After another 15 min wait I was approached by Dino Granando. I asked him if he was the owner and he said that he was. I then told him that I was not going to pay this bogus inflated bill for services that I did not authorize. After about 30 min and with threatening to call the police he then agreed with me paying only $85.00.What a complete waste of my afternoon. This Auto Repair/Tire shop should be shut down. I found out that most of the employees there are not certified mechanics, and that the business has been a reputation for conducting unethical, and dishonest business etiquette. Therefore, If you are ever in need of Auto service take your car someplace else. I'm giving this business 1 star, and only because its the lowest option, however if there were a zero, then you better believe that it would be!

Very responsive with a quote and appointment over the Web. Started work at the time of my app. The problem is that a new guy broke one tire pressure monitor, and they had to get a new one from a local auto parts store. That's one thing. Bad but understandable. There were two bigger issues. First, they had someone from the parts store bring it over instead of sending any of the 3-4 people that were sitting around doing nothing. Second, no one bothered to tell me until they were 20 minutes over their ETA, and I started bugging employees. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have said anything unless I asked. That's completely unsat. To top it all off, they refused to give me a discount for keeping me there an extra hour. His response? "We'll, I had to spend $43 on a new sensor!"

Professional service. Fixed right the first time, every time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had an issue I could not diagnose and the gentlemen at Granados had it figured out quickly, priced fairly, and fixed promptly. Couldn t ask for a better local auto shop.

Doug was very knowledgable. He did a great job and took his time finding the right set of tires for my vehicle, driving conditions, and went above-and-beyond in trying to locate the tires for me as fast as possible. I highly recommend this shop and will return again for service.

Our entire family have used Granada s in Prince Frederick for over 20 years, because they are very professional and competent. Always feel important to them. Always honest about our options. Never feel like they re trying to up-sell us.

Needed a same day inspection, and when I got there I asked to add an oil change. They were more than accommodating and I wasn t there all day! Great service, fair price! Will definitely be having them service my car in the future!
