I came to Frederick Auto Body with minor damage to my mirror. Every other place I went to, to get a quote wanted to sell me a brand new mirror, but Kevin L. worked with my Ford F150 purchased only the parts needed for the repair and fixed my broken mirror frame back into working condition. Instead of paying $250 for a minor repair, I only paid a few bucks. I definitely recommend this shop and the team. They definitely want to please their customers first over making money. I took my vehicle here following an accident and had a wonderful experience. They were very professional, communicated well (throughout every step in the process), and the repairs were fantastic. My car also came back detailed! I couldn t be more pleased and impressed. I highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience working with Kevin, the owner. He went out of his way to handle a good bit of the interaction between the difficult father, whose daughter ran into my car, and the insurance company. He took on a good bit of the discussions that relieved me from them. As importantly, my car repair was done in a professional manner and looks terrific. I highly recommend this body shop!

Frederick Auto Body was wonderful to work with. My BMW was absolutely perfect after a deer hit the driver side rear door. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently.

Our family are return customers to Frederick Auto Body. They did an outstanding job on our Passat several years ago. We recently had our CX-9 in their shop for two major repairs that involved the front end of the vehicle and a second t-bone collision on the passenger side. We did not hesitate to give Frederick Auto Body both jobs even though the insurance company noted other suppliers. Both repair claims were done on time, with outstanding quality and customer service all the way through the process. Kevin and Will worked all the details with two insurance companies to insure all the approvals were obtained and helped arrange the rental car so we could easily transition the vehicle to get the repairs started. It was all done very seamlessly with great results.Our family would highly recommend Frederic Auto Body for any repairs or insurance claims that may need to be addressed for auto repairs. We had a small repair on our bumper. Rather than provide an estimate Kevin was able to fix it in no time. Great job and customer service. You don t see service like this anymore. It is greatly appreciated. All future business will be with Frederick Auto body. Thanks

Kevin has incredible customer service. I took my Camaro there a few months ago to get a paint job, not only did he do an amazing job but he also fixed a small problem with my license light bulb. His knowledge and customer service makes the experience overall an amazing one! 10/10!!!

Great communication and fast turn around time. Very busy shop though so I had to wait a couple weeks to bring the car in for the work, but once I did, they had the car for only a couple days and knocked it out. Will was great to work with and whoever worked on the car did an excellent job.

Excellent customer service! Needed a new mirror on an older model Sante Fe curtesy of deer. Kevin scoured aftermarket sources, found an exact match, replaced the mirror and provided the best value. Great place if you need autobody work!

I have been repeated customer. Highly recommend. My Toyota Sienna back door was replaced a year ago and now have some water leakage issues. I stopped by at this place they glad to get that fixed. Always friendly and welcoming. Very easy to work with.Will recommend to anyone. Definitely will come back again if anything needed.

I had a fender bender a few months ago and have been meaning to get it fixed, and I wanted to make sure I went to the right place for it. A friend recommended to check out try Frederick Auto Body, so I went in for an estimate. It was reasonably priced, and previous reviews were high, so I decided to go with them. The staff was very professional, and in a few days time, the repair was finished. I am glad I went with them, and I plan on getting any future repair work done here. I brought my Mercedes to Frederick Auto body shop and couldn't be happier with the results. I had a dent in my bumper and it needed a new paint job to cover it up. The turn around was faster than expected and the car looked brand new! These guys are awesome! Very fast turn around, paint match is amazing, no complaints at all on my end. Very level headed and cool people to talk to. This is why they cost a little more than the cheap shops, the work they do speaks for itself. Would recommend to anyone.

Reasonable prices! They matched the colors evenly on my 2017 Honda Civic after being sideswiped. (Minor)Also asked them if they could try to clean up the rust of the tire trims. My truck got backed into in a parking lot and damaged the bed side and light housing. Kevin helped navigate my insurance and the guys got it all fixed up for me quickly and as painlessly as possible. In a horrible string of luck, we've needed to use Frederick Auto Body twice in the last year. Kevin and Will are an absolute pleasure to do business with; both are friendly, accommodating, and seemingly have an unending supply of patience. They provided estimates and worked with our insurance and it was really streamlined from my side of things. My husband and I are very particular (read: picky!) and FAB doesn't disappoint. Both cars that have had body work done looked brand new when we picked them up. Drop off, pick up, and payment were a breeze. I've had two cars to Frederick Auto Body in recent months. I have been more than pleased with both of my experiences. Kevin and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion and both cars came out looking like new! Everyone needs a good, reliable, honest body shop....I found mine!

When my 2013 Ford Escape was damaged a friend of mine referred me to Frederick Auto Body. I drove my car there where Will gave me a prompt written estimate. The estimate was so good I didn't even look around. They completed my work on time and did not exceed the estimate. The workmanship is top notch. My car looks like new again. I can recommend Frederick Auto Body without reservation. They have my business from now on. Good job and keep up the excellent work.

If you need auto body repairs to your vehicle I highly recommend Frederick Auto Body. My Toyota Sienna minivan needed repairs and the work that was done on my van was awesome, levels above any other auto body shop I ve ever used! Customer service by the owner Kevin and his staff was completely professional. I had an unrelated issue with a rear pop out window leaking water and they handled that for me! Quality work with that touch of class, thanks Frederick Auto body team! Five Stars+
