Despite some of those bad reviews. In my opinion. Don, at the Frederick location, hands down, was the best. He was very professional and honest. I enjoyed the time being there as he worked on my truck and trailer. Keep up the excellent work, my new friend, and Thank you again. Most definitely, if I'm in the area experiencing any problem, Don, I'm calling you first. Because I know I will be in good hands.

My encounter with Fix and Go truck repair shop was disappointing. The prices were incredibly high, and despite a brief tow, they charged me for three hours of labor. Waiting three hours for an estimate turned into a 10-hour ordeal. The staff's lack of transparency, especially in not returning my old part promptly, raised concerns about their honesty. To make matters worse, at Fix and Go truck repair, it felt like they treated me differently based on my nationality. The discrimination added to the frustration of their exorbitant prices, slow service, and lack of transparency. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. If you prioritize honesty, fair prices, and efficient service, I'd recommend steering clear of this place.

Fix and Go is a real professionalismBeing a great mechanic involves more than identifying problems, repairing or replacing worn parts and knowing the difference between the camshaft and crankshaft.You ve got to be able to deliver exceptional customer service. After all, people invest a lot of money in their automobiles, and they want to work with a mechanic who can put them at ease; they want to work with someone they can trust.

My visit to Fix and Go truck repair was a nightmare. Not only were they ridiculously expensive, charging me for three hours of towing when it took less than an hour and $350 per hour, but their service lived up to the name "Fix and Slow." After waiting three hours for an estimate, they quoted $1129 for the part, excluding any core rebate. I asked for the core, but they did not give me the core back claiming they have to check if there s a core on it. It took them a whopping 10 hours to complete the job, forcing me to get a motel room. Avoid this place at all costs high prices, slow service, and questionable practices.

The guys at the Frederick location are the best! Took the time to find the lighting problem on my trailer and and did an incredible job of fixing it! Great job guys, I highly recommend this place!

Small semi- truck shop with big enough road and yard, mechanic is experienced enough and very helpful, friendly! They do have heavy duty and car towing services!

Don t go here, they charge you double, they sale parts for you and change you with core, and then returning your core and make additional money, but it s your money, they still from me $1200, they charge for computer use 2 times, before fixing and after $150 each time, no body charges for computer use if fixing. But they do, so if you want to fix your truck and over pay double, this is correct place, they completely M.F

These guys were lightning quick. It was cold and windy , but they attacked the problem with no hesitation. If you ever need speed and precision , give Fix N Go a call.

I was a diesel tech there for 4 years, good group of guys there... company just not up to par. No organization. No paid holidays, no benefits... Time to move on to bigger & better things.

I had a complete servicing done on my truck. Holiday weekend and they took care of me quickly and I would recommend them to anyone that needed a pm done.

The people I dealt directly with were great. However they charged me $340 for $127 tire. I don t mind paying extra on labor because of after hours although it was only 5 PM when I brought the trailer by but don t charge me double for the tire. This is what s called taking advantage of people in a bad situation. It s OK what goes around comes aroundI brought the trailer to them at 5 PM They replaced one tire and it cost me $540. Two states down the road I blew another Tire and total cost of the repair was $225Service: Tires
