Last night I purchased my beautiful Mercedes Benz from Fitzgerald. My sales rep was Leon Johnson. He was absolutely amazing!!! I will be recommending him to friends and family for sure. No matter the situation, he will make magic happen! I was truly impressed with Leon Johnson. Highly recommend!!

EDIT TO ADD: The owner responded here, I made several attempts to return the voicemail left for me but my calls were not received, and my voicemails were not returned.Not the experience I had hoped for. Shelly R. was very unprofessional, uncaring, and dishonest. After needing a new car I went to Fitzgerald on recommendation. Debra, the salesperson who helped me, was great! We found me a 2019 Ford Fiesta with a good warranty and discussed the current hiccups it had (the interior of the car was covered in hair and the seats needed to be cleaned. The front end was loose and the knob on the radio was not working properly.) She told me she was making note of these things, and that they would schedule time to get them sorted out, all I had to do was make an appointment and come back. When finishing up, Shelly was doing my paperwork and despite me saying please ONLY run my credit through Patriot Federal, whom I usually do loans through, and if they kick it back we can go from there. she ran my credit through FIVE different companies. She also snuck in a buyer protection program that was not labeled as such, which I wouldn t have caught if I would not have asked the financing officer what the $1k+ extra charge was. When it came time to get my car fixed up/sorted out like we had agreed on, she proceeded to tell me that I had bought an AS IS car. I did not! I had to send her photos of the signs from the windows to show her it was not as is. Once I reminded her we discussed the car issues before I left the lot, she proceeded to tell me that it s not her problem after I drove off the lot. So much for integrity, I guess. She finally agreed to fix things and get them cleaned, but kept saying that she was doing [me] a favor - it s not a favor to do what you already agreed to doing. When I got the car back, the seats were still disgusting. See photos. It took going to a COMPLETELY different Fitzgerald for my seats to finally get cleaned. Thank you to Brian Butts at the auto mall. All in all, I came here because Darcars sold me a lemon and hoped for a good experience. All I received was a woman who completely ignored whatever was not convenient for her.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Fitzgerald, and it was an absolute dream! It was a breeze from start to finish, even when it came to financing. If you are looking for a place with great customer service and a dealership that respects your time, this is the place for you! Mr. Cook, the salesman, and Ms. Shelly, the sales manager, valued and respected me as a customer. It was a pleasure to work with them both, and the service they provided was impeccable. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for a used vehicle.

DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!!!! Bought a car here back in April. Went to try and get my old car back which they have an exchange policy and Leon Johnson completely ignored me. I was sitting at his desk trying to talk to him about it. No effort was made and he was doing a sale on the phone.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I'm very happy with my purchase! Leon was great! I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. He found exactly what I was looking for and was with us through the whole process. He even drove 200 miles round trip to pick up the vehicle I wanted. I plan on buying our next vehicle from Fitzgerald and Leon!

Bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan from FitzGerald Used Car Superstore in Frederick, MD. The experience was really wonderful.I hadn't purchased a car in a long time and Eric in sales took the time to make sure I understood the process and that I was satisfied with my choices.I was impressed with how quickly the sales manager secured a loan with the best interest rate for my used vehicle.The transition from the sales team to the finance team was super smooth. Liu in finance was open and transparent so I did not feel blind-sided or tricked at the table. The entire team was just so upbeat and efficient.I was driving away in my van in less than 3 hours. PERFECT experience!!

This morning at 837am Dec 9th 2023 I was tailgated and then cut off by one of you employees going down hillcrest drive with dealer plates 2A34872 and your big advertisement of your company on the back of the car. Just a good reminder to never do business with you guys when you have rude, inconsiderate employees such as this the way this woman was driving was dangerous and erratic Not a good person to be representing your company. What was even more ridiculous is the light was red so she literally cut me off for no reason she was driving aggressively Just to have to stop at a red light What was the point?

Leon Wayne Johnson is an amazing salesman. He not only kept me informed throughout the whole car buying process, but personally drove the car to me since I lived two hours away. His professionalism, personality, years of experience and great sense of humor are one to remember! I RECOMMEND Fitzgerald Auto Sales and Leon to anyone looking for an amazing and honest car buying experience!

Leon is personable, professional, and committed to helping get the best deal on the best vehicle for the person he s helping. The rest of the staff are all great and hardworking as well. I received 5 star treatment from Mr. Eric Cook at Fitzgerald Used Cars. Mr. Cook worked with me to find a vehicle that would suit my specific needs. All of my questions were answered by Cathy the manager and Mr. Cook. Financing went smoothly with Lou she presented me with different options. Great service from all that I personally encountered.

Mr. Leon was very professional and polite. Also, he was very patient with me and reassured me that he help me which he did. MR. Leon also listened to what I wanted and got me a car within my price range. He was also very upfront with me from the APR to the monthly payments. I couldn t have asked for a better salesman. I really appreciate the help. I really needed a car and that s what he got me. I walked out with a car the same day. I came in nervous because of my situation, but I walked out happy. Had a great experience purchasing a car with Theodore. The entire transaction was done online and over the phone including my trade-in offer. He delivered my new car and picked up my trade-in. Aidan was fantastic. He went above and beyond to find the best car option for me and he did a great job! He found a very very nice car for me and he was so patient and listening to all my demands and requirements even though I know I was a little annoying at one point. Instead of trying to negotiate down the KBB offer I received online, they did something unbelievable: they honored it, no questions asked. I went in circles with numerous dealers and private parties over the past week, all of whom attempted to low-ball me or hand-wave certain contingencies. But not these guys.It is easy to give 5 stars when you get what you want, but the process--led by AJ (thank you, AJ)--was so smooth and hassle-free that I can't help but feel gratitude. I imagine their car-buying experience is similar. Highly recommend.

My experience was GREAT! The salesman was Coby Tederick he was very knowledgeable of the cars and very helpful in my selection. Chance the finance manager also was very helpful as well, I went in on Friday looked at some cars the car I ended up purchasing in PA they took time out went the PA on Sat brought it back inspected it and was ready for me that afternoon I really appreciate all that they did in my car search.
