I wish I could give no stars.I brought my car in to have leaking coolant looked into. Upon drop off there were no signs of performance issues. Diagnosis recommended engine replacement, which I did not want performed. Instead, work order was initiated to resolve open recall.Upon receipt of car, the battery life was unable to power anything to operate the car. Why would the service reps give anyone their car back in this state, not to mention it wasn't in this condition when it was dropped off? Next, agreement was made to split cost of battery replacement, which was a price well paid to get the hell out of your shop. Upon review of the new work order to replace the battery, it wasn't 50/50 like we agreed to, labor was excluded and I was charged for that.The justification provided by the shop employee regarding the battery issue was that it was related to the car coolant issue, but the video I have of the diagnostic the same shop rep is saying the battery is in good condition. Furthermore and perhaps more importantly, if the car needed to be jumped to even get it back into my control, why would you give it to the customer in that state?There is no trust that your shop will manage anything in good faith.Update: Nobody has reached out from guest relations.

My 2011 Fitzgerald Mazda3 started to show her age after 13 years. Fitzgerald staff were very kind and forthcoming with all information and costs. They even sent me a video of the process. For a woman, that s worth it s weight in gold. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a great experience working with the salesrep "Song". He was never pushy, very knowledgeable of the product , honest, very attentive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Song made buying a car less stress. I would highly recommend him if you're at the Mazda Fitzgerald in Frederick, MD.

My second time purchasing with Fitzgerald, Mazda of Frederick. I love my Mazda,3 hatchback. The service package that I have, and the treatment that they give me go beyond excellent every time! John Lee was my salesman for the second time, and I highly recommend him! I also am highly impressed with Gustavo and James in service! The live videos of the service while I am sitting are great as well!

I came in to Fitzgerald because my Mazda CX-5 had a check engine light. My situation is a little complicated and requires some additional attention for maintenance on my vehicle. The employees, in particular, James Reed went above and beyond to accommodate me. I couldn't be happier with both the customer service and service performed on my vehicle. They did great work, explained exactly what maintenance they were performing, and did it in a timely manner. I'll recommend Fitzgerald to everyone and will certainly be back for future Mazda maintenance.

Very friendly atmosphere and most accommodating was our salesperson, John. We made 3 visits before deciding to buy our Mazda RED Cx 5. John assured us that we were most welcome to return if we had any concerns or needed assistance in the operation of our new car.

Buying a new car was a breeze right from the beginning! Quick and straight to the point. Although they could use more care when handling the paint when cleaning the car right before handoff. Now Im left with noticeable swirl marks all around the car.

Prompt attention to details. Work was done properly and even a video showing the vital points of work done. Car was vacuumed, outside washed. Printout of bill covered points that were covered regarding work that was done. Since I decided to wait for my car, waiting area was clean & nice. Snacks and coffee machine was available as well as outlets to use for cellphones or lap tops, and tv screen for viewing. Gustavo kept me informed throughout the time was work was performed on the car, which was oil change and tire rotation along with an all point check on the car. They did their job excellently.

Sales person (Charlie) was ok, did a test drive on one vehicle even though I was interested in 3. Couple days later the sales manager emailed me and said prices were going up in 24 hours on the vehicle I was interested in. The prices have not gone up, they were trying to rush me into a decision and purchase. This is a sleazy dealer.

Well organized system of dropping off the car inside the garage for service. All staff were very kind and knowledgeable. The service was very timely and they sent me a video of the work done on the car. Excellent!

Terrible service, I ordered a part for my car and unfortunately it was not for my vehicle. I tried to return the part. I had the receipt and just because I did not have the box that the product came in, they did not return my money. It is more than $500. It is an injustice because I have the receipt.

Recently took my son's car in to be serviced. From scheduling to check in, I was receiving texts and emails introducing to the service manager and updating me every step of the way. Very much appreciate their proactiveness and friendly service, wish more dealerships were like this!

Marcus and Ronald with Mazda are absolutely fantastic! They re attentive and are great with explaining everything that goes with buying a new vehicle. They made me feel like very welcome and prioritized. They found the exact model I wanted and had it shipped in beautiful timing..I highly recommend car shopping here. Great experience!

Oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades replaced. I was in an out in less than two hours. (I scheduled my service appointment online.) I waited in their newly renovated waiting area. Very nice and comfortable. Free bottled water, coffee, and tea are available.

Absolutely terrible customer service called and made an appointment to wait with my car told I would have to leave it and they may get to it by the end of today or tomorrow. When told I made this appointment for waiting was told to schedule a drop off in the morning. Then told me they would have to charge me $180 to diagnose a known mazda problem. I hope there sales department is better than their service department.

Very satisfied overall with the amenities and the service I received. It was an enjoyable experience and I ll return for other maintenance as needed. A little pricy for just a synthetic oil change and tire rotation but worth it. There s no substitute for a factory trained Technician doing the work.

Had a check engine light come on Tuesday evening. Called Fitzgeralds in Gaithersburg and drove there before work. They said they wouldn't be able to look at it for a week to 10 days. Basically, they could not guarantee me they could look at it if I had an appointment. I just left and figured I would drive it until it stopped running. Called the Frederick Fitzgeralds and they could look at my car in the next couple days. I live in Frederick, so it worked out great for me. When I got there Morvin remembered my call and immediately went over to check to see if I could get a rental. He said we were set and Gustavo wrote me up and got me out of there pretty quick. I got a call the next day with the problem diagnosed, the price of the repair, and even ordered the original factory parts to fix it. He even told me the parts won't be in until the following Monday. I should have my car Monday night or Tuesday. They went out of there way to help me out and I appreciate it.

I went in for a routine maintenance check and oil change. I received great customer service from beginning to end, starting with the person who greeted me at my car, to Gustavo at the check-in counter, and then my multi-point inspection video completed by Chad. Gustavo was very responsive to my concerns and Chad was thorough in explaining what needed attention now and what could hold off until my next visit. I appreciated not feeling pressured to do everything in that moment. Great service all around! Thank you.
