Always answered my questions. Were very helpful in having to deal with insurance companies. They made it easier for me to pick up car and return rental car at the same time. I also appreciated my car being cleaned. At least on the outside and the front. It was really a mess.

We had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Fitzgerald Collision due to an unexpected encounter with a mailbox (mailbox 1, Tahoe 0). From the moment we called, to schedule an estimate appointment, we had a great experience. Matt was able to schedule us quickly, and the day we came in for the estimate, Erica and Ben took great care of us. Ben walked us through the estimate, as well as the timeline for repairs. Ben even arranged to have the vehicle cleaned up some prior to the repairs occurring since there was a delay between getting the estimate and drop off for repairs. Erica was very friendly and professional. She took the time to communicate with us every step of the way. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but that was due to backordered parts, which was out of Fitzgerald Collisions control. Despite the inconvenience, we appreciated that Erica communicated transparently with us. In the end, our vehicle repairs were completed sooner than expected (bonus) and were of great quality. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and quality work. This is the second time I used Fitzgerald and both times the body work was excellent, my only disatisfaction this time was when I picked up my vehicle after hours my battery was drained and I needed a jumpstart. My vehicle is starting just fine after that so no explanation for the drained battery.

This is one of my worst experiences ever when dealing with a business entity of this nature. There were delays after delays after delays and when I was told that my car was ready for pick up, I got there and the paint job still had to be corrected. Before that, another day before that timeline, I was told that the car was ready for pick up, again, while I was on my way there, I got a call saying that they re still waiting for the windshield to be delivered because it was back ordered. I find them to be very incompetent, misleading and untrue.. There were damages done to my car that happened while their care and after I pointed it out, they were telling me that they viewed their CCTV s and it didn t happened in their care. Mind you my car was sitting there for almost 8 weeks and they made that claim 5 minutes after us talking. So yeah, you know they were blowing smoke. I would strongly advised anyone thinking about taking their vehicle there, to be repaired, to stay clear. As you d be in for subpar work and lengthy delays. I did out of ignorance and now I hope to help someone to not make the same mistake. I hope this helps!

We were impressed with the quality of repair, flawless paint job, courtesy of the service staff and speed they handled the estimate and paperwork. They even washed and vacuumed the car well too. Glad we found out about this place!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Fitzgerald's Collision Center. They were incredibly easy to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. They used only OEM parts and their work was excellent.

Great job. Very professional. Erica provided regular updates. The work was completed timely and I was pleasantly surprised to find my car cleaned inside and out. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them!

My parked car was hit and severely damaged. I took it to The Fitzgerald Collision Center for evaluation, and they determined it was a total loss. Ben provided excellent service, explaining the process and what to expect from my insurance co as well as from him. He was detailed, thorough and prompt. I hope I never have to experience this again, but if I do I will definitely be bringing it back to The Fitzgerald Collision Center!

Fitzgerald Collision was responsive to my needs. Friendly staff took the time to take me to my rental car, and kept me abreast of how the repairs were progressing. Car came out great and at 1/3 of the price i was quoted by another collision specialist. When the price goes from $4300-$1233 that is a huge difference. Incompetent. Took my car there for some damage to mainly my bumper. Insurance made it a pain to begin with, but after getting my car back, a sensor for my lighting came on, had to take it to dealership for that. Collision center originally removed a fog light on the passenger side when there was no damage to that side and did not replace the existing fog lights. They did not communicate with me or ask me anything about existing parts. They also didn t replace a part in the wheel-well that was related to the accident, which was through insurance. I had to get another rental, which they re reimbursing me for as well as the fog lights but I had to go back 3-4 times, and I have no idea how many times I had to call.I feel bad for the receptionist and one of the people in the back because the rest of the workers made this experience one of the worst I ve had with a business.

They did a wonderful job on my (literally) brand new Hyundai Kona! The only thing that stunk was waiting for the part to come in, but once it did, they ensured that the replacement was done flawlessly, quickly, and that the paint matched perfectly - they even requested additional funds from my insurance company to cover the paint blending since I got my Kona in a new color and there weren't any available that were similar. Thank you for a job well done! So happy to have my Kona back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Arika at Fitzgerald Collision Center Frederick was amazing! She always answered my questions timely. Fitzgerald did an amazing job fixing my VW that sustained damage to the rear and side panels-you can't even tell the vehicle was hit from behind. The paint job is also flawless. Very happy with the body work that was done on my Silverado. I was told the work would take two weeks and it was finished on time. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and when I called I was able to talk to someone about how things were progressing. The body work looks very good and I can't see any flaws at all. Only time will tell but I'm very happy so far.Service: Body & Trim

I had an unexplained scratch on my wife s new car that I borrowed. Instead of days or weeks to get an appointment, Curt got me in to take a look 15 minutes after I called. In under 10 minutes, Curt made a 2 ft long scratch disappear. I m undecided at to whether I ll tell my wife if you can t see it it didn t happen, right. I did want to make sure that everyone else knew how friendly, efficient and effective the crew at Fitzgerald s is. I would highly recommend them if you car needs to look new again.Service: Body & Trim

My car has a beautiful new shiny butt and looks fantastic! And I can close my trunk again! Wonderful service. Wonderful work. So friendly and helpful and understanding of my over explanation of every minute detail. Thank you so much especially Dane and Doug who dealt with my phone calls! We have always shopped, serviced and repaired our vehicles with Fitzgerald and we will continue to do so.

To prevent the delay of ordering a new fender, they shop was able to miraculously repair it to perfection. The fender looks better than new and done in less than a week.....nice work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Very pleased with my visit. Not only did they fix my problem in no time, they took the time to explain everything to me and even took the time to physically show me when I was still confused. My fix was an easy fix that took maybe 10 minutes, they could have easily charged me for at least their technicians time however, they did not and I greatly appreciate that. Overall a very friendly, honest run business that I would highly recommend and will be back again when needed!

No quality control. They fixed the rear bumper where I was hit fine. I had them paint my hood where I had chips and small rust spot. They didn't even sand it. They just painted over the rust bumps.
