Michael and his staff are courteous and take the time to listen to their customers concerns. They are prompt and professional and thorough in their diagnosis of your vehicle and offer the customer options if options are available for repairing your vehicle. I have used Evergreen Service Center for things as seemingly minor as an oil change to the total replacement of a transmission. They have serviced both American and foreign made vehicles that I own. I trust Michael and his staff for the care and maintenance of my vehicles. I highly recommend you contact Evergreen Service Center if you are ever in need of service for your vehicle from a trustworthy business owner who lives and works in the community he services. I have not been compensated in any way for my comments in this review. I sincerely have had excellent experiences dealing with this business. People are more than willing to post negative experiences but often don t take the time to recognize the businesses that truly do their best to provide excellent service and value to their customers. Evergreen Service Center is one of these.

Great experience! I took my car in for an oil change and have to say I was very impressed with Evergreen. I called late in the day for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. They provided me with a carfax vehicle report that showed service records, a vehicle health check with alignment report, battery check, and photos all without any pressure. They offer shuttle service and provide warranties on work.Very friendly team of people and the customer service was far above any I ve experienced elsewhere.

I found Evergreen on Google. I chose them because they had good reviews and were relatively close to my house. I had brake work done on my crossover SUV. I was very pleased with the quality of the service performed and how quickly they got the job done. Pricing was fair as well. I'm not even sure what type of brakes they installed but they look very high quality. No more grinding sounds and my truck stops on a dime. I would definitely use Evergreen again. Michael and his staff are top notch.

Found Evergreen from a Google Search, and they came highly rated, and they did not disappoint. I needed a vehicle pre-purchase inspection done same day, and they were able to accomodate without any issues. Both Michael and Bob were very professional and provided excellent service. I also spoke to one of mechanics and he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was great and would highly recommend to anyone.

Petros did an excellent job on my Toyota Highlander replacing my brakes, rotors, oil change, and tire rotation. They noticed my battery was beyond the life expectancy and replaced that, as well. They got it done within a few hours at a great price. He also repaired multiple issues on my BMW 528 which had electrical issues, needed new brakes, broken windshield wiper lever and faulty door hinge. Thank you, Evergreen Auto!

Went to have my AC checked out. Very friendly staff. They performed a complete diagnosis and found other issues with the car. I will definitely go back to follow up when I am ready. My AC is working like new, and the best price for the service. 100% recommended.

I truly can't recommend Evergreen Service Center enough! I received a flyer in the mail and decided to Google them! Their customer reviews were outstanding and I have to say the offer to pick up and drop off the vehicle blew me away! So when my 2006 Odyssey alternator went south I decided to make an appointment with them. Even during a holiday weekend I received a text back saying my appointment was confirmed. Their customer service is top notch with excellent communication, very friendly and welcoming. Always happy to answer questions or explain things. They went way above and beyond to take care of my "old Odyssey". Special shout out to Bobby and the whole crew that took care of my van. If you are looking for an honest, reliable service center with customer service that is off the charts look no further! Highly recommend Evergreen Service Center!

I would highly recommend Evergreen Auto Service Center to anyone needing work done on their vehicle in the Frederick area. Their work and customer service was exceptional all while providing great value. They even charged me a little less than what was quoted because a particular part didn't need to be replaced. The guys here are very down to earth, polite and provide you peace of mind when fixing your vehicle. Then offer shuttle service, free refreshments, a carfax report, and more. I highly recommend bringing your car to Evergreen any repair job. They also prioritize your car and do the work quickly.

Great service. Went in for oil change and left with a handy carfax vehicle history report, comprehensive vehicle health check (including battery check and photos of some issues), and a mini interior clean up.

My first time visiting evergreen was a great experience. From the time I called to set up a last minute oil change, to arriving and given all info about my car. Mike and Bob are very friendly and honest about the work done there. They will not force any extra work on you but they will recommend you things that are urgent to get done to your vehicle. These guys at Evergreen Auto Service Center are lifesavers! They not only saved me from being ridiculously overcharged at my dealership, but offered to educate me and explain each and every step taken to care for my vehicle. Shout out to the Mike for setting up a shuttle to take me back to my home while my car was being worked on! As well as Robert for the excellent customer service! I am so appreciative for their dedication and hard work. My car is driving soooo much better! I also love how they work with customers on financing services. Especially these days, having an unexpected car expense can be devastating! Thank you all so much! I will be recommending your services for sure! 10 out of 10 stars! - LP

Michael and Bob have serviced my car for several years at this point, and I completely rely on their honesty, experience and insight. If there is an issue, they are quick to fix it, and I cannot say enough about their professionalism as a small business, and their quality as a mechanic shop. After having work completed on my car, which was extremely affordable and high quality I picked up my car and got inside. After getting inside my vehicle I noticed my floorboard was vacuumed and door panel cleaned off. When I took it in my car was very dirty from my work boots. I couldn t believe the amount of care they showed with my vehicle, it was amazing :-).

I would highly recommend this auto shop the gentleman there where very respectful very professional the timing was excellent this shop was a life saver and my situation was last minute pricing was great I expected to spend way more an somethings they didn't even charge me for I can say I'm willing to drive 2 hours so that this shop does all the auto work on my car once again thank you evergreen auto shop you are awesome.

Very pleased with the entire staff at Evergreen Auto Service. The starter in my 2008 dodge ram truck went out right across the street from their location. They went above and beyond what most Auto service companies would do. They immediately hauled it to their shop and was able to have it replaced the next morning. Gave me a great price and checked to make sure that everything was replaced that needed to be. Very thankful how they took care of me in a bad situation.

I could give them 100 stars. The customer service was unlike anything I ve ever experienced. They came to my work, where my car had died did some tests and we agreed they should take it to their shop. It was about 4 pm so I walked home expecting a call the next day but an hour later they called, we discussed the situation, repairs, costs and I agreed. An hour later they called and offered to drop my car off at my home! Fixed and ready! They checked with me throughout the process and offered a fair price and even gave my all the diagnostic records! Tried Evergreen out after dealing with poor work and service at another auto service center. They fixed up my brakes for a very reasonable price and I plan on returning in the future for any problems with my vehicle. Their customer service is unmatched. Very kind and genuine people!

Evergreen Service Center was able to find and fix the cause of an abnormal sound coming from my car that another auto repair shop in Frederick failed to do. It turns out the rear driver side brake was failing, which is not a trivial problem. I have confidence that Evergreen Service Center will do a thorough and competent job. Also, making an appointment is easy and they (Mike and Bob) listen to my concerns. They do not upsell like the dealers and their pricing is very reasonable. They even went above and beyond for me, fixing a cosmetic problem on my wife s SUV, which they didn t have to do. I would definitely recommend Evergreen without hesitation.

Needed a new transmission in my Nissan Sentra (notorious for short-lived transmissions). Not being too familiar with Frederick, I chose Evergreen based on reviews.Upon speaking with both Mike and Bob, I was confident in their ability and honesty. They, along with another technician, ordered a new transmission and replaced my old one within a few days, much quicker than I was expecting. They also checked my brakes and noticed they needed replacing as well, to which I gave them the go ahead.I will continue to take my vehicle maintenance issues to Evergreen from here on out.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Auto maintenance

The guys at Evergreen are awesome! They had my car towed to their shop, looked it over and did fantastic work. They are timely, honest, and kept in touch every step of the way. They worked with my insurance and I heard from them with updates and the process before I heard from my claims adjuster. They got my car fixed back to new and it rides as good as ever!
