Friendly staff, the center seems really care about people of all age. Fantastic indoor kids pool, hot tub and deep pool. Everything you can get from swimming, plus veterans discount and classes. Why you want to pay extra for water park, where you already have everything included and indoor.

People were very nice. The pool is pretty big to accommodate lap swimmers as well as free swimmers and school meets alk at the same time. They also have bleachers over looking all the swimming pools as well as the kids area from a far. It does have a rather small gym with treadmills, bikes, and machine weight lift systems.

Great pool. 50 meters divided into two sections. Deep end is 25m. Shallow end is 25 yard across. Water is kept around 79-81 degrees. Locker rooms are clean. Large hot tub, 90 degree therapy pool and a kids pool.

Love my deep water class! Jackie makes the class fun and keeps it fresh. Highly recommend this facility and any of the classes.

This facility has a pool, therapy and hot tub, and a kiddie pool indoors. Also, gym equipment to workout. Locker rooms have changing rooms and showers too.

My kid and I had a great time on the slides other then that it was cool the lifeguards are cool and they seem to be on it when it comes to the safety

Last 2 times I dropped my kids off to swim it was ok because my daughter is 13 and they said nothing about my son being 10 and needing an adult 18 or older with him I dropped my son off and his friend today his friend is 13 and the lady said that they needed a 18-year-old there with my son the same lady let them in the last two times without me being there she said somebody didn't do their job well it was her because she was the one that let them in without an 18 year old adult being present the last two times. The last two times was within 2 weeks of each other

The kids always enjoy a trip to this aquatic center. It's definitely worth the drive and very reasonably priced. My daughter loves the kids section with a few slides to go down and splash areas and buckets thst drop water. Me and my son hang out in the 4ft section mainly throwing a ball back and forth or tossing some hoops. It's time for a new hoop though the one is leaning off to the side. Most staff interactions have been friendly and they accept birthday parties which we had one year. They were fairly accommodating for using the party space. The reason mainly for not receiving 5 stars is not having some type of concessions and things can be closed with no notice like the deep end of the pool where the high dive and 3m diving board is. Often excuses result and I get you may not have enough staff but an update on the main website would be a real nice courtesy. It's still a fun place to go for a few hours We will return in a few weeks for sure.

I brought 5 grandchildren to swim. The main pool is cold. Very uncomfortable and forcing older children into the baby area. Such a shame this beautiful pool so empty. It might cost more to higher the temperature but you ll make it up with more patrons.

Lots of confusion!While the facility itself is great, customer service is quite poor. On several occasions we have called for information or guidance only to have that end up being wrong or not honored when we went in person.On one occasion an employee asked us out of the pool while she verified something with her boss. And then we were forgotten about - left on the pool deck till we went back up to the desk only to be told we didn't actually need to get out at all.On another occasion we were told the wrong date for swim class reservation and missed the window. Called back, no apology or attempt to make it right.Enjoy the facility but get confirmation of anything your are told and don't be surprised if even that doesn't work.

Friendly environment! Kids enjoy it here. Business operation hours are great. Locker rooms clean, kids pool area fun plus enough space to splash it up and slide. No reservation is required!!! Awesome When the kids are happy-I'm satisfied

They just lost a loyal customer as well as future customers because I was enlisting others to join me in water aerobics...oh well. So I purchased a 20 punch pass before Covid-19 and only used 3. I called to see when classes would begin and if my punch pass would be honored. I was told an extension would be given. I go to begin classes and told the extension was good only through December 2021. There was no letter. No email. No communication. There wasn't an expiration date provided when I was initially told about an extension. So I'm out of my money and no classes were taken. I have been going here for years. I will not be going back. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to another facility.

Planned a trip to take the kids here after getting their covid vaccines.. We called before hand and were told that the kid area and leisure pool open at 12. When we arrived, the front desk was absolute rude, never greeted us and told us that they were not opening these areas due to not enough life guards . I understand places are under staffed, but being rude and giving no information that not opening was a possibility is just unprofessional. Very disappointed. Kids were crying as well which doesn t make the situation any better. Get. It. Together.

Great place to go! Prices are not bad to get in, they have 4 different pools to choose from. 1 of which is for adults only and has a hot tub! The children's pool is great for kids has 4 water slide little fountains where you walk into the pool, water buckets that dump randomly and is 3' so adults can enjoy the water as well. They provide life jackets for children who can't swim. The only problem I have is that you can't bring in water wings or anything like that. A great family place!!!

A nice facility if you can ever get in, but that s the trick they are never actually open swim. Between swim meets closing the whole place to randomly being closed when they say they are open think twice before paying for an annual pass you can t ever actually use. Photo attached of their hours claiming open until 8:45 on Saturday, taken at 6:15 on a Saturday.

Really nice pool. Website is never updated. My son is autistic and he loves this pool. Unfortunately the pst 2 times we have tried to go here, the pool was actually closed which caused major meltdowns. Other times I have called and It s just never open these days. Which I understand but it s never updated online.

So pleased to have such a fantastic facility close to our vacation spot. My daughter had to train during our vacation in Chesapeake Bay for an upcoming meet. My daughter did her sets on her own during rec hours and was so pleased to have great air quality, friendly lifeguards and a super helpful staff. I even did some laps myself and soaked my sore knees in the hot tub. Thanks to all at this aquatics center for making us feel welcome.

Excellent way for the kids to burn off some energy on a cold day. I will give a word of caution, the kid part doesn't open until Noon on Saturdays and bring your own lock!Perfect for my 5 and 3 year old, not too crowded and was a perfect size for 90 minutes of fun.

We went to the pool today I called them at 1pm to make sure the kids slide was open and she said yes all day. So we get here at 4 and they close at 4 so I'm passed cause that is not what she told me. Then I bring my food in with me cause I'm pregnant and they tell me I can't eat regular food it has to be a snack but it doesn't Specify that at all. So I'm sitting here dizzy and can't eat watching my daughter who had her heart set on playing on the slides swim for a hour and I had to pay 16 dollars for me and my 2 daughter's. This is the most Jack up pool I have ever came across.

Manager was goofy and told life guards to stalk and watch 3 twelve year olds messing around in the pool. The manager was trifling wearing white crocs. One life guard was a W. anyways I want that manager to pull up and imma have a talk with him. There was also a lady life guard that would not hop off and was staring at us for the whole time. Anyways I think it's fair to say the meat riding was crazy.

Great facility, clean shower rooms and love the children's pool with slides and water buckets. Only thing I don't like is the 15 minute forced break every our for kids under 18. I'm sure they have a good safety reason, but there is nothing to occupy the kids during this time. Regardless this is my go to place to take my kids swimming.

We love the Aquatic Center! Family dressing rooms are nice for Moms with boys or Dads with daughters for changeover times. Nice therapy pool and great swimming lessons through parks and rec. Wish water exercise classes were offered earlier than 7am...not an option for most commuters.

Really nice facility with large lane pool, kids pool with small slides, and a therapy pool with adjacent hot tub. Well used by swim clubs and high school swim teams. Offers Red Cross swim lessons and free swim as well. Locker rooms are generic and average but expected at a public facility. Nice bleachered mezzanine for observing events and also has a small workout room and conference room.
