Nicole and her Dad were fantastic from start to finish as I helped guide my daughter's car-buying experience in Frederick. They were very helpful, communicative and (thankfully) affordable; they went above and beyond to help make the sale as smooth and pain-free as possible.

I took my vehicle for a repair and the same problem existed. A $900 bill for repairs that continues to exist. The mount to the air filter under the hood was not secure. I am disappointed with the service, and I am returning to Nissan for future repairs.

After my Jaguar was towed in they called a few hours later with an estimate .Part was ordered and my car was ready 3 days later for pickup. They are very honest.They will be my service center.Great serviceGary

This place really truly helped us out. My son was driving to MD and his car broke down. We towed the car to East Side Auto Service on Friday night at 11pm and used the overnight drop off envelope while they were closed. We had left for a trip on and my son needed his car done by Wednesday so he could drive 5 hours back to his place so he could get to work the next day. We spoke to Wayne on the phone on Monday and asked if it could be done in time. At first, he told us they were completely booked out until after July 4th. So we started calling around trying to figure out what to do, but then he called us back and said he could get the car fixed by Wednesday. It was a little pricey, but the fact they could get it done in 2 days and squeeze us in while being completely booked up for the next 3 weeks was wonderful.We got the car and it runs great. Really, truly helped us out In an inconvenient emergency situation

East Side Auto is fantastic, they do excellent and fast work despite their small size. I've been going there for my classic car for some time now, and I am always satisfied with their work. They go over issues thoroughly, and make sure their clients are well-informed on their options. I can't imagine ever wanting to get my car serviced elsewhere.

If you want a good, honest, auto shop this is your go-to. Shawn and the team are very knowledgeable and have done all the work on my truck. Couldn t recommend them more!

This was my first time going to East Side. I'm always anxious trying a different auto shop but I was so pleased and happy leaving there, they have completely earned my trust. My car was making a terrible noise after getting back from vacation and I called them to see if they had availability. They were booking out until August 29th, but Sean took a look at the schedule and he squeezed me in the next day! After taking a look at the problem, it was my AC Compressor. The price to fix it wasn't worth it since it's an old car that I don't plan on having much longer. They respected my decision and took out the compressor relay. I planned on picking my car up within a few days after it being done and they asked if anything else was wrong with it that they could look at, which I told them I smell burnt oil when I'm driving but didn't feel the necessity for them to look at it if they didn't have time. I call back this morning before I pick up my car and they tell me they went ahead and looked at the issue, wrote on my receipt the problem so I can take it to the mechanic who repaired the issue months ago. Overall, I'm extremely appreciative and thankful for them. I didn't get feelings that they were trying to take my money. They've earned my service from now on!

Outstanding service and extremely professional. Forty-five minutes from the time I had my car towed in with a dead battery until I had it back on the road. They are the kindest, most compassionate individuals I have ever met. I was in a tough situation with a car I just purchased, which turned out to be a lemon. They have a rent to own option, and even helped me sell the car at auction so it wasn't a total loss. One of the best in Frederick county. It is best to make an appointment since they are always busy. They fixed everything with no problem on our Honda Odyssey, their prices were real affordable.

Absolutely incredible service. Honest and trustworthy- have been a customer for more than 10 years! On more than one occasion, I have taken my car in asking for work I thought I needed only to be told that I didn't actually need it. They could have easily taken my money to do the work I asked for and I wouldn't have known the difference but they were honest and care about the customer more than their bank account.

Really great service. Fast and easy to work with. My mini van was rattling and it turned out to be a small easy fix which was great. They also did an oil change while they had my van. Very happy with them.

Been a customer for 15 years (or more). Trust them implicitly with my car(s) and trust their work will keep my passengers and I safe on the road. I recently got an all-electric EV car, need East Side to expand their wheel house.

My brake warning thing came on telling me to add fluid, this happened after I slammed my brakes. I called East Side and they said they would look at it but it wouldn't be until a couple of days due to them being booked. Shawn asked that I bring it by and he can take a quick look to see if it's safe to continue to drive until my appointment. I did and he added brake fluid. I dropped my car off a couple days later so that he can give a more thorough brake inspection. I got a call that afternoon and he told me that I had 50% in the front and 75% in the back, or vice versa; anyway, I was thrilled! A car shop that didn't rip me off! I had a great experience and felt they were honest. I will definitely bring my car back.

Best auto service I've ever had for my cars. They are always friendly, reliable and totally honest. They work really hard to get your car on their schedule as quickly as possible. I wouldn't have my cars worked on anywhere else!

The Guys at East side auto fixed a problem I have had with my tire making a noise for over a year now. The Tire place I took it to before told me to take it to a dealer, because they couldn't diagnose the issue. While it was there, they notified me about my rear breaks needing replaced. Really wanted to give them 5 stars as I know many love them. However, my husband brought his Chevy Captiva there- they fixed the issue, but as soon as we got the car back there was an issue with heat. He called to ask them to look over it since this problem happened immediately after we got the car back. The man responded with "I don't know why you're accusing me of being unfair. I was very fair with you on your other issue".... and on and on. This was not an issue with us and why would you keep saying you were fair? We weren't looking for a handout, just for him to look over his work and see if it is the cause of the heat. He told my husband to find someone that says his work was a direct cause of the problem and if so to call back then *click*. Sorry we gave them $ to fix it in the first place and could have had two long term customers. We will be looking elsewhere.

I took my son's Landrover to them and they were very rude to me. They gave me three different prices and every time I asked a question about pricing on something specific, they got impatient and changed what they previously said. The guy told me to take my car elsewhere because I was telling him what he said and correcting his words.Then they complained that they were taking too many calls from me (they called me twice and I called them twice back). Finally, I decided to take my car elsewhere and they still charged me $50 for "all the calls" and the work to check it out because as he said "he had to charge me something". Their customer service web page says to ask questions but they clearly didn't like that.
