Alan is the kindest, most reliable mechanic I ve ever known. I don t trust anyone with my car the same way I trust Alan. My family has been seeing him for at least a decade and he s the one I go to even though I live outside of Frederick. I have been with Allen since 2007. Once I request service on the car, he's in contact with me with whatever he finds. I love the fact he takes into account not just one avenue of repair, he offers you a choice. You have input. He's not out for the money to repair a vehicle, he's genuinely concerned with the overall outcome from the customers perspective. He'll go the last mile to save you money. I feel like he's more a family member than just a mechanic. I'd never go to another one, can't find folks like this these days !! I started going to Alan because my Dad took our cars there and now my husband and I are taking our vehicles because we know we re not getting ripped off like every other place! Most honest and fair auto shop around!! He will never do any unnecessary work or make you buy things you don t need. He just wants you to drive a safe and reliable vehicle you can trust was fixed right!

I was referred to East County Auto 2 years ago and I am so happy with the service, fair prices, and always has your best interest in fixing and maintaining your car. With a large family of drivers, I know that although my kids may be driving jalopies, they are safe and in no danger of breaking down. Allan runs a great business and I'm glad I came across his garage.

Allan has been servicing my cars for a decade now. I have never found him to be unfair. Never once has he suggested a repair that wasn't needed. I have recommended him many times to friends who all have had positive experiences. You can't go wrong at East County

He took my $85 and failed my inspection for tint and tires. He could've made me aware they wouldn't pass just by looking at it and offer to fix instead of failing and taking my money.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

rude, disrespectful to his customers, I asked him for help with my vehicle and he came out angry, not friendly at all, I'm paying for the service, I wasn't going to do it for free, it's the worst time that has happened to me with a service like this, but I'm sure I will not use this store again. (not friendly, disrespectful to your customers, I do not recommend)

Allen is very thorough and honest. He will not do anything to your vehicle that is not necessary. I have been going to him 10 years. His rates are also reasonable.

Honest, quality mechanic - not to mention super friendly and will happily explain everything that's wrong and how critical the repair is to be kind to your budget. Does get busy, so plan to drop your car off and come back.
