On Feb. 22, I was traveling to Pennsylvania when I got a flat tire. I was fortunate enough to get off at the exit closest to your shop. I was greeted when I walked in, given directions on where to take my car, and within 30 minutes my car was in the shop.The mechanic who worked on my car and the gentleman who was behind the counter gave me good advice and I was back on the road with 2 new tires in about 2 1/2 hours.There was a waiting room for customers that was clean and roomy and had drinks available for us. Every employee that I had contact with was kind, friendly, and upbeat.I got to my destination later than I planned but my day wasn t ruined by my car problem. I attribute that to the great bunch of employees at Dynamic Automotive. Thank you.

Very friendly, accommodating local repair place in Urbana. Got a screw in my tire over the weekend. Other places (Mr. Tire, Tires Plus) were like "we're too busy, come back later". These guys got me in and out quickly. Hung out and watched the eclipse with them.

I truly have nothing but great things to say about my experience with dynamic automotive. From the moment I called to make the appointment to even days after I received my car back, the care and attention that was shown to me and my car is unmatched. I was attentively listened to when discussing my concerns on the phone and all of the notes were taken and tended to when my car arrived for the appointment. I was texted and called throughout the process to notify me of updates and was given detailed reports on my cars inspection with pictures, videos, and notes included. I was then called by my service advisor and explained everything over the phone, including how my car would feel if what was detailed was an issue (which it was). I was then given a rental as my car needed new parts and extensive work. When I received my car back all of the issues I first noted in my call had been taken care of. My car really does feel brand new! I could rave all day about my experience with Dynamic Automotive. I will definitely be coming here for all my cars needs. Thank you to the team!

Dynamic Automotive is a great place- cannot recommend it enough. All of those who work there are very friendly and always willing to help. The technicians are excellent and provide good value. Everyone is professional and competent, and the follow-up is really appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience at this location today. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this location of dynamic auto has a 'quick lube' option that you can drive up for an oil change or battery issue without an appointment! Dynamic Auto saved me again! Walter provided excellent customer service!

We were driving home to Buffalo, NY and our car showed a low oil indicator. We pulled over at the gas station next door and checked the oil. I then walked over to Dynamic Automotive and talked to a friendly woman (did not get her name). She immediately told me to drive in and she would look into it. Within 5 minutes she topped off the oil and sent us back on our way. I was not expecting for her to get us in right away as they had other cars already being worked on. She did not have to go above and beyond but she did! We were expecting this to delay an already long road trip but she saved the day. You no longer find businesses and people with exceptional service in 2024. I just had to leave a 5 star recommendation for this Dynamic Automotive location. Should seriously give her a raise :)

Stu, Jen and Mark did a great job keeping me informed on the progress amlnd cost of repairs on my 4runner. I recommend them to anyone for all types of service over taking it to the dealership. The quality of work and cost savings stand out!

First time coming here to this location and I had the pleasure of Stu assisting me today. I needed to get an alignment done; after his analysis of my car s current state, he realized my car didn t have much to align. He was honest with me and did not charge me full price for an alignment service. Definitely coming back here again for the honesty and exceptional customer service!

I had a flat with a bent wheel. The power was out, yet they had some air left in the compressor, and they offered to fill it up for no charge. I thought all I needed was some air to get me to the wheel shop to get the wheel fixed, but when they tried filling my tire, it leaked air immediately.I was getting ready to swap my wheel with my donut myself. The gentleman offered to do it for me and took care of it within 3 minutes. It was cold outside. He refused to accept any money.The whole experience was amazing. I was stressed that day, had to get to wheel shop fast, and they helped me out big time. I would go there without hesitation with any of my car issues. They are genuine and caring people. Thank you all for your help!

Very pleased with the quality and level of service with Dynamic Auto in Urbana. Jennifer is very accommodating and friendly and Stu the service advisor very knowledgeable and explained the process with the inspection of my vehicle. I was able to get my vehicle inspected very quickly.

I could not have found a better auto service company! The staff at Dynamic do not try to up-sell you services, explain why things are needed - and let you decide what to do... with no pressure! They even question why you're bringing your vehicle in!

I can t say enough good things about the Dynamic Automotive in Urbana. My daughter was on her way home from work one day, and her car started having issues and luckily they were located right off of the highway. We dropped our car off with the key and a note saying please help!! The gentlemen there were patient, thorough and the prices were reasonable. I want to personally thank Stu for awesome. We all hope that our children, no matter how old they are, come across good people in this world, and he is one of them. We will definitely be using them again!

Popped in for an impromptu oil change. While the service isn t drive-thru quick like some of the chains, it is thorough and comes with a much more detailed vehicle check, but without the hard upselling. I trust their assessment and advice and prices are reasonable. Staff are personable and professional, and I appreciate that Dynamic is locally owned and operated.

Went to get a transmission fluid exchange. Stuart was gone for training. The guy that was normally at the desk was nowhere to be found but Amanda took hold. The situation got me a loaner car. It took care of my car she is a great asset to the company. I've also noticed that when some of the younger guys get into a tough situation they ask her for help which is very good

I love the team that work in this shop! They gave me a ride home and as soon as my car was fixed, they contacted me and I was able to pick up my car and drive home safe. The waiting area was very clean with hot tea, coffe and snacks...

I came here for an oil change on a weekday without an appointment, and they were able to fit me in. The communication was very good between the tech and I, and I knew when my car was ready.My only complaint is the price. I found another place in Ballenger Creek that charged me half the price for the oil change and offered a free tire rotation service. I'd go to this shop only if it's worth the price.

Stu Page is great so knowledgeable . I went to Dynamic today to get a transmission fluid check on 2016 Optima Kia. I initially had a appt with the dealership but my cousin recimmened i see Stu at Dynamic. So I did he was welcoming and friendly. He explained transmission fluid check and the ,Tansmission Fluid Exchange process. After the mechanic checked the fluid it was horruble looking. Stu then explained the importance of the exchange and the pros and cons of having the service done. After many questions I opted to have it done. He even showed me the machine that they use and how it works. I really appreciated that extra visual. Let's face it yiu kinda want to see what they use to perform the services you're paying for. Awesome Stu thanks. The whole team is very friend and professional. He even gave me a ride to Chipolte to grab a bite to eat and showed me the best way to walk back while I waited on my car. Now you can't beat that. I'm so grateful for the excellent service ai recieved today. I will definitely recommend Dynamic Auto. Thanks to Walter the mechanic. They even text you a service report for your records. Awesome job to the team.Stu keep up thr good workThanks

I made an appointment for a MD auto inspection and showed up for the appointment to find out I made it at the other location. Jennifer and Stu were very nice and wet actually able to help fit me in with no problem! Seems like a place that I will be bringing my future business now! Thanks guys

Five star service all the way. That moment I pulled up and was parking my vehicle, someone was headed to my vehicle to greet me and asked me what I needed done. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was good to be greeted by a fellow veteran that work there. The festivities was stupendous from the cleanliness and organization of the Bay, to the waiting room with a popcorn machine, couch, fridge and Keurig machine. Everything from top to bottom with spic and span and overall made for the most Pleasant oil change I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The check engine light came on while driving on I270. Finding Dynamic was a godsend. Not only did they fix the problem I record time, but their hospitality eased the anxiety I was feeling. My daughter,my new dog and I felt right at home in the waiting area. Thanks so much!

This place is amazing! HIGHLY recommend. Very caring, generous, and fair.My car broke down while I was driving my kids and I to my wedding rehearsal. I was in dire straits. Mr. Stu took time to jump my battery and then to check under the hood to make sure that the car was ready for driving again. It was not!! I am so thankful that he and his team did several tests. If I had driven again, I would have broken down again on a major highway.Mr. Stu offered to do the needed work to fix my car and provided me with a loaner so that I could get to where I needed to be for my wedding weekend. He provided a thorough estimate to me and it was very fair. My car was done on Monday!Highly recommend - you will be treated fairly and with dignity and respect!
