I had a difficult new tag issue for an out state military personnel. They walked it to MVA and MD tags issued with no problem. They are always helpful.

Best registration experience ever. I was in and out in no time. The representative was so nice and she knew what she was doing. It was so reasonably priced and I didn t have to even worry about going to the DMV. I got my plates same day and didn t have to worry at all. I definitely will use them again! Thank you!

I have gone to this location since they opened. I have always received great customer service and never once had a issue. You know for as much things that could hold someone up to tag or title something because of flags is a issue you have to take to mva. Being mad at the business is uncalled for if you drive right pay your bills and need title registration tags and a friendly face this is the place. Just remember everyone works to provide for families its sad to see so much hate speech when its not the business fault you screwed your driving record up. Pull up the adult pants and remember we are all human. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Great staff with alot of patience i have witnessed myself.

I got new tags to replace some that had gotten mangled (We think someone tried to steal them, but could not due to the security screws). When I received the new tags I had ordered from the MVA, I did not want to mail or drop the tags somewhere I would not get a receipt. So, I took the old tags with the matching registration to the Prince Frederick location.The lady behind the counter was polite, and quickly handed me a receipt with the old registration stapled to the front obscuring the majority of the receipt and the cost was only $10.Four days later, I get a letter from the MVA informing me that I would be getting a partial refund for turning in my brand new tags. She had canceled the wrong ones.I returned, and explained that there had been a mistake. She was even able to find my original tags that were turned in and confirmed she had marked the wrong ones as returned.She then blamed me, telling me that it was my fault for not double checking her. (Of course, by the time I had the receipt, the tags had already been canceled. So, even if I had noticed, it would have been too late at that point anyhow. But, for argument sake, the registration with the old tag showing CLEARLY was on top of the receipt.). Additionally, she could not reinstate them. I would need to go to the MVA for that. ALSO, since these tags were now bad, I had to pay to get a new set of tags. She gave me a "discount" for the service to fix what she had broken. While I understand that she cannot waive MVA fees. There is absolutely no reason I should have had to pay ANYTHING over the direct MVA cost to get tags for the mistake that SHE made.Not only will I never go back or recommend this place to anyone I know. I am currently looking into how to file an official complaint with the state. Any place that can make this type of gross error should not be in business.

The agent did not take her time and explain the process and did not ask questions to determine what we needed for our service. She took our title and notarized bill of sale, processed it quickly, giving us an amount due and a new tag. We explained that we didn't need a temporary tag, that we wanted to transfer tags but she said that couldn't be done. She then repeated the amount due, without explanation of charges, leaving things as it was. Staff needs to be educated on how to communicate effectively with each client and ascertain was is needed before processing any documentation. Every ones needs are not always the same and an explaining as you go along will afford the client the ability to make decisions as to what they need during the process.

I gifted my car to my brother which required a lot of paperwork to prove the relationship along with the regular paperwork required to get new tags and title. I received EXCELLENT service and it was SO FAST compared to the MVA. So worth the price!

We had to do title work and had some issues with the title. Kristen (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was able to help on more than one occasion with the "SAME" issue. She remembered us and was able to provide responses each time. I can appreciate her customer service!!!

We waited for a month for a trailer title and were pleased with the service we were getting until the owner got involved to assist us in getting our title from the MVA. The delay was due to the MVA s side of things which is frustrating, but we are appreciative of Mr. Wilbur s help in moving the process along for us.

They don't have tags ive been waiting 12 days and still waiting for them to get my tags in. No Ecuse. They told me a couple of days so I paid for the tags thinking a couple days would be fine. Its been almost 2 weeks now

HORRIBLE customer service! Asked questions she barely wanted to answer the question, acted like I should KNOW the answers already!All she wanted to do is get us out of there because she wantee to go home! Very rude on the phone when I tried to call and hung up oj me!Go to the dmv unless you want to pay 60.00 In fees.

I called ahead and they didn't hear details just said no can't help u so I went to the place to explain and got the same answer. They said I had to go to mva, so I went to a different tag and title place and they took care of me with in 20 minutes. No kidding do not waste ur time at this place rude and horrible customer service!!

They are friendly but they should pay more attention to what they do because I registered a Mobile home and they made it as if it were a cargo trailer, now I have to go to the MVA to correct it, it is not pleasant at allSon amables pero si deber�an poner m�s atenci�n lo que hacen porque yo registre un Mobile home y lo pusieron como si fuera traila de carga, ahora tengo que ir al MVA para corregirlo, no es nada agradable
