Great work by Ramiro and the team at Diamond Auto. Our '09 Audi looked better than it has in years thanks to the great work done. I appreciate all they did to try to keep costs down on what could have been a much more pricey repair.Second review: Another incredible job by the team at Diamond Auto. Diamond Auto Service did the most fantastic service on my Saab. In all my years of owning a Saab and living in various different places, this is the only auto shop that actually proved themselves willing, knowledgeable and capable of doing service on my vehicle. Saab may be a discontinued vehicle, but that didn't stop Diamond Auto!! Through their very honest & accommodating services, my car was in the best of care while they maintained great communication throughout the entire process. Diamond Auto is very pleasant to do business with, I just love them. I will absolutely be a returning customer and referring all of my friends and family to this very special shop. Ramiro arranged the pick up and drop off of my vehicle. When it was returned, it looked brand new, and it is seven years old! Ramiro reviewed the estimate with me and actually lowered the cost before charging me. It was a more than fair price. Thanks to the team at Diamond Auto Service.

I HIGHLY recommend this auto shop! Marcelo and his team really care about the customer and the prices are very affordable!My car had a lot of issues that I was putting off for years because I was quoted expensive prices at other places. Then my car got hit by fallen branches during a thunderstorm, and the person replacing my windshield suggested I take my car here to get requoted for all the other issues I was having with my car.I needed an A/C recharge, a new power steering pump, and a front bumper paint job. They took care of all of my car problems fast and at a reasonable price. They even washed my car and cleaned out the headlights and tire rims. My car looks and feels brand new! Marcelo and his team are so nice, work fast, and are great communicators. I am so grateful and happy for all of the hard work Marcelo and his crew put into my car to make it look brand new again.

I can't say enough about how grateful my husband and I are for Diamond Auto. They've helped us out on more than one occasion. About a year ago they went out of their way to help us get my husband's car to the auto shop and find a part that was nowhere to be found (others just said, everything is out of stock, so sorry) for my husband's car. Recently they helped me with my air conditioning that was not working. They are honest and fairly priced.

Everyone at Diamond Auto Services was so helpful and pleasant to work with. After having someone back into my car door they helped the process go smooth (and it wasn't on any other end). They communicated well, fixed the issue comparably fast and did a thorough job. Also, I picked my car up cleaner inside and out than how I dropped it off. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing auto repairs in Frederick.

Diamond Auto services repaired our SUV after a small fender bender to be truly good as new and in a super tight time frame. They even vacuumed our very dog hairy interior. This place saved my life! I had a problem with my 2020 ford transit high roof extended cargo van and lets say not even the ford dealership was able to help fixing this problem! AMAZING PLACE GOT a few CARS REPAIRED. From a 2001 Maxima, 2008 WV Torque, 2016 Audi A6.199 Land Rover, 2013 Audi Q5They D NT take advantage of people in need, who are last minute, or even have no knowledge cars.Ex. My mom took her car bc cars comp told her breaks need to be changed and it was squeezing. *They took a few minutes looked at it real good.. and told her it was just the weather, and that she had like still a few thousands miles(Few months). Didn't charge my mom anything nor accepted a Tip.They also charged me $400 for something other shops quoted me $700-1100 .* Awesome place
