I have always had great service from all of their departments. From service, parts, Idealease, and even the body shop for those unfortunate times. The people within each department are knowledgeable and care about you like family. I highly recommend them whether you have 1 unit or a fleet.

Parts room staff are amazing!, I needed a part first thing in the morning, Sarah and Sam were able to work with me and get the part to me with plenty of time the night before. to install first thing, they truly went above and beyond

Central MD international of Frederick best dealer in the area for service and parts. Sarah in the parts department is always helpfully and goes above and beyond takes time to understand what is needed and get the correct parts. If I could have rated them zero I would. Absolutely hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. I ran two different Midas locations so I know how it should be done. I've left messages and got no return call and they have had my truck in their shop for over 24 hours and still have not even provided an estimate. And to make it worse the few things I needed done didn't even require any troubleshooting or diag!! My advice stear very clear from this place. Not to mention how rude the service department staff is and they make you feel like you're annoying them and wasting their time

This branch of International Truck Service Center are very professional and always delivers. They have very good mechanical teams and best at what they do. They saved my truck a couple of times and I very much appreciate what they do. Most of all, Chris and Lauren are very friendly and that makes one feel at ease with the stress of having their truck in the shop. I will recommend them to anyone. Best place to fix your truck.

I've had the pleasure of building a relationship with Kevin and the other guys in the parts department over the past 5 years. They have always been an immense help with anything I need whether it be a radiator, an OE part number, or anything else that may come about. I've purchased radiators on more than one occasion and have also been able to supply them with parts as well. Trust when I say that Central MD International is the BEST place to go for ANY of your parts or service needs bar none.

Joe Allen was a great help in purchasing a new MV607 Truck. He got quotes back to me the same day every time I made a revision. Got the options I needed and wasn t up sold on things I didn t need. The price quoted was the price, no surprise when it came to purchase like most dealer like to do to you. Truck had to be built, came in early, and was delivered, paid and signed for in just a few minutes. Would highly recommend Joe.

Excellent customer service, parts delivered as promised. Worked with Dave Galinn and Dave Bittner for many years. If one don't have the answer, the other will. Excellent at finding those little, tough to describe items. Probably two of the best Parts people I have dealt with.

Came in there with my truck, did not get the work done here due to being backed up with many trucks, but the help and customer service was great.The service manager called me to check and see to make sure that I was being helped from another shop. Going that extra mile takes the stress off.They were busy and still came and at least ran the truck on the computer to give advise and help find a close shop to get it in. I recommend this shop JUST from the help and GREAT customer service.

"Looks like a big problem therefor we need your permission to look into the carburetor also need a $600 deposit so let us know what do you wanna do"2012 DuraStar international box truck 26'.Staff were very nice told me to get the truck towed inn and we will look into it RITE AWAY. OKAY, Got the truck towed in after that truck was fixed on the 3rd day (they did drop me to a near by hotel). It is a dealership they should not have to wait 2 days for a basic part to be order in ... Anyways, we were going to add 15 international trucks to our fleet but thank god after dealing with this dealership we will also recomend othere to stay away from internation trucks and there dealers. Well thanks to google for reviews option now i can share my experience with others. Good luck to you all.

Great place to go customer service is great talked to Lauren who was very professional, and I received my info quickly and she took care of my truck and made sure it was done quickly. I do recommend going here and talk to Lauren she is great.
