Had a great experience getting my car repaired here. Mary was very helpful with communicating updates with repairs of my vehicle. I was notified every step of the way. I even got my car back a day earlier than expected. Overall highly recommend this shop if your car is in need of repairs!

T this is the second time I have used Caliber Collision and each time they have been wonderful to keep me informed on each status of the work which was done in a quick timely manner. The two ladies that I dealt with the whole time doing both experience was Billie, the receptionist at the desk, and the estimator Ryan Evans. They both wonderful it kept me informed up to date and was very friendly. I would recommend caliber Collision to anybody who asked just because of those two ladies. The work was excellent and was done in a very quick time a manner I am very happy with all their work

Went in for Major repair. The process was so effortless. Ryan kept me constantly updated with everything happening. I got my car a week before they anticipated and the work is immaculate. You couldn't tell there was ever anything wrong. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Damaged my Prius passenger door and mirror while backing up into a bollard, Caliber Collision fixed my car ahead of schedule, did a great job. Will use their services again, if I ever need it (but will try to avoid parking accidents in future!)

Having been rear ended in an older vehicle Caliber was able to repair my vehicle parts were hard to find but in the end I'm totally satisfied I thank the staff and manager of Caliber Frederick for their patience and professionism

I had gotten in a really bad accident and am lost totaled my car. They were able to fix it and Mary was amazing through the whole process!! I was updated frequently on every step in completing the repairs and the phone was always answered quickly and with no hold time. Shawn the receptionist was very responsive and kind. I lost my father to a recent medical accident... Unfortunately he was in his much loved truck... These guys at Caliber and the ladies have gone above and beyond for me... They fixed his truck back next to PERFECT!! The tiny issue I did have isn't REALLY a part of what they do?? But sent me to other guys I know at Krietz on East St. To fix the light issue in the scoop on the hood. Everyone there is very helpful!! I'd take all my vehicles there if I could...
