Do not take your car here for service. This is the second time I ve gone in for regular maintenance and my car had damage from them. The first time I went in for an oil change, my oil cap was not replaced properly. I only found this out after my car interior started smelling like smoke. I opened the hood and the oil cap was up near the dash totally unattached. I took it back they lied and said the oil cap was defective, but I could see no evidence of this. Then they tried to charge me for steam cleaning my engine. Now I got another oil change and tire rotation, and I needed a diagnostic for my tire pressure light not turning off. Now my drivers side lock and window buttons plastic casing is broken. It was absolutely fine when I took it in, when I got home to lock my car as I got out thats when I noticed it was broken. So disappointing. They do not take accountability if they damage your vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable. They also don t tell you the diagnostic is $150. Overpriced and unreliable. Avoid.

Speed, efficiency, and curiosity were all great. The service advisor wasn't aware that he was unable to have my truck washed after the oil change. I assume that was the issue. I was the last of the day & they fit me in the same day, which was all great. I was just slightly bummed because I wasn't notified after mentioning it needed washing to service advisor.

Brought in my Tacoma for a Warranty Radio replacement, ended up with a headache.Dropped off my Tacoma in the service bay for a Warranty Radio replacement, was quoted about an hour. I decided to wait in the waiting area. About and hour and a half later I was informed that my truck was almost done. When the dealership pulled my truck around, I was informed that radio replacement was complete along with an oil change, and tire rotation. I never asked for an oil change or tire rotation as I preform all routine maintenance myself. Please note: I was in the waiting room (the entire time) and my cell phone number is on file. The dealership never asked me for consent, they just preformed the services on my truck without my consent. Now, I have wasted $118 at the parts counter on oil and filters just 5,000 miles ago, just to have this service appointment throw off my maintenance schedule.I will be spending my Saturday morning inspecting my truck and re-rotating my tires, as they were just rotated by me less that 1,000 miles ago. Also, my tires were overinflated to 36 psi (not to mention the door jamb of the truck calls out 30 psi). I even brought my truck in with warm tires around 32/33psi, so if anything they should have deflated the tires to 30psi. Now granted 30psi is the recommended psi with factory tires, but again I was never asked for consent. It also leaves me wondering if the cross threaded my oil filter cap, oil drain plug, or lug nuts and if they are torqued the correct specification (18ft-lb, 30ft-lb, and 83ft-lb). Last thing I need is to have a flat on the side of the road or trail and not be able break the lug nuts loose. It may seem minor to some but this was my experience and I am not satisfied.Update: 3/5Second service was like an another team had stepped in!I took my truck in for a loud clunk when turning the steering wheel left or right. It was an unusual noise that I was unable to properly diagnose.I talked with Mr. Grizzle in the service department and he was great. Listened to me and made sure my truck was taken care of.I dropped the truck off Friday afternoon and after waiting a few hours (the techs needed more time to find the problem). I was offered a rental while the keep my truck to further investigate.Since, the techs could not find the cause of the issue they opened an investigation with Toyota engineers and determined it was the Lower Control Arm Assembly on the right side. They replaced the LCA and preformed an alignment, then let me know my truck was ready to pick up.After driving it around today it seems much better.I am satisfied with this service.Still only 3/5 stars as the 1st service was not what I wanted.

My 2008 Tundra had a failed air pump that was complicated by some kinked hoses. This took a week to diagnose and repair but the customer service was excellent. When the initial repair didn't solve the problem they gave me a loaner car to use until it was completely repaired. The dealer was supported by Toyota engineering personnel to get to the bottom of the problem.

What can I say about one terrific salesman name Jason Roberts, whom I have followed from Bowie Toyota to Bayside. I've purchased 2 cars from Jason and 2 referrals because of his tenacity to get the job done. When I walked into Bayside I said to my significant other this place is niccccccce and we were greeted before I could say a word. It felt like home and we were in and out less than 2 hours. The entire transaction was 5 stars and I would recommend everyone to visit Bayside Toyota. Jason is my dude for life and where I will get all my cars because I feel safe knowing that I will receive excellent care every time .

The service itself was fine, the wait was a bit long, but it was an end of the day appointment. They lost a star for leaving a greasy hand print on the inside of my car door and leaving off one of the valve stem caps when adjusting my tires air pressure.
