I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received from Juli Thomason at Bayside Toyota! She was excellent answering all of my questions and made my experience buying my new car a very pleasant one. I have already recommended Juli to my family and friends in the market to buy a new vehicle!

I cannot begin to describe what an amazing and incredible experience it has been purchasing our Truck! Jason went over and above in customer service. He is thorough , honest and didn t try to pressure us. He truly made us feel like he was family and we are walking away feeling like we made the best decision for our family .We have been in the market for over 7 months and nothing felt right until we met Jason. With everything being so expensive these days I was full of regret looking for something so expensive. All I can say is I know we got our money worth and the extended warranty is the icing on the cake. I RECOMMEND 100%

Greg Harding was an amazing sales rep for me today! I hit a deer a couple weeks ago and sadly it was deemed totaled by my insurance. I came in on my last day with my rental hoping to find something new to drive and start fresh. Greg asked me what I was looking for and anything in particular. Personally I just needed a vehicle with good gas since I travel a lot. We test drove a hybrid Corolla and immediately I was in love. He went over everything with me and was clear to understand from start to finish. I m very pleased and satisfied with my choice and Greg made it the most easy and fast process I ve ever experienced when buying a car! Thank you so much for everything and I highly recommend coming in and seeing him for your needs!

Bayside Toyota s got the best team around. Once we were ready to make the jump into a 4Runner, Dan and Jeff the sales managers got everything together and we finalized the sale in less than an hour. Huge shoutout to Sean in finance for being so easy to work with! Absolutely LOVE my new 4Runner!

My experience with Bayside Toyota auto group has been THE best car purchasing experience I've had. My sales person Hakeem was efficient and a breeze to work with. I expressed my needs for a vehicle, what I was looking for and my budget. He showed me a few options on the lot. We selected the best choice for what I was willing to pay. The finance manager did an excellent job also with getting me the payment I was looking for. The entire process was seamless and I have an nice SUV. Thank you Bayside and staff for an excellent job. Down to how clean and inspected the vehicle was. I'm a proud and happy owner! I would recommend this dealership all day long, love love love!! See Hakeem for your next purchase!!

The staff at Bayside Toyota made the process of purchasing my new vehicle seamless. My salesman, Donnie was very attentive, patient, and thorough. In fact, all of the staff at Bayside were very welcoming, accommodating and professional. I would definitely recommend a friend and /or family member.

I recently decided it was time to move on from my 07 Tundra which I bought at Bayside. I had specific requirements for the replacement that were proving difficult to find. Todd and Mike were able to locate and secure the exact truck I was looking for from another dealer. I m completely happy with my 2024 Tundra and my experience with the Bayside Team.

Not sure how to start as thank you may not seem enough. These days it is hard to find a car, especially when your old one dies and you need one right away. With inventory shortages and what may seem available it may be already spoken for, but we got very lucky with Bayside Toyota. After many hours/days searching local Virginia dealers for a car, I turned to online searches with no luck. I opened my search to 500 miles and came across Bayside Toyota. I sent a message inquiring about a car and shortly after I got a text and a phone call from Jason Roberts. Jason right away listened and understood that we had an urgent need and right away started working on making something happen for us. He worked his magic and was able to secure the car we were looking for and met our needs in a matter of hours. Thank you Jason for your kindness, patience and thoughtfulness, for understanding our immediate need and doing your best to make it happen. We can not forget Robin Bowie as she helped with the finance part of the transaction and despite many internet connection issues worked her magic so by the time we drove in from Virginia we could just go over the paperwork and be on our way back home. Bailey Keeler is the man! His careful attention to detail and ability to dial into a military family s car concern is beyond reproach! My son who s stationed in North Carolina came up for a visit and his car died. With the brand new truck and affordable price point Bailey got my son hooked up with, there s no doubt my boy will make it back in time to report for duty, and safely!

I purchased my second vehicle in 5 yrs from the amazing Bayside Toyota in Prince Frederick. They made such an impression on me with my Rav4 Prime that when I was ready to upgrade to a 4 Runner, I knew I wanted to continue to work with them. Greg, Bailey, and Dan worked so hard to find me the 4 Runner I wanted and made the right deal happen for me. I felt like I was their only customer. I can't say enough good things about Bayside's customer service, the service department (big thanks to Josh for always taking great care of me!), and the finance dept (thanks Robin!). I am a road warrior and have had a lot of vehicles and have worked with a lot of different dealers. By far, Bayside is the best and they have me for life! THANK YOU! I LOVE my 4 Runner and I love you guys!

Jason Roberts at Bayside Toyota is a salesman my family and I will never forget for all the right reasons!! Jason is a person who truly cares about others, while actively listening to our needs for a vehicle. He even had people from out of the state continue to buy from him, that s impressive and it speaks for itself! It tells us that they only buy from him because they know he will do his best for his customers. The dealership was clean and the people there were friendly, etc. My overall experience with Bayside has been a good one!Thank you so very much, Jason! This is the 2nd vehicle that have purchased from Bayside and there is a reason I keep coming back! The service is unparalleled! I am 100% team Toyota and my sales guy Jason Roberts made this 2nd vehicle purchase so seamless and a wonderful experience overall. I was on the waitlist for a specific vehicle and Jason maintained communication with me throughout the entire process and was very instrumental in getting the exact vehicle with all the specs that I wanted. I also want to shout out Jeff Barley for working with me and making the entire process smooth! Thank you!! Bayside Toyota is the one dealership where I feel they really care about their customers!! I ll be back for a newer vehicle in another 6 years!!

Mac Stocking was amazing and extremely helpful salesman when it came to providing information and updates on where we were in the process of looking at and getting our new vehicle! Jeff finance was also amazing! Taking the time to reach out and contact Toyota until the last possible moment! He explained where we were and what needed to be done to make our deal go smoothly! In order to meet our time line they even had Mac and Sean come in on their days off! Can t say enough about the service that we received! Thank you again for everything!

Just bought a vehicle with Greg Harding at bayside Toyota. I had worked with Greg for several months to get the best vehicle that suited my family s needs. Greg was consistent in maintaining contact without being pushy or try to have me settle for anything I wasn t comfortable with. I highly recommend Greg if you are looking at getting a new vehicle.
