Schedule the first oil change appointment, I know, I know oil change at a dealer, but it was for free since we bought the vehicle that being said scheduled the first appointment of the day at 08:00, vehicle didn't go back till 0840, oil was change was done, had a low tire sensor, they couldn't find any problems with tire, said they filled it up. When I asked what was wrong with the tire they said that they just couldn't see anything, and if it had a problem come back later. Overall not efficient use of time, just filled up a tire instead of diagnosing the actual cause of low tire pressure.

Bought a used car there. I've gone for my regular oil changes since. Always attend polite customer service reps. I was fully explained what was being done to my vehicle and after them finishing. The service rep will let you know if anything needs to be intended to or not. Walk is not recommended making an appointment it would be a better visit. Highly recommend

It took a bit longer than expected, but got a full detailed report on what was wrong with my car. Micheal at there service desk was very helpful and kind! Even though he is new to the team he has made my wait feel like nothing. Always keeping me informed on what the technician was doing. I highly recommend this place if you need any car work done.

My windshield wipers suddenly stopped working. I was checked-in, advised of the diagnostic fee & though it was almost lunchtime, they were able to quickly assess the issue & fix it. I was glad to hear that it was a known & covered issue. Very thankful to save that diagnostic fee. Today's service was great & timely.

Overall a mediocre visit. Took an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change (I had an appointment). Lounge wasn't very clean but the service techs were friendly. It was the first time since I bought my car in 2019 that they vacuumed it and I've yet to receive a car wash. These are some of the Bayside for Life benefits.

I had a good experience with eric@bayside service. He was just wondering. He listened to me when I was explaining the problem and he got my vehicle in right away. He kept me informed on what was going on.by the end of the day he contacted me to let me know my vehicle would not be ready until the next day. He checked my rewards for me to help me save money.hHe also helped my my mom and daughter with their vehicles. I hope when I go back again I have him.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I would post a zero if I could. The service department is rude and lazy. The guy who answered the phone was completely inattentive and unhelpful. He told me something that I knew was a falsehood Bc I had contacted 2 other auto shops. Then after he couldn t help me, his words. I was pleasant I said have a Nice day, and he hung up on me. No sorry I couldn t help you or anything. I m definitely never ever spending my hard earned money here Bc they don t care. Go to a shop that cares. Build a relationship with an auto shop that cares. Ps we actually bought the car from there too, so guess who just lost a customer and potential referrals. Idiots! Never again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason the service writer. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional he takes the time to listen to the problems you are having and he goes above and beyond to work with you and help fugure iut rhe best way to help you with your situation. I traveled a good distance to go to their service department and I will everytime I need something done the whole staff in their service department are great professionals.
