Great and friendly service! This was my first time using them. They were recommended to me by my co-worker and they were right. I highly recommend them. Doug was very friendly, kind and honest. I love that I was able to drop off my car before work. He called with the estimate and was able to get the work done soon after. I will be going to them for all future service needs.Service: Brakes

Bought a new battery, oil change, topped off all fluids, checked hoses, rotated tires, checked tire wear, corrected my tire pressure, which was very low in all tires, glued loose inside door panel at no charge, new wiper blades. He said I did not need a tune-up but recommended that I use high test gas to prevent idling. Received a discount on parts of $40. Doug is always honest, consistently thorough; and always talks over the work before he performs it to make sure you agree with the work and with the estimated cost. My son-in-law uses this shop and recommended it to me. I am very happy with the work and also with the price. He even offered to check my tire pressure in about five months at no charge. Call ahead to arrange a time and just stop by and wait a few minutes. Excellent!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My family and I have used Autoworx for probably close to 20 years now. Doug and Jeff have always been up-front, honest, hardworking mechanics. Doug is an honest guy with great communication. This is the cleanest shop I have ever been in! These guys are top notch and will take time to help you out. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I went! Doug helped me pick out custom wheels and tires and nailed it! My van drives amazing now. He took the time to go over everything and made sure it was done right.

Doug is the only guy I trust taking my car to. He is honest, polite, and very knowledgeable. He s a really great mechanic and his whole team has never disappointed me or my family. I refer everyone to Doug. You ll always get a better price and better high quality service here at Autoworx than you would at any dealership or large company

Not taking my car anywhere else. Doug is the real deal if you're looking for a mechanic who is quick and communicative. I don't have to worry about being scammed or upcharged here, he is very fair and upfront with pricing and even gave me a "homeschool family" discount! It took a few days for his shop to have availability but once my car was dropped off it was diagnosed and fixed within 2 days. They even overnighted parts. Overnight drop off is also very convenient. Great Service! Called about getting brakes fixed in our truck. Doug was extremely helpful and got us in right away. We did after hours drop off which was easy and convenient. Doug called with our estimate and the work was completed later that afternoon. He was very friendly when we went to pick-up and even showed us the old brake pads so we could see how worn down they were. Definitely recommend and we will be taking our vehicles there from now on.Service: Brakes

Happy to have chosen Doug and Autoworx to work on my cars brakes. He got me in quick, is super friendly and most importantly reasonably priced. He's honest with the questions I had and didn't push for anything I didn't need. I did the overnight drop off and was impressed with the envelopes he provides for you to put your keys in - so much nicer to mark what's the issue and fill out the form than trying to write on a normal envelope from your house like I've previously done at shops.

Having a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic is actually priceless. We have been taking all of our vehicles to Doug at Autoworx for almost 8 years and we highly recommend him. He is thorough, very efficient and certainly more cost effective than some of the dealerships. He will assess your concerns and direct you accordingly based on your needs. 5+ stars!!

Great shop! Doug and his team are fantastic to work with. I've been taking all my vehicles to him for several years. He is always up front and honest with what work actually needs to be completed and what to expect. Never pushes work that I don't need done like most other shops in the area do. If you're looking for an integral mechanic who does great work I would highly recommend giving Autoworx a call.

Doug is an honest man and that is why we always take our vehicles to him. He is well known for letting people know when their vehicle doesn't need repairs and always has the best prices. He usually gets the work done in the same day and he communicates really well so that there are never any surprises when you go to pay for the service.

I highly recommend autoworx. I was recommended to them by a co-worker. I have had my car there for various reasons over the past 5 years and have always been satisfied with the high quality of work. The best part is knowing that Doug is an honest person and I trust him with my vehicle. My car recently overheated about a mile from his shop not long before closing and he told me if I got it there he could check it out that night. They did, and had it fixed up the next day. Great group of people, highly recommend.

I highly recommend Autoworx in Frederick! Our longtime trusted mechanic and friend retired and he recommended Autoworx. I was nervous to try someone new but shouldn t have been! I had Doug @ Autoworx diagnose our secondary car at the recommendation of a friend. The car had been sitting for a LONG time. Doug was honest and knowledgeable. Diagnosis price was great. While the amount of work needed to make this car run again was too large for us to afford right now, that is not a reflection on Autoworx or it's extremely reasonable prices, it was a matter of COVID income restraints and lack of routine car care that has done us in for the time being. I will definitely recommend Autoworx to everyone!

I brought my car in for an estimate, they were very HONEST about what needed to be done and took the time to explain to me. I really appreciated the time they took to let me know what was going on and what needed to be done to fix all the problems. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get work done to their car. You can't beat this place, great work, great price, and amazing customer service!

Autoworx is the only shop we use and trust. Doug and his team are exceptional, true professionals - there's nothing they can't repair. Honest, fair, reasonably priced, completely trustworthy. We don't trust our car repairs to anyone else, nor should you. I unequivocally recommend Autoworx as the finest repair facility I've ever used. Highly recommended!

I have been taking my 3 cars to Autoworx since we moved to Frederick, 10 months ago. The diagnostics and mechanical work are top notch. They are always clear on any problems and suggestions on ways to avoid future problems.The few repairs that they could not handle, such as MD state inspection, they happily referred me to another shop nearby without fear of losing my business.Doug and his team are the BEST we could hope for.Dave Griffiths

We used to go to another local auto repair shop but tired of the price-gouging and unscrupulous dealings that we experienced. A neighbor suggested Autoworx so we tried it out. First of all the place is immaculate and appeals to my OCD nature of keeping order and cleanliness in place with all things...Secondly, Doug is a rarity, honest and upfront besides being a gentleman. We have recommended this place to many folks and will continue to do so.Highly recommend this place....

I hate going to a mechanic due to previous experiences. But Autoworx was recommended to me and I desperately needed a mechanic. When I took my car there I was so pleasantly surprised at the honesty, integrity, and fair prices of Autoworx. Mr. Doug simply told me what was wrong, explained why things should be replaced, and then patiently waited for me to figure out what I wanted done. He was never pushy or rude. So if you re looking for an honest mechanic who only does work if it actually needs to be done (and will actually tell you if no work is needed!) then you should try out Autoworx!

We could have been stuck on the side of the road, were it not for Autoworx! We were on a trip when the car started acting up, so we pulled into the first place we saw. They were professional, accommodating, thorough and GOT THE JOB DONE for us quickly! We were back on the road in no time. We are VERY thankful for their kind treatment in a somewhat emergency situation and recommend their professional services to anyone. Thanks again, Guys!

Have been going to Autoworx's every since I got my first car back in 2018. Autoworx's has helped me whenever I had problems with my car and always is able to quickly fix my car and help it get back on the road. I have had to take my car to different shops while I was at school and the difference in prices is huge, Autoworx's will not over charge you like these other shops will. Great Service - new to the area and found my local mechanic! Had oil change and general inspection done for upcoming road trip. I expected to need new brakes and tire rotation but was assured they could wait at least until the next oil change.
