If I could rate Auto Enhancements 6 Stars I def would! I've been getting oil changes, tires, brakes & all maintenance completed by their shop team for the last 22 years, and they have worked on 4 of my cars, all different makes except for my Lexus & Toyota. Even when I dated a mechanic, I still brought my vehicles to this shop! When the Turbo blew out on my AWD Eagle Talon, they rebuilt it and did an immaculate job. When the frame rusted, they gently nudged me to get a newer vehicle for my own safety. I feel safe in my vehicles knowing that all work done on them is to the highest standards, by experienced mechanics. Other shops I've called in a pinch have said they are too busy to help me, which sucks when your car isn't working! Auto Enhancements' team will get you a ride when necessary because they understand you have other responsibilities while your vehicle is with them for service & they will not leave you stranded on a weekday! Do not hesitate to contact them for an honest assessment & estimate for any of your vehicle repair needs. You can also ask about specials, because generally there is at least 1 to select when you are getting other maintenance done anyway. Highly recommend, their customer service is straightforward and professional always. I cannot thank their team enough for the consistent service and value they provide to me as a longtime customer. SIX STARS!

Edit: made contact with shop, they said they found and removed my car from system, they don't know why it was happening eitherI am changing my star rating from 1 to 4, they did not ask me to, but I don't want to hurt their business rating, I've never been there, don't know if they're good or bad, I would fully delete my review but I want to keep as documentation in case my carfax report gets questioned I have something showing what happened.For the 2nd time in the last year, this shop has showed up on my carfax report as performing an alignment on my car, not only have I never been to this shop, I don't even live in the same state, I don't know why this is happening, but it's going to make my carfax report look suspicious if I ever try to sell my car.

Since moving to the area, I wasn't sure where to go and would go to the dealership. My friend referred me here and I haven't looked back. Fairly priced, Abby is always helpful and accommodating, Paul has worked on my car a couple of times and everything turns out great.As a woman it is tough to find an auto shop that won't take advantage of you or try and sell you extra things or scare you into doing more things to your car than needed, that isn't the case here. Highly recommend them.

We stumbled across this place when I needed a repair on window tinting and have been relying on them for all my families vehicle needs since then. They are the most honest, genuine, caring and trustworthy automotive place we have ever used. My husband and I are moving and one of things we both say we will miss is our relationship with this company and the people who work there, most especially Abby who keeps the place running like a well oiled machine (pun intended). No one likes going to the mechanic shop and spending money but when you have to, it's important to go to the right shop. Automotive Enhancements is a very reliable and trust worthy mechanic shop. Good customer service is hard to come by and they do it right every time. I highly recommend them. You will not regret bringing your vehicle to them. They keep my 2010 Subaru Forester XT running smooth!

I cannot describe how happy I am to have found this gem of a shop. After moving to Frederick in March, I was in search of a place to take my vehicle to for regular maintenance. I have since been to this business on several separate occasions and every single time is an absolute pleasure. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the work is top notch, and the pricing is more than fair. Huge thank you to everyone at Automotive Enhancements for being such a rock star team.

My new go-to! Not only excellent service and affordability, but also HONEST. Honesty is so hard to find when servicing your car and I can say I truly trust Automotive Enhancements. Abbey took the time to research an issue with my car and ended up setting me up with someone at my car's dealership who replaced my engine at no charge after researching a common issue with the model I have. They could have easily just took the business for themselves and not looked into the recalls and problems with my car (like many places do), but they did not. I highly recommend this business; especially if you find yourself not trusting those who work on your car. I truly believe part of their ethics is being honest with their customers and not doing unnecessary work to suck money out of you. I really never write reviews, but I'm so happy to have found them!!

I've been going to Paul's shop for more then 20 years. This shop in my opinion is one of the BEST in Frederick. They will not sell you work you don't need. He is always looking out for his customers in every way imaginable. You cannot go wrong going to this shop. Tell him I sent you. Cheers

This car shop is affordable and the treatment is outstanding - down to earth, friendly people in a good mood and EXCELLENT at fixing car problems from replacing extra-problem glued-in headlights (past owner fix-it-yourself) to everything else. Abbey is a great manager and she makes it her goal to take care of auto problems. You are the best. I will continue to use your shop and recommend you to others.

Heads up to my Maryland friends: stay away from Automotive Enhancements in Frederick.Dropped off my car for tire mounting and balancing, had a quote of $88.Pick up my car, and I'm presented with a bill for $222."We checked your alignment and it was off so we adjusted it."I didn't ask you to check the alignment. I didn't authorize an alignment."Ok. I'll take that off the bill."This very clearly wasn't the first time they'd thrown in extra work and then been called on it.Edit to add: I hadn't looked at the invoice closely until I got home (she charged me the quoted installation price, then stapled the credit card receipt to the invoice that still shows the alignment).On the invoice: they say they got my approval for the $222 estimate by phone at 1:19 PM.They did call me at 1:19 PM. The entirety of the conversation was "your car is done" "how late are you open" "I'll be here until 3:00 but I can hide your keys somewhere" and "I'll be there before three."

Been going here for 17 years. Why go anywhere else. I had a starter go out in my manual car and they came out to my house and pop started it.They have given me rides to work while working on my vehicle. Always fair and never try to sell you something you don't need.Great customer service, honest, reliable work with great prices.Thank you Automotive Enhancements.

If your looking for great service and fair prices then this is the place.! These guys are honest and experienced. They will tell you if your car needs something now,but will not push a sale on you. If something needs attention later they will let you know how long to expect before it needs repair. This is awesome because it gives you the ability to plan/budget for upcoming repairs.Clean waiting room with wifi, great service,great prices, they will treat you right!

Highly recommend this place. Paul was very helpful and accommodating. He took care of my car the same day when I needed new tires put on so that my family wouldn t be driving on a spare tire. I will be using Automotive Enhancements for future work!Service: TiresService: Tires

Outstanding customer service! They really roll out the red carpet for their regulars. I'm welcome to use their wifi while they change my oil, though I usually end up chatting with their manager, Abbey. I can come to them with any weird car issue and they will solve it!

If you re looking for an honest, hard working, friendly and reasonably priced Mechanic, look NO FURTHER! All of the staff is polite and friendly, very clean shop and great prices. Very reliable and educated mechanics, Recommended to all my friends and family.

Love this place! I've been looking for a good honest repair shop and this is it! Everyone there is incredibly helpful, and polite and if they don't know the answer to something right away they will happily find out and get back to you quickly. I highly recommend this place and wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I would highly recommend this shop. They're very friendly and professional and they charge a fair price. They also haven't tried to sell me parts or services I don't need, which has been a common problem I've experienced at other shops in the past.
