Everyone here is amazing! Every time I go into the store, I'm greeted with a friendly "Hello!" And a "What can we help you with?". Whenever I go in here, I know I'll be getting just what I need with perfect customer service. We love talking cars too! Shout out to everyone there!

Evan (the GM) and Brandon were awesome. They changed a very difficult battery for me and they did not have to. I had searched all over the area and no one would change it and I was 13 hours from home. I will forever be grateful to them. Thanks!

Awesome service this morning! Went in to pick up a mobile order I had placed to use a coupon online. Cashier seemed a little new at the system, but was very knowledgeable and funny and made sure I had everything I needed before I had left. I'll definitely return to this location!

YOU DESERVE THIS SERVICE. Extraordinary people skills were offered by both Nick H. and Tyler K. These guys are prime examples of being the bomb .My girlfriend and I came into this store to buy oil/oil filters for our vehicles. I thought I knew exactly what I was doing when I grabbed the products from the shelves and put them in front of Tyler. Turns out, my salesman was not going to let me cheat myself that day. He did some research on bundling offers/promotions that would fit our needs, and he did it while maintaining genuinely pleasant conversation with my girlfriend. While he got to work, Nick took me OUTSIDE with me to verify something I was unsure about with my car (small detail, but he held the door for me on our way out). I re-enter the store to the sounds of laughter and I soon find out that we will be cutting our original $90 bill to a minuscule $60.Nick, Tyler, if you re reading this: thank you for such a pleasant experience. It s easy to feel condescended to when shopping for car parts, and the both of you skillfully avoided that with dextrous precision.Oh, and if management is reading this: PLEASE let these guys know they re doing great. They honestly and undoubtedly deserve that AT LEAST.-Sean M.

These guys were very helpful. It was a cold January morning and they were happy to test and replace my battery. The battery tested good but weak, but the manager was quick to offer a warranty on the battery which saved me over $150. The salesman (Luis) had a difficult time with my car but never once complained. I will definitely be back.

Chad overheard that I have untorqued wheels and that the store doesn't have a loaner torque wrench that can do the job. He brought out his own torque wrench and torqued my car HIMSELF. Refused my $10 tip and just asked me to come over whenever I need parts. Customer service at its finest.

I was treated with zero respect. The online order was sent to a car quest across the street which I was unaware. I ordered through advanced auto website. The employee at osprey way Tim Z. Needed my id to get it released, he ended up giving me someone else s order and had no idea. I told him it was wrong and he said he didn t have anything else. He said he couldn t look it up with anything on the receipt he Said good luck getting it from a furniture store. The store I needed to go to is an affiliate of advanced and across the street. I went to the advanced on west Patrick st and they were awesome and said he should ve been able to help me.He shouldn t do his job

I have always enjoyed shopping at Advanced auto parts, the counter is always very helpful, it seems like there is always a sale going on and they are right next to my house which makes it really great.My normal items I buy are the def for my diesel truck and cleaning micro fibers!Thanks for always keeping the light on!

The customer service at this location is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at an auto parts store. For the life of me, I cannot remember the gentleman's name, but I am almost certain that he said he is one of the managers. I've gone in this store a total of maybe 15 times over this past year, and not one of those times was it pleasant.One of the times I went in to get parts for my car. I already had a list of what parts I needed to buy, and informed him before we started that I needed to get the cheapest brand of all the parts I needed. I could hardly afford to get the parts to begin with, so getting the cheapest ones were critical. I had done my research before getting there so I could tell him exactly what I needed. I gave him the information for my car make, modle etc. Then I read him the list of parts I needed. He goes on to tell me most of the parts I am requesting are not the correct parts for the kind of car that I have. The parts he proposed that I needed were 3 times the price of the ones I came in for. He told me I CANNOT purchase the parts I came in for for my car, that I HAD TO purchase the ones he pulled up. Come to find out, he was trying to sell me performance car parts!?!?! I have a 2003 Buick LeSabre..... I told him I just want to purchase the parts I came in for and be on my way. But he continues to bully me, and pressure me into purchasing these outrageous parts after I continuously tell him no. I ended up walking out of the store with out any parts and took my business elsewhere.On a different trip to this store, I went in to purchase washer fluid and wipers, this I did not need any assistance with. While he is ringing my items up, he informs me that he has a mechanic friend out back that is doing work on customers vehicles for cheap. And that if I needed any work done on my car to pull it around to the back of the store and his friend will diagnose the issues and put the parts on my car as long as I purchase the parts from him. Ultimately I told him no. It was extremely unsettling and it made me uncomfortable.Those are only two of the many negative encounters I have had at this store and with this employee.

Sean has been extremely helpful. My catalytic converter and O2 sensor were stolen plus I don't know much about cars but Sean helped me understand what I needed and he was able to help me get all the parts I need to get my car running again.

This is close to my home and I will certainly shop here when I need parts and services. I returned a battery that did not work with my Mazda and they were very polite; even carried it in from my car. Heavy for me to carry.

I wanted to get on here and personally thank both Brett and ED at the osprey way advance auto parts in frederick maryland. Thank you both for helping me today with my 2004 Ford taurus car battery issue. When they were not able to pull my account up ED did some tinkering and was able to give me my normal discount and brought the price to exactly what I had for my car battery. Then not only did Brett go and grab my battery for me he came outside took my old battery out and put my new one in. Thanks again guys so much!!!

I bought a battery 3 months ago and this guy chad sold me and installed the wrong battery and already died on me went back to the store and this p .. s t same freaking guy did not give me credit even though I had guaranteed

Best Auto Parts store in Frederick, hands down!! No other stores have this level of customer service....go see for yourself. I am a disabled individual who walks with a cane and Tim voluntarily helps me carry my items to my car! Advanced Auto Parts should be proud to have people like Timothy Zottola (GM).

Staff is always super helpful even when the computers are working against them. they always go above in beyond to make sure you get the advertised deal and are pretty knowledgeable too. My local auto parts store since auto zone got slimy with their deals and fineprint.

Needed a pair of windshield wipers. Guys there were very helpful and informative about the different type of wipers. They even installed them! Very happy with my purchase

An employee came out, and took a picture of me sitting in my vehicle?!???? SO creepy!!!!Still don t know why?!?!Perhaps because I was parked in front of a sign that states 30 minute parking, or you will be towed?I was there waiting for a friend, and we drove away within 10 minutes.There were NO other vehicles parked in front of their business... maybe that is why?!??I will NEVER shop there again!

Bought this Dupli-color scratch fix pen. Save your money because it does not work and paint does not match. Also tried to return it and clerk said they couldn t take it back because I opened it. If you can t back this product then don t sell it or at very least take the return.

Bought a transmission there they said one two days to get it. it took 7 days to get it and when I asked them if it was the right kind for my truck they said yes. come to find out it was not the right one for my truck poor service guys

Went there to do two returns and "The manager" would not give me cash back after I spent over 200$ in cash for the original purchases, he accused my husband, and didn't give me my original receipt back.
