The young lady at front desk was very professional. I could tell she was new on the job and still learning. Overall she was GREAT. HOWEVER THE GENTLEMAN WHO OWNS THE SHOP WAS JUST TOO BUSY AND ALL OVER THE PLACE. TRAINING ON THE USE OF SMART START WAS POOR AND THIS LOCATION STILL HAS THE OLDER DEVICES!!More important my alarm system no longer works on my car after this visit.

My experience was great Mr. Ron, was very professional, kind and courteous and funny good since of humor. The atmosphere was very pleasant and was offered something to drink while waiting.

THE STAFF AT EXCLUSIVES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS AN ATMOSPHERE OF PEACE.I WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND EXCLUSIVE CONCEPTS IN FT. WASHINGTON, MD. FOR AUTOMOBILE NEEDS..................

Thisnreview is not about the location, it is about SMART START in general, WORST COMPANY EVER, THEY DO NOT OFFER SUPPORT, NOBODY ANSWERS THEIR PHONE NUMBERS, THEY ALWAYS PLAY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND NEVER RETURNED CUSTOMERS CALLS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE AND BAD COMPANY, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE GOVERMENT ACCEPTS THIS NASTY COMPANY AS PARR OF THEIR REFERENCES!! Make your self a favor and Stay away!!
