Had over a the dollars worth of work done in June. New radiator thermostat and AC charged. Had to charge AC myself and when I got cold vehicle Overheating and no heat. Had good weather in the past but won't be back.

Went there for an inspection last week and they told me I needed something which my car doesn t come stock with. Also there s an hispanic mechanic with a bad attitude, probably upset from working at Shell for $16 an hour. Was very rude. If you wanna pay $100 to fail an inspection on a good car and be harassed, come here.

I ve been bringing my 3 vehicles here for 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about service and repairs I ve received over the years. The owner Kumar, is very honest and estimates areTrue and fair. Of course I highly recommend this place.

There must be a new service manager because the customer service is not the same. On 5/24/21 I went there to have a tire patched. They advised me that I needed a valve stem so it would be a few dollars extra, fine! I wake up the next day and the tire is completely flat. The shop manager tells me that I clearly ran over a nail. Like, get real! What is the probability of that.Id be fine with letting the matter slide if I didn't have a previous run in where I took my son's vehicle to be inspected here. WHen it was time to get a new registration I was advised that I could not register the vehicle because they failed to enter the inspection in the portal. I took all the documentation to the service manager only for him to require that I drive the vehicle to the station (on expired tags)!!!!!!!!!!! When I got there he compared the VIN number with the documentation. It was evident that he simply failed to enter the information in the system.I will not take another car there..........EVER!

Be careful at this place the Safety inspector is very sketchy and unethical he try to make his mechanic to miss things up with my brakes so they will have to charge me for it be careful go somewhere else this guy has no integrity.

Do not waste your time. The inspector does not know what he is doing. He misinformed me of the service that my vehicle needed. From my experience and observations, this place lacks efficiency, competence, and quality customer service. It is a waste of time and money. Do not recommend!

They sabotage my, because of a price issue they took the caps off my battery where the water goes so it would dry out my battery, as well as engine damage 2018 car destroyed , they smile at you , but they will get you trust me, especially if your BLACK.. negative 5 stars..

They Recently replaced pumps and underground tanks. I filled up with 93 and I can tell the difference immediately. Much better quality gas than most stations in PG county. The priemium gas prices in the area are cheaper than most of the county as well.

I have had 2 vehicles repaired there. Friendly, quality service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Standing here and no one is here to assist. The pp isn't working and I've pressed the call button na million times. I guess they are sleeping!!!!!!!! Plus I've now lost my Giant points to get my discount!!!

I would like to talk to someone ahead of the inspector there. He is rude, disrespectful and I feel he gave me the wrong information.

Sometimes looks like someone has tamper with the pumps I've seen wires and a connector as if someone has a card reader. I've talked to the clerk behind the counter about it and still saw it a 2nd time after that

Terrible service put to much oil in my car when they did an oil change had documentation proving the problem and they wouldn t acknowledge their wrong never again

Neighborhood Shell and it's about average of the Shell's I've utilized, but I usually only get gas.

Lleve a inspecci�n mi carro y no paso por el polarizado muy oscuro entiendo eso se lo quito y lo llevo de vuelta y me atiende otra persona se pone a revisar todo el carro otra vez cuando claramente ya yo solo tenia que checar el polarizado y le digo que solo tenia que checar el polarizado y me sale enojado todav�a le gusta que uno este ah� esperando perdiendo el tiempo ya tienen un cliente menos
