Lucky for me the manager Moe was there and I asked to look up by part number, the guy at the register didn't know what fluid film was took me to the paint area and said if it's not here we dont have it. Not sure if he is new but he had a hard time looking it up on the computer even after I looked it up on my phone. The manager stepped in looked it up and found 3 in stock on the other side of the store. Thank you Moe for your help.

I've been here many times and they've always been able to help me make the right decisions when it came down selecting the right parts for my vehicle. I recently bought a new battery & spark plugs for my truck. They had both in stock and I was able to pay with Samsung Pay and received cash back with the online purchase.Special thanks to Moe, Mike, Kelvin and Sharon for always being helpful when I come in.

A battery I bought a year ago would not hold a charge. I called and spoke with Michael and he told me to bring it in to test it. I met him at the store he tested it and it had a bad cell. He immediately honored the three year warranty, gave me a new battery and I was on my way! Great customer service!!!

The last few times I've been here, the customer support was great. These guys knew their stuff.It seems to have gone down hill. The store hours seem to be a suggestion. Not really friendly anymore.

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car part I was looking for! He even brought my new battery to my car and would have installed it if I hadn't already had a friend helping me. Will definitely return! Military discount offered also!

I went here to pick up a few items to keep from going to Lowes. They had what i needed although a bit pricey and limited selection. For my purposes, it met my expectations since I didn't have much time. The staff were nice and helpful too.

Went to borrow tools for battery replacement. Multiple items were missing from the tool set. When i inquired if they have replacement equipment they responded in saying unfortunately we can not help you. You are more than welcome to purchase said item. I don't feel as though they went out of their way to ensure that a paying customer was satisfied.

. If you are looking for parts only, No problem. But don't come to this location expecting customer service. The concept of service is foreign to this store. I found Joseph, to be the least concerned with taking care of the customer and more concerned with his own comfort and convenience. I will not visit again.

Avoid this communist/democrat location, I walked in with no mask with being vaccinated. The employee was serving me at first but then when someone else walked by her, she changed to asking me to wear a mask. After stating what was the point of the vaccination and being vaccinated, she still refuse to serve me. After wasting 8-10 minutes of being in there, she choose to Denied me as customer over political and false health care views. It s sad that our country is dividing us and giving business owners power to refuse people now!

Purchased a 2 pack of Sylvania 194 bulbs for a ridiculous price of $9.00! Checked on Amazon, same manufacturer bulb for a ten pack is $7.99? Buyers beware! My last trip to Advance Auto Parts!!!

This is absolutely crazy.. I honestly don't understand how Mr Joseph is still employed at advance auto parts, he's not helpful at all an very extremely rude... my experience with him was a nightmare, I never leave comments or complaints, but this guy was so rude I'm writing a letter to corporate an demanding action

Very nice and helpful sales associates. Only thing is sometimes they do not stock everything.. a hit or miss at times. But otherwise pleasant place to be in.

This team is awesome. They do all types of free services. Battery check and installation. Wiper blades and check engine lights. They also recycle oil. This team is so friendly. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

It is a reason why Autozone out prefroms this store, CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I have a receipt or not make a decision so you and I can go about our business. "What store did you buy this from" is a question of irritation.

If you are not sure if you are going to need it don't purchase it. They dont process returns. Not electrical, not on tool nor chemicals. Even if anything hasn't been opened. Go to autozone they have better prices and service.

i was going to buy a battery from advance and was told the battery was $170.00 i,m a tech at a dealer and this was a 2007 chevrolet tahoe i need to let you all know that advance is now higher than the dealer when it come most parts please start checking the dealer for price the battery at the dealer is $104.00 with the same 3 years warranty these company know you not going to check the dealer for price because you think that the dealer in higher yes it was that way at one time but now these company are going high on they parts PLEASE CHECK THE DEALER BE FOR BUYING FROM ADVANCE AUTO PARTS
