These guys answered my phone call when I wasn't even a customer help me out with put the correct fluids in this 1.6 eccodiesel.They car about cars they care about people. It's just About money for them these are decent people

I dropped someone off there to pick up their car. They have been there before for work. It was certainly easy to find and there is parking. They said they were pleased at the work they had done in the past. They said the prices were fair and they went back. So I guess they liked it!

Euromotive is a great auto service garage. They text me with what they find and what needs to be done. When I agree, they do an amazing job. I find them very honest.

This review is a bit overdue, but well earned and deserved! This a great family-owned business, and their dedication to excellent customer service, and quality work and professionalism is unmatched in my opinion! This is not a typical experience when dealing with automotive mechanics, and it seems as though the owner, Matt, and his team do EVERYTHING they can to make sure your car is done right! They've worked on both of my Volvo XC70's, and I wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else ever again! I've shopped around, and no one comes close to the level of service you'll receive here, with incredibly fair pricing! They've earned this 5-star review, and I imagine you'll feel exactly the same way! I trust my car to take care of my family's transportation, and I trust the professionals at Euromotive to make sure my vehicles are in tip-top shape, every time! But don't take my word for it. Update 10/22/2023Still a great service experience. The team works hard to get it right the first time and the customer experience has always been great.Multiple experiences with Euromotive and they ve all been great. I ve always felt prices and quotes were fair. Service and communication have been great as well!

First time customer with a 2021 Acura. Professional and friendly staff that listens and explains everything in detail. Hard to find a shop like this anywhere anymore. They have already earned my trust as a place to bring my cars for service. My first visit with Euromotive Auto Service was great experience. My BMW 335i xdrive needed a strut replacement, alignment, new brake fluid and fixing rear turn signal/brake lamp malfunction. I was impressed with the diagnosis detail that included pictures and repair estimates as well as the professional service. Everyone was courteous and communicative. I found the price for service very fair. The shop was clean and we'll maintained. I noticed the other customers were frequent patrons and we're all addressed by their first names. I've found a new home for my BMW service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Had excellent results from them, as Matt as well as the receptionist were very easy to deal with and Matt the owner took the time to talk with me and listen to what i had to say. Matt gave me some very relevant advice. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good service!!! It s so hard to find businesses who care and Euromotive Auto cares.

Just wanted to highly recommend Euromotive as they provided terrific service for my BMW. Had the misfortune of breaking down on I95 during labor day weekend and had my car towed to Euromotive based on their excellent reviews. Matt and his team did excellent work and went above and beyond trying to resolve the issue. Communication was excellent and the problem was solved! Thank you! Wish you were closer to me!

Matt and all his employees at Euromotive are Excellent people To do business with very professional and courteous. This is one of the best businesses in automotive repair I have ever dealt with in the past 30 years they're work is top notch very detailed and his system of informing you on the repairs needed and the information he provides is outstanding and you will not find another business in Hartford county like this of his standards a highly highly recommend having any work done by them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Had some work done on my vehicle here. Initial visit, quote, replacement part procurement and turnaround time were impressive. My only issue occurred once the repair was finished- Despite clearly mentioning I would be gone for a few days after dropoff, I was STRONGLY pressured to pickup my car when the service was done in the late afternoon. This was rude and definitely off-putting especially after such a good experience. The labor was on the expensive side.

Greta service and really helped me out. I was working 12 hrs and couldn t ever get to the shop, they accommodated me so well that I didn t even have to go into the shop at all. Just had my car dropped of and than picked it up after hours. They also had super fair pricing! Would 100% recommend!

My car broke down on a very hot summer day, 25 mins from home, with my two small kids. Thankfully, it broke down in the perfect place - right in front of Euromotive! To my surprise, Matt and his staff came running out immediately to help me! They invited us to sit in their air conditioned waiting room and watch cartoons while they diagnosed the problem. Since my car is not a European car, they then contacted a local trusted mechanic that could fix it. I experienced 5 star service from their very kind, professional staff and I wasn't even a customer! THANK YOU EUROMOTIVE!

These guys are great! I had made an appointment at the Firestone around the corner to have some wheels & tires mounted/balanced, and when I arrived they said they were too busy- so much for an appointment! So I called Euromotive since they were right around the corner and I was able to drop my wheels off and pick them up a few hours later. Quick service and honest pricing.

Awesome! I dropped my car off on a Sunday night and my car was ready Monday afternoon. Great customer service. Great drop off system. Mercedes Dealership wanted $1300 to do the repair, I paid less than half at Euromotive. My new mechanics!

A technology adopting professional organization. Quotes by email and text. You understand each line item cost before you do it, and it's all explained clearly before you start. We had a repair that was described by then as, not worth the cost for the value of the car. Not many people take care of the customer to do the right thing. I highly recommend.

Euromotive is the best. They do a great job every time. Yesterday my car window was stuck in the down position, and they were able to solve the issue quickly and effectively. Appreciate the workmanship and the ability to troubleshoot issues with my car time and time again.

I have taken my vehicles to Chris and Matt for years. They were recommended to me by an acquaintance and I have always been very pleased with their professionalism, honesty and workmanship. They have had an opportunity on several occasions to charge me for things that were not in need of repair and have always shown me what was going on and why it was not necessary. They also are very fair when it comes to pricing and I have always found them to be cheaper than anywhere else I have gone. On more than one occasion I opted to do part of the repairs on my own and they offered me advice and guidance which was invaluable. I cannot state enough how honest and fair they have always been whenever I have dealt with them. I would highly recommend Euromotive to anyone in search of an auto mechanic.

I have been going to Euromotive for over 10 years. Chris and Matt and now just Matt are the BEST!! They do the best work for the most reasonable prices. They have been extremely honest which is one of the most important traits for an auto repair shop. They advise you with the best options and service. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on a car. I can't say enough good things about Euromotive.

Such a great experience. The owner and mechanics are great. I came from out of town and they were able fit me in in a decent time. So thankful for the great service so I didn't waste a trip. Definitely will be returning for future service and I highly recommend this shop.

My favorite shop - Matt and Chris are both very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very forthcoming and honest about costs and expectations. They have my trust. They have worked on my diesel Mercedes, Ford 7.3 diesel truck and our VW Passat V6. I wish they were closer but they are so good I make the effort to get my cars over to them anyway.

I brought my Volvo here to have some of my own parts installed. The guys were up front and honest about what did and did not need to be replaced, and completed the work to exemplary standards. Definitely a great shop.

I have brought 4 BMW's here to Euromotive. They were always fixed right the first time. You will not find 2 more honest mechanics anywhere. My cars were always ready when they said they would be. Make an appointment-you won't be sorry!
