From the moment that I contacted Paintless Dent Doctor I was met with professionalism. I was told to come in the next day to get an estimate and when I arrived at my appointment time, Stephen immediately looked over the damage. I got a quote a couple hours later and my car was repaired in less than 2 days. I would recommend this business to everyone who is looking for quality work with real professionals.

Funny story I pressed the fender of my car up against a sturdy, hard plastic trash can while backing out of my garage, putting a large dent/crease right on the body line. Maybe the trash can was made of Vibranium, I don t know. I took it to a couple of body shops that quoted me thousands of dollars, saying they needed to replace the fender completely and that the job would take at least a week to complete. Even though I d had the car a little over a month, I was not thrilled by the idea of paying that much money for what was a cosmetic defect. I was just going to live with it. I reached out to a couple other PDR places and they all told me roughly the same thing - high quotes and long turnaround times. I read a ton of good reviews and testimonials about Paintless Dent Doctor. So I gave them a call. Stephen took a look at it, told me the damage was pretty significant but repairable, and gave me a really good quote for repair - a fraction of what the body shops were quoting me (I know that s said a lot in these reviews, but it s the truth). He also said the shop could have the repair done within two business days. I dropped my car off Monday morning, and had it back late Tuesday afternoon and it legit looks flawless.What struck me the most was that Stephen was very particular about his work as he assessed the damage. He wanted the finished product to be great, and I could tell that he s someone who takes great pride in his craft. I feel that he was more particular about the quality of the work than I was, and not just about the pay. I think that s what sets great craftsmen, technicians, and artists (a great PDR technician is also an artist, honestly) apart.You read a lot of reviews saying that a place is the best in town and all that, but I think it s the truth with Paintless Dent Doctor. The whole process was really easy and really professional. And if I m ever careless enough to damage my car by slowly driving it into a large stationary object again, I ll definitely give them a call.

Stephen was amazing throughout the entire process. Communication was constant and very informative from the initial request to the completion of the job! He was able to work around my timeline and speed up the insurance company s process by handling paperwork and claims as my car was being delivered to the shop. My car was in and out within 4 days and looks absolutely amazing! Highly recommend if you value transparency, quality service and communication

Stephen is a pleasure to work with. He has serviced two of my vehicles now (16' Jeep Cherokee & 18' BMW 3 Series). The facility itself is immaculate, and has a comfortable seating area if you are waiting for your vehicle. The work done is simply the best. Both times I have gone here, Stephen was very efficient. I could not tell where the damage was on either vehicle after repairs. As for Stephen, he is extremely courteous and professional. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the MD area.***UPDATE***Nothing else to really add other than stellar work again. Since my initial review, Stephen has worked on a total of 4 personal vehicles for me. I had a hood repainted and blended on a BMW X5, and had three small dents repaired on a BMW X3M. Results were as expected, like no damage ever occurred.

They did a great job. I had two doors with dents. One of them was too deep for the paintless process, but they were able to fix that one with traditional body work at a reasonable price. They were also able to remove some etched-in tree sap. Both doors came out like new. Getting an estimate and scheduling via text message was easy. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment for 2:00 to get scrapes repaired on my suv. I sat in theclean, neat, nicely decorated waiting room and by 2:45 the owner showed me my vehicle with absolutely no evidence of the scrapes. Great Job!

My hood dent from a giant walnut is all gone thanks to Paintless Dent Doctor! Stephen was very informative throughout the process and fixed it in the time quoted. I was pleased with the pricing too. Highly recommend!

This place is great! Awesome customer service. The lead kept me up to date on the entire process involving the insurance company and got the work done faster than any other body shop. The dent repair was immaculate as well as the paint job. Perfect mix to match the existing paint.

Very professional, clean,organized, and great customer service. Stephen was awesome! You can tell he takes pride in what his business is about. You won't be disappointed at all! I had a wonderful experience at Paintless Dent Doctor. My SUV had a large dent on the rear bumper and Stephen did a phenomenal job removing the dent. The whole process is very smooth and took under an hour. I was able to wait comfortably in the waiting area which is very nice and has WiFi. Before and AfterBackground: My dad backed into a parked car and ended up damaging the rear area. After doing some research and going to another Tesla forum, I found out that Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) was a really good and reasonably priced repair option. I found this PDR Collision center near me and in 5 days, I had my Tesla MYP looking brand new again. The total cost was lower than the estimate that the Tesla certified repair shop that I first went to gave me.10/10 service!!

Did a great job on our Nissan Rogue. We had a small dent on the door. He took me hour early and done in 20 minutes. No dent seen any more. No paint damage either. Stephen is very talented.

They did a great job getting a dent located on top of a body crease. Easy to schedule, was able to get an appointment in a few days, and completed the work in a few hours. Steve and his crew at the Paintless Dent Doctor repaired the top lift gate of my BMW X5 that was damaged and repaired incorrectly. The lift gate looks like new and the previous damage is no longer visible. Steve was professional and courteous during the process, providing a reasonable quote and completing the work in less than a day. After a severe hail storm in the Midwest, my Highlander was left with HUNDREDS of dents on the hood, roof, doors, fenders, and trim. When I got home, I wasn t sure where to take it for repair. Had major hail damage on my 2021 Chevy Silverado. They were very professional and very precise in removing over 70 dents from a hailstorm. Couldn t be happier. Great job! GEICO was less than helpful but over 2 weeks and all my dents were removed and no paint or body work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this black owned body shop! My car was a hot mess! Dents and scratches galore. The Paintless Dent Doctor, Stephen, is very knowledgeable and takes his craft serious. He sent me a very reasonable quote and made himself available to answer any questions. The shop is very clean, very comfortable waiting area, and the staff was very professional. My car looks absolutely amazing and I'm so happy!! I would highly recommend his shop!!!

Needed a small dent repaired quickly and they got me an appointment next day. They have a very nice waiting area with wifi and everyone was accommodating and professional. Stephen told me it would be about an hour and in only 30 mins the dent was repaired, looked factory new and the price was on the lower end of the estimate.
