Jeff's is and has always been upfront and gets the job done. Receptionist is one of the sweetest and very knowledgeable. Jeff is a great guy and funny and what can you say about Victor well he's awesome. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else.

They also have a technician there who is an expert in motorizing your vintage Schwinn Stingray. I brought in my 1973 Coppertone Fastback Krate & he fixed me up with a top speed of 63mph. Now I can ride wheelies all day long with the motorcycle gangs! Thanks, Jeff's Automotive!!!

I have been taking my 2011 Hyundai to Jeff since last year. Recommended by a close friend, I did not regret the decision. Very honest and trustworthy mechanics, great customer service and communication. From new rotors to new control arms. They manage to get it done

The owner is great! Im in search of a new car to buy and he generally has some for sale. When I went, he didnt have any in my price range ready, but he did give a lot of useful tips of what to watch out for when buying a new car and offered a quick roadside inspection of a vehicle if I brought it to him before buying which I thought was pretty kind given how busy his shop can get. He has a lot of loyal customers that love his work!

Real simple, job gets done right the first time. The price is fair. The staff are nice....good coffee too. I only go to Jeff's for both our cars

10/10 will be taking my car here anytime it needs work in the future. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They accommodated my work schedule and got everything I needed done in a timely and cheaply priced manner. Joanna, Vic, and Jeff are all wonderful workers and you should take your vehicle here for wonderful customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

After getting the dreaded low tire pressure warning and the tire not holding air, I called Jeff s. The owner told me to swing by and within 20 mins had me ready to roll after finding the culprit in my tire. The shop is very clean and the staff was friendly. I really appreciated getting me in and out so quick! A great asset to Essex!

I had a really great experience at Jeff's Automotive. I called in the morning, they remembered me when I arrived and were able to fix my issue while I waited for a very reasonable cost. I was really pleased. Customer service was great and it's nice to have a local team that is trustworthy.

I am an employee at Jeffs Automotive. I have worked there a few years. We strive To go above and beyond to fix every vehicle to the customers satisfaction. We want the cars to be fixed and ready to drive. Theres no problem we cant fix. Bring all your vehicles to us.

I ve taken my jeep there several times for this and that. Victor and Jeff both are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I feel like the prices are fair. They will do whatever they can to get your car right. I would say they are on top of things.

When it comes to automotive repair, this is the place we go. Great service and great mechanics. The newer location is further for us to drive, but it is worth the time. I cannot recommend Jeff's enough to people in this area.

Great group of mechanics. Diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and fixed little things with it. Instead of having you come back because something else down the line went up. Owner greeted me with a welcoming handshake. Definitely the type of people you want working on your vehicle.
