Many customers who left a review claiming rude service are probably talking about the old manager who recently retired. Paul, the new manager, is fantastic! Despite bad reviews, I know this shop has always been busy with customers. Go and experience the service yourself without doubts; you won't regret it. Do not rely on people who write unfair reviews for a shop that provides reliable service for a very reasonable price. I've been their customer for over 15 years. My experiences have always been excellent; Mr Woo, the owner, is genuine and knows what he is doing. This is the place to go if you want a trustworthy mechanic without breaking the bank! Also, last time, they told me they re doing inspections, too, so I plan on going there for it next time I need it!

Updated review:I called Mr. Woo on Thursday afternoon to let him know that my car was not performing like it should after a front alignment. He was open to hearing my concerns and immediately asked me to returned to the auto shop on Friday (1/20/23). When I arrived, he took my vehicle immediately and had it worked on. My car was returned within 45 minutes. I drove it and it performed so much better. The left pulling was nearly gone. I m a happy customer again!Not too happy this time.I took my car for major auto service yesterday (1/18/23) at 8am for rod replacement and an alignment before heading out-of-town for a six hour drive. What was supposed to take three hours ended up being over eight hours. Not only was I frustrated with the repeated delays in picking up my vehicle, but the alignment isn t right. My car has a pronounced pulling to the left. I m taking it back to the repair shop in the morning (Friday). I m hopeful that the adjustment will take an hour or less.I must admit that before this last service, this auto shop has been phenomenal with quality work, reasonable prices and a feeling of honesty from Mr. Woo. Yesterday was my first disappointment.Service: Wheel alignment

Do not ever go here for anything. I came to this location to pump gas and purchase a phone charger inside. As I was parked, mechanic Sung Paik rear ended my vehicle with a CLIENT S vehicle. Thankfully the clients vehicle was fine, but mine was not. He crushed my entire back bumper. From the start, he was very rude and would not hand over any information. Come to find out that these mechanics have no integrity at all and have denied the claim. He even got his coworker Vincent McLean to lie to insurance for him as well. I hope that customers can see right through them. This shop has no integrity, no service and no honest people working. Stay away.

My experience has been positive. Woo is knowledgeable and they've done a good job with the repairs we've had them do. Woo does not provide a pampering high-touch customer service experience, but I take my family's cars to him because they do good work at a fair price. Do I recommend? Go at your own risk!!Don t waste your time or money. They are scamming women, rude and no integrity. Went to get a brake light bulb replaced and left with a broken taillight. The mechanic said I had an electrical problem and that s why the bulb couldn t be replace. Went to get as second opinion and bulb was broken & the wires were disconnected with scratches around the area where the bulb was.Someone didn t know what they were doing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The price and work done is reasonable, but I will take off a star for raising voice to yelling volume at the customer over the phone. When you come in person, they are more willing to listen to your requests, but they will get the work done. Just make sure to give them a call a day or 2 after dropping off vehicle as they may not call you when job is done

Stay away from this place. They lie to you and try to rip you off!The guy there said my brakes needed to be replaced TODAY, both front and back are totally worn out and it s dangerous to drive in that condition. So I went to my regular auto repair store and he laughed because only 30 % of the brake was worn.

As I read other reviews, I have similar bad experience. Not at all friendly. The owner do not know how to even talk to a customer. No waiting area. No price for a service. Bad attitude. I will not go to this store.

If you have a major or complicated job that needs to be done, I strongly recommend you not to go to this shop. Lack of knowledge, irresponsible and terrible customer service. Don't waste your valuable time and money.

I went in with intentions of replacing my front brake pads. I knew thats what i needed as I had taken my car to my mechanic back home two weeks previously. After the initial brake inspection he came out to inform me my back brake pad needed replacing as well as my front pads and rotors. A $130 fix suddenly jumped to $440. I left and drove to somewhere I trusted more but wasn't sure they could get me in the same day and I needed it done then. They got me in immediately and did a brake inspection. Informed me my back brakes and rotors were fine. They are replacing the front brake pads and that is all. I'm just leaving this review because it is hard (as a girl) to find a mechanic who won't take advantage of you because they think you have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to your car. Their prices are good as long as they are doing the actual work that needs to be done.

Simply great. These guys are my new go to shop for my VW and Honda.It's really puzzling why some others gave low rating. I'm guessing it was more of a communications issue.I do regular maintenance of cars (example: engine and trans oil changes) myself. So, I consider myself relatively knowledgeable about cars. But my Honda had developed some rattling noise that I could not identify. I took it to a well respected repair shop (4.8 star rating with about 100 reviews) that I've used a number of times before. But they failed to identify it. But after these guys did a simple work on my VW satisfactorily, I decided to have these guys take a look at my Honda also. They were able to quickly identify the issue and fix it with a very reasonable price.Appearance can be deceiving. Some other repair shops may LOOK better, but these guys are just as good (for less) if not better. They are my go to repair shop now.Highly recommended.

My car broke down on a trip 50 miles from home. I stopped in at a competitor's shop and they could not give me an appointment until Nov 1st. Since I didn't want to wait in their waiting room until then (22 days from now) I limped my car around the corner to Woo's and boy am I glad that I did. They got me in right away, found the problem (a broken water pump), installed the part, and gave me an itemized bill. I was out of there in about 3.5 hrs. Fast and efficient service! Thanks Woo's!

Some people said there rude. But my experience is good. Yes they are rude for customer. But price and how they finished job. Way better then other up to 4 star mechanics shop. Will visit again.

I went here to get a tire repaired. Something that should have taken 20 mins turned into 2 hours. They straight ignored the whole hell outta my presence. Every time I would ask a question they either ignored me or looked right thru me. Eventually I got serviced. The price was much more reasonable than other's around but I will never return. I would rather pay an extra $20 before being treated like that again.

In my life, I have been to many different mechanics. Each had their own pros and cons. When I came to Woo s however, I have never seen such indignant and rude behavior. Just trying to grasp what they re trying to do is hard, but on top of that they charge a little excessive prices for little things. I would not recommend this place as they did not do a good job.

Awful attitude. Very rude.If only that were the only issue. Car had the steering wheel pump and steering wheel line fixed due to a leak. After driving the car back to Jersey, the car started having the same issue again, the leak was not even fixed for $600 and no point driving 3 hours back for their supposed "warranty." Now I will need to spend more money and time to fix a simple matter that should have been already fixed by these guys. Ridiculous.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE; DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLES OR YOUR MONEY. This repair shop grossly took advantage of my mother, who is a senior citizen, by having her prepay nearly $600 for repairs that were never done on her car. When my mother took her car to this shop, it was in working and running condition and only needed minor repairs, but after less than 24 hours in this shop's possession, my mother's car began to severely overheat to the point that the liquids under the hood were literally boiling over and by 9 pm on the same day she picked the car up from this shop, her car would not start at all. This mechanic refused to cover the towing cost to have my mother's car brought back to his shop and refuses to refund her money for the faulty workmanship. On top of the money she paid to this mechanic, she had to spend over $200 to have her car towed to a different repair shop. I am angry and truly appalled by the ineptitude of this shop and the utter disrespect they've shown to my nearly 70 year old mom. I have already submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and we will be taking this shop to court for keeping money they did not earn and for returning my mother's car to her in worse condition than when they received it. Save yourself and your family from a horrible experience by choosing a different place to have your vehicles serviced.

He overcharged me by at least 100 dollars. I had to get a fender liner replaced and he charged me 150 dollars for it. I found out that the fender liner was 40 dollars so I confronted him and asked him why he was charging me 100 dollars for a 20 minute job especially. His response was that the "tacts" that he was using to attach it are like 5 dollars each, and he's also charging me for labor. So he basically charged me 110 dollars in labor for a 20 minute job. Save your money and go to another repair shop.

I took my car there, even though it has a lot of problems, and ask to fix why my car would shut off when driving. They said they fixed it and kept hounding me to get new tires. Well at that time I had no money for tires, just money to fix my car. I took it to work on Saturday and low and behold my cat shut off agin, while driving, 95!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.Joe

Worst attitude ever! I stooped in for an oil change , there was one car being serviced and the guy told me it's about 10 minutes wait. During that 10 minutes a few other cars came for "bigger" job. When I went back to the register and ask if I could have my oil change, the guy pretended as if he never saw me and said "I can't help you". I pointed out it's he who told me to wait and I had been standing at the gas pump, he rudely interrupted me saying "why do you keep asking?" Please do yourself a favor and keep away from this dishonest business.

Purchased used tires from here today, along with front brakes for my Hyundai Sonata. $40 per tire (balancing and all), and only $130 for parts and labor for the front brakes. Service was excellent and the people were too. Highly recommended.

Shady business.. Do Not go there. i went there for state inspection, he took the car out for ride, i asked what for, he did not tell me anything. He did not even respond to any questions properly. RI inspection is done same car and no issues came out, but this guy says i have to change my front glass , fix my small dented bumper, many more and would charge additional 200 + manual labor,. He did not even check if the indicator lights are working. i asked where were the failure in the sheet that he gave me, he realized that he did not mark them and hurried took the paper out of my hand and marked them then.. definitely shade business..... NEVER go thrre.

I told the mechanic that I am hearing some noise from the rear wheel. He said he needs to do computer engine diagnostic test. I told him again that noise is coming from the wheel. He walked away from me mad saying he don't want to work with me. That is fine with me, a mechanic who is cheating me into getting compter test done to check the wheel is not a place where I like to get any work done.

Sung, rudest owner. I told him to test drive my car because there was a weird sound coming and he didn t even tell me what that was but just charged me for test drive. Price was okay but not a place to look back. Want to be insulted?? I would recommend this place. Worst!!!

Not bad service, very reliable and fast. I just wish they called when the work is done *they took my number for this purpose* and I m not sitting around waiting for hours on whether or not the work is done.

I visited to get the quote. He just looked at the car and reply so rudely that he can not fix the car. I have never seen such rude people in my life.
