My US Navy son researched and found Quality Auto Salvage for his replacement transmission. Customer Service was clear and professional on all phone communication. Email communication was less timely, but we did get all of our requested information within the timeframe. We purchased the long-term warranty as well.

This business is a SCAM! If I could give stars for worse business ever I would place them first. This is the worst place to do business with. They work out of a house, they are brokers, their parts are ordered from eBay, they do not have a warehouse and the policy for a refund is ridiculous and quite frankly fraud. I m filing a claim with BBB and several other agencies regarding this illegal scam run business.

I've always had a good experience here. Read some bad reviews. Let's be realistic, you're buying parts from a salvage yard. They don't ask the former owners to get into accidents that cater to YOUR parts needs. They get salvage cars and strip parts off. That's the risk you take buying salvage parts. Also, they don't have a heated garage for each one of their salvage cars, despite what you may believe. It rains and snow in Erie. That's why you pay $20 for a $180 part, or $600 for a $2500 part, etc. I've been buying parts here for at least 10 years, and have never been disappointed. They sold me a transmission that worked perfectly, and they installed it for considerably less than a garage. Saved me a wad of cash.

If I could give them no stars that's exactly what I would do.I ordered a transmission from this place and for more than a week consistently got the runaround. They told me they were shipping it and that they would email me the tracking number, which they didn't. I called and texted repeatedly for days to find out when the transmission would be shipped out. Finally someone contacted me and said the truck the transmission was on got into an accident *wink* and the transmission was damaged so they would have to send me a different transmission for an extra $300. I explained to them how I was not paying an additional $300 inasmuch as I did not have anything to do with the transmission being destroyed in an alleged accident. They told me they understood and they would contact me the next day about shipping out a replacement transmission. When they did contact me the next day I was told they had "good news" and they would only be charging me an extra $150 for the replacement transmission. Again I explained how that was not going to work for me and I was not going to pay any extra money. They said they would contact me the next morning to tell me how it could be resolved. I contacted them because I didn't feel like waiting around all day for them to maybe or maybe not call me and I was told they were out money too because of the truck being in an accident and a lot of parts getting damaged, like I'm fool enough to believe their carrier doesn't have insurance that would cover any sort of accident like that and compensate them for their loss. Again, that's still not my problem. I paid in full for the transmission the day that I ordered it. I explained to them at the onset time was of the essence because the person putting the transmission in the car was going to be going out of town for a month and I needed to have it as soon as possible. Finally they gave up and offered me a refund. When I asked them to put the refund through immediately they kept saying it would be an hour or two. As bad as they screwed up and they couldn't even offer to refund my money immediately? Absolutely unacceptable. All of it was unacceptable.I truly believe they never had a transmission for me in the first place, in spite of telling me they had three, and when they found one they used the opportunity to jack up the price but I wasn't going for it. Absolutely garbage company. I wish I would have read the Google reviews first because I see I'm not alone in this situation and this is the way that they treat customers consistently.

BEWARE OF THIS BROKERAGE SCAMMER BUSINESS!!!!!!!! I purchased a transmission and it needed to be returned Bowie Auto Clinic told me that it wasn t needed I called Patrick as the contact I was referred to customer service then told of the 25%restocking ok no problem then told additional shipping return of $700.00+$310.00 restocking which I was told I would receive a$81refund out of the $1221.00 that I paid initially.This business is a scam and a sham to all who allow this business their money and services there is no way I should be paying a shipping charge of $700 period.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS they are a fraud scam and have a scheme going on taking advantage of people who they think are weak to their schemes and get away with this behavior.I m following up with the BBB also along with attorney

It looks like I have to hire a lawyer to get my money back. They just scamed me. The motor I was buying was to have 71.000 miles .they sent me a motor with worn out heads, leaking oil. Rusted manifolds. Rusted coils. Now they don't won't to give me a refund or a new motor. It was guaranteed a 2 yearwarranty motor. I've been dealing with them for 3 months. They won't return your phone calls. But it took all of 3 minutes to collect my money off my card. Think of all the labor I have to pay the machanic for labor. I was warned but don't do business with this company. The owners name is Conrad. They don't care about the product they are sending their clients.

Ordered this part 8/30/22. Was initially quoted a price of $375.00 by BRANDON but when we decided to actually order the part, the price jumped to $400.00. Had to wait over a month to get the part. Upon closer inspection, THE ENTIRE PART WAS NOT SENT!!Have called and spoken with FRANK, CHRIS & PATRICK to no avail. Your phone number is programmed into their business so they automatically send you to voicemail. If I call from a different number, miraculously they pickup and just send you back to voicemail.They give you nothing but the run around when THEY ARE TOTALLY AT FAULT.I paid good money for an ENTIRE part and they sent a partial piece of junk.Don t be fooled by their empty promises. DON T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS they don t deliver as promised and their ads are misleading!!

Shipped tailgate without back up camera that I paid for and said it was in mint condition when it came with scratches and dents and the plastic piece on top was all broken and they refused to refund me any money or return the tailgate. Don t ever buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY from this company, they buy used parts from other scrap yards and ship to their customers, lie about the milage and condition. if you are a scrap yard, they will do a charge back on you. be very cautious on who you deal with! No stars and 100% negative review!

I bought an engine from them the said it would be delivered in three business days have kept there promise haven't gotten a tracking number or the delivery company name to find out when the engine will be delivered Im afraid of getting the engine after I've read some of the reviews I paid 1100 dollars for it hopefully it doesn't have any problems after it gets here with the milage it , supposed to be 71 k miles on it I'll contact the better business bureau if I have problems

Misrepresented the part. Slow shipping. 30 plus days from point of sale. Asked for a picture of the part. Told I was demanding. Would never purchase again. Door held up with piece of wood from pallet. Still waiting on refund. Told door was complete. It s not. The original pictures I was shown, door was perfect. This door is damaged. No inside panel. Was told that was there. You outright lied.12/30/2021. Please beware if you do business with this company. Totally dishonest. I would complain to the BBB, but you aren t a member and I can see why now. Disgraceful how you conduct your business.

The engine was a very good price based on other research and it included all the connectors so I was easy to install. The staff was accommodating when I had to change shipping a couple times. I will call them again when I need other parts.*****Change in star rating*****So I called them for more parts and they assured me that they had them. So far after about 5 months they have delivered 4 of 9 parts. They claim that some were lost in shipment to me. They have refunded me $150 out of the $1345 that I paid them. That does not even cover the pallet charge for the pallet I did not receive. No more calling QAS when I need parts. I may call them ANOTHER 50 times to try to get this last matter resolved.

I am one truly satisfied customer.I must admit I was a bit afraid of buying a transmission online, first i couldn't believe the price was so low and they provide free shipping. My sells rep assured me i was doing business with a reputable company and not to worry. He provided pictures of the transmission i was receiving. I got updates thru the entire process and tracking on the delivery. I would definitely do business with them again. Quality Auto Salvage gets 5 stars in from me!.

I was very pleased with the service I ve received from Quality Auto Salvage. I had the pleasure of speaking with a team member named Moses, I needed an engine for my 2011 Lincoln Navigator and I believe the going rate was around $2800 and Moses worked with me so patiently and offered the engine to me for $2400. From sales to shipping they ve kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Shipping information and tracking information was emailed ASAP, I couldn t have gotten a better deal and/or customer service elsewhere. Thanks again Quality Auto Salvage, and a special thanks to Moses in the sales department. Purchased engine on 3/4/23 and received it in less than 10 days. Great Experience and Excellent Job QAS

I was very disappointed with the company. I had to wait 3 weeks for my part. I paid for my part on a Monday then got a call on a Thursday telling me my part didn t ship because they didn t include shipping. They made me pay half for the shipping. After doing that. A week goes buy and still don t receive a tracking number or anything. So another week goes by and I had to call in to complain because I had no clue were my part was. The manger offered me $50 back which I haven t received and it s been two weeks. I finally got my part and had to pay my mechanic a storage fee because my part took so long to come.I wouldn t use them ever again super unorganized and unprofessional. If I had an option to give zero stars I would.

Called and spoke with Hanna about my Audi A4 2.0T quattro that needed a motor. Said she had one with 76k on it gave a price of $1750 paid it in full on 12/23/22 received a VW 2.0L on 1/11/23 obviously this is not the correct motor. They acknowledged the mistake and picked up the incorrect motor and today 1/25/23 the garage received the correct motor from a completely different company. I call the company only to find out that this motor was 40% less then what I paid and has 137k on it when I was told it had 76k. So since 1/11/23 I endured a garage storage fee of $75 per day. That is now at $1050.00 I spoke with Frank many times and got nothing but lied to. He did communicate well with me but was dishonest. I'm sending the motor back because I paid for a motor that is to have 76k and not 137k and my attorney is now handling this issue and I'm actually making a trip to the address provided on there site to get this matter resolved.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND ITS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND SCAM. I contacted my bank and they are reversing my purchase price and going after there company.
