If I could put more stars definitely I would! I applied for a car online and got approved on the same day. I went and picked up the car the same day! All of the staff were helpful and accomodating! Especially my handler named Ed! So when you go, make sure to ask for Ed. I would be recommending this place to anyone I know who is planning on buying a car. And next time I buy a car I will be buying here again.

A typical Dealership. Other comments mention a price jump when arriving to the dealership in person and this is true, they tried to up charge the vehicle I looked at by $2k and while this is a shady Salesmen technique, they will honor their online price with a little pushback. Shannon was a fantastic sales agent who was extremely friendly and attentive. I would recommend anyone who struggles with a typical Salesperson to request Shannon to handle your sale! She was a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable about the process while not being pushy. I began to have trouble when the shop did agreed upon repairs after the sale of the vehicle. They were to do buffing on existing scratches and replace the back molding strips on the door. Upon drop off I requested they call when the vehicle is ready for pick up. Over 2 hours later no call. I call them to find the vehicle was ready over an hour ago and that no one called me. When I arrived to get my vehicle I found they didn t do any buffing on the scratches, there was a oil smudge on the exterior of the car and the inside of the doors had multiple scratches and dents from when they installed the strips. This was extremely frustrating and it was difficult to get ahold of anyone who could explain the damages. They did a lazy job on the follow through and damaged my car during a simple installation. Horribly disappointed.

I was in the market for a Jaguar and had an amazing experience at National Motors! Particularly, Raafay was incredibly knowledgeable about the car I was looking for and made the entire car-buying process extremely smooth. He was patient, never pushy, and helped me find the perfect car. I highly recommend National Motors. Look for Raafay if you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable salesperson.

I came in to potentially buy a used car and the salesman, Ray was super helpful. I was not sure as to what automobile would fit my needs and he was able to address all of my concerns and present me with legitimate options. He was super thoughtful and thorough. I really liked working with him; he's a great salesman

In search of a new (to me) vehicle, I stumbled upon an SUV that I really liked and had never thought of looking into at National Motors. My salesperson Shawn was a delight to work with where he was informative, with great communication. I built a rapport with him where I was sold on him before the test drive. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle too and told Shawn to write it up. Unfortunately, his sales manager Luis came back to the table with numbers that added another $2k. He explained to me that is the cost for the inspection, new tires, etc. He carried an attitude with me that it s a take it or leave it numbers. Although I guess he felt he did me a favor by dropping $400 to even the final number. Having to ponder over it, I left and returned first thing Monday morning being cheerfully greeted by my salesman Shawn. I went to Shawn and asked if I could speak to Luis again because I did want this vehicle. In Shawn going to Luis table, I could see Luis grabbing his phone to call (what I hope) was another customer. Honestly, at that point I felt my business was no longer warranted and told Shawn I wished we could do business and left. Granted, I would easily give Shawn 5 , but my experience with trying to finalize the sale with Luis overshadowed that. The good news is that o did find the vehicle at another dealership for around the same cost.

Great dealership. I worked with the salesman Ray, and had a really great experience from start to finish. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars, especially the European vehicles. He sold me on my new Audi. Great place, would definitely recommend working with him.

My experience with National motors was outstanding. My sales rep, Alex, was awesome. He went above and beyond for me. He was very patient and honest. There were things on the vehicle that needed to be fixed. They fixed all the issues in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I m would recommend this dealership to everyone. Alex, and National motors you are amazing. Thank you for making this happen for me!!

Zero stars! Except the sales woman Alexis! She is wonderful! The unfortunate part is the manager of the dealership does not honor the price listed for the car. But instead as soon as you are ready to pay, he prints out a new paper and increases it!! He did to me in upwards of $4,000! No exaggeration. I test drove the car. They knew I was coming for the car. Literally ready to hand over cash money and he comes over and says "no, it's this much".... And then proceeds to tell me that he is putting it in the auction in a few days. Why would you?? And WHY Wouldn't you just take my $15K in CASH??? And what equally pissed me off is that Alexis lost out on the sale! She deserved it and did everything right as a sales person. She was not pushy. She was personable. She definitely sold that car and that manager took that moment away from all of us.

Niaz worked with us. The process was good until after we signed papers. At that time we were given one broken BMW key, on a 35k purchase we complained and were told they would provide another to us and to call back. We have now called 5 times and have been treated terrible. We are now taking the legal route. Wish I could give them a one star review.

The most horrible and useless car dealership I have ever bought a car from. The only thing this dealership care about is getting their cars off the lots. Meanwhile their warranty is a mess only 1 month warranty on their cars. If you chose to go up there be ready regardless of your credit score you will get a higher % rate. Personally I think they have contacts with these cheap financial institutions that approves car loans with Higher % so that they can get their cut. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them due to my experience with this dealership.

We called ahead to make sure it wasn t too busy and when we got there we were met by a gentleman named Jamil. We had only a small idea of what we were really wanting but he made the whole process seamless, easy to understand and so quick! Not at all like other dealerships we ve been to. We ll be back and plan on making sure everyone we know asks for Jamil.

This dealership had a used car I was interested in and they said they were waiting for parts for the suspension. I called them about 3 times a week to check in for over a month to see if the parts had been delivered and if they were installed, along with asking for an inspection report because they claim ""All our vehicles are Maryland State Inspected and come with a AutoCheck History Report." They stopped responding to me after about 2 weeks and also sent me to 3 different new salespeople over the course who never followed up more than once each. I was looking for a car I've wanted for years and was happy to have a project, but they genuinely stopped answering the phone and ghosted me until someone else bought it that probably asked less questions. I was excited to work with them but would never consider buying a car from them again.

This dealership is warm, clean and friendly. If you want to buy a nice car at a great price go see Muhammad. He made sure that I got what I wanted with what I was working with. Raised the price when I got there!!! I had an appointment based on a car gurus search. The dealer's website and cargurus both had the same price. I confirmed the price over the phone and when I got there two hours after the call , they added $2000 because it needed work. Ridiculous Never again...

I was discouraged about getting a car but I spoke to Pat on the phone who made me feel he could get me in a car. I came into the office and Pat and David stood on what they said. Not only did they get me in a car they got my APR very low. I was able to walk out of there with $1000 down. They rocked it!!! They are so awesome in here. Everybody is so nice and very eager to help. They are super easy to work with. And they made sure I left with a full tank of gas! If I could give them more them 5 stars I would give them 10!!!! I will recommend anyone to come here. Nobody had my back like National Motors.. Thank you Pat and David!!!

My experience with National Motors have been outstanding. They listen to our needs and wants. They treated us like family. We left feeling great about our deal. I would definitely recommend National Motors for your car needs.I am editing this remark at this time because, the dealer agreed to replace an item on my jeep I bought and send it to my home a month later and multiple text messages with our salesmen but still no product have been delivered. I still agree with what I wrote, although I would recommend to get everthing from them before you leave. It seems as though once they have the money they seem to not follow through. I am more then willing to reevaluate this review. It will depend on how this issue gets resolved. Still no resolve on my back window or the extra keys for my jeep. No return contact from them, so i have to adjust their rating.

Have to edit my review its been a bit disappointing after getting the car. Inside the car it's missing the driver and passenger side little mirrors. Cars had no windshield fluid. They were supposed to some repair on my passenger door. Made an appointment they had the wrong part. Still haven't heard from them. They clearly don't inspect all their cars before selling them.
