Awesome shop, quick appointments. Met with Adam, who was able to immediately get me in and install four new tires, mounted , balanced and an alignment. Service was excellent. I m not sure of the name of the mechanic, but he did an awesome job. Will be back for future service. Kudos to all. Thanks!

In the past it was a reliable place to repair old, or install new tires. Not any more. I had recently an early morning appointment. The place was supposed to open at 07:30am. Even at 08:05am nobody was there. I lost a day. I made another appointment for the following day. The new manager was quite rude and impolite. The manager was very irritated answering my questions on tire repair details. I never saw a shop treating the customer this way. I don't trust this place anymore. They are not punctual, very rude, impolite, their work ethics is not professional. With such lousy attitude, who knows how many corners they can cut during a repair. I will never return to this place and will never recommend this place to anyone else. I fixed my tire at a difference place, where every customer is valued and treated with respect, the place with a true professional ethics.

Ron was amazing during my whole visit. Very welcoming and made the wait short with good conversation! Definitely recommend you come here and have this guy and his crew help you out!

Been Getting my tires change here for the last 3years. For 2 tires I normally pay (3 something) & for 4 tires (6 something). Anyways I go yesterday and get a quote so I can get my tires change I was surprise to hear 4 tires now is $999, so I said bump it give me 2 which he quoted $6 something. Like the increase of price is WILDEEEEEEE !!!!! Not even that but I normally get 2 tires change with no issue, I have an AWD and the guy working the front refuse to change my tires unless I did all 4 bc according to him thread count but he never even checked my thread or looked at my car. I went to another Mr. Tire literally 5mins away the guy checked my thread count and said 2 tires are fine to change ur thread count isn t low. I NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH THIS LOCATION UNTIL YESTERDAY!!!

NEVER AGAIN! The service was terrible. The young unfriendly girl who says I just work at the front should find a new job. I asked for her to go over the services performed so I d know what I paid for, she did not. Said it would be on my invoice, she just works at the front . This was my first time at this place. I don t recall ever a time going to a vehicle service place and they didn t go over everything. There was no courtesy inspection performed, or a courtesy tire rotation from what I can tell. Both which are selling points to draw you in. I ll never again patronize a Mr. Tire.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Unprofessional manager at the desk, if he is actually a manager? He wouldn't speak, just ate chips and licked his fingers. I walked in and said hello to him, he ignored me and kept eating chips and licking fingers and stared at me. I said hello again, he never said a word. Told him unprofessional, disgusted and I left. Took my business to a professional tire place. I have given this place a try in the past and always get bad service.

Made appointment over phone 2 days in advance at their suggested time for tire rotation. Arrived 15 minutes early. Manager stated "you're early". After 1 hour (45 minutes past appointment time), car was still in front of store. Only 1 other car was in lot. Asked for keys back and left. Manager stated "I'm new to this store" and "they're really slow today". I had been customer for more than 10 years and today will be my last visit there.

Made an appt for 9am and no one was here. Waste of gas and time.Will update if we ever receive service. Update:Someone arrived at 9:20 just as we were about to leave. He ignored us and went inside. I wanted to give him time to open up shop so we waited outside. The Open sign wasn t even turned out yet. After he pulled a car out of the garage, he finally acknowledged us by asking if he could help us with something. We told him we had an appt and he said ok and went inside. We followed him and a call came in. He decided the call was more important so we had to wait about another 10 min before being assisted.We had an appt and also there were no cars when we left. It took about 2 hours for my alignment and oil change. The alignment was only done because I recently got new tires but now my car is pulling right. Will need to go back and I m not looking forward to it.If we re going based off of first impressions, I would not recommend this location whatsoever.

I work at a local car dealership Bumble Auto here in Ellicott City and when we are backed up and need help with anything tire or alignment related, I come see Adam and the team here at Mr. Tire. Super awesome dude who goes above and beyond to make sure not only OUR customers are taken care of, but we can operate our business smoother

The manager, Ron, is a professional. He makes the customer feel comfortable dropping off your car at Mr Tire.Mechanics were very friendly and knowledge!WILL BE COMING BACK FOR SURE!

I called in and was treated so unprofessionally on the phone that I switched my appointment to the Mr. Tire near Dobbin road. I didn t get the guy s name who answered the call but he seemed annoyed to be answering the phone. Go somewhere else, these guys don t deserve your business

The Manager Nathan & The Lead Technician Desta Were Honestly Two of the Most Understanding people I ve met. I had a leak in my power steering hose after getting a power steering fluid change at this location. So I brought my truck in and they found the leak, fixed it, and got me back on the road with no leak!A big thanks to you Nathan & Desta Seriously!

We had a flat tire about 4 miles away on a Sunday and got to Mr. Tire on our spare. We were going from MD to OH so we needed our tire fixed right away. We were back in the road within an hour.Great service!!!

Very flexible scheduling staff was very professional and understanding. They also pay close attention to detail when dealing with your automotive issues on my way there to my 9:00 appointment my tire gave out. As you can see in the picture below it was more than on its last leg. I was able to reschedule before the end of the day and also identify that my tires had dry Rot. Staff at Mr tire is friendly and patient the waiting area is super clean and nice almost like a living room at home with basic cable to get TV lol

Had an appt at 10 for breaks, it s almost 2pm and I m just now leaving. They took my vehicle back took everything off and then realized they didn t have the parts in stock. Why wouldn t you check for parts before tearing down? Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

My wife took her car here for a new tire due to a flat. They decided to also change the tire pressure sensor as well and charge extra for it. When confronted about the unauthorized work they would only refund labor. There is no excuse for doing work without authorization. Their fix for this was the bare minimum and still unacceptable.

The General Manager Nate initially answered the phone when I called with some questions. He sounded knowledgeable and sincere, so we gave them a shot... Heck I just needed a convenient tire patch. After they inspected my car and gave me a thorough synopsis, I felt completely comfortable trusting them with the additional work.The confidence and drive of everyone we encountered soothed our fears. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Tire Ellicott City to anyone who needs great tires or more. Honesty and hardwork are still appreciated here, and thank goodness.
