They had the exact right used car for us at a great price. Even though we live about 3,000 miles away from them, the process of buying the car couldn't have been easier. They accepted our offer without a bunch of back and forth and they were able to get us financed at a rate better than our local credit union. The whole process was wrapped up over the phone, text, and email within a matter of hours. The car has since arrived and is in excellent condition. We love the car and would 100% buy from Sonya and the rest of the team there.

Updated 4/2/24: Been a regular customer for over 6 years, but no more. Used to be a very efficient service operation, but here lately, not so much. I had an 8am appointment for routine service. I made the appointment early to ensure there were no conflicts with afternoon child pickup. The vehicle sat for 5.5 hours with no service performed. I had to just go pick it up without the service so I could get on with the rest of my day. Been a routine experience as of late. The front office service folks are solid, very respectful and helpful, but it doesn t seem like this place is staffed effectively with service techs. I don t expect the service to always start exactly at my scheduled appointment time, but 5.5 hours without even starting is a bit much. Time to find another place.

I recently took a trip in from out of town. I was very excited that this dealership was not only able to give me a rough idea of my trades before driving 3 plus hours, but also stocked a very nice assortment of colors and vehicles.I found their location to be blended in-between other dealerships almost missing them for the turn in.Apon arrival they greeted myself and my wife at the door even held it open for us. we had a small chat introducing ourselves and key members of the team also introduced themselves to us.The sales associate Chris Hall and the Sales Manager Renard Bowser came over and spoke with us on what we were looking for and if the trip was pleasant. after a short exchange of formalities, they realized we were the people speaking to them on the phone about a trade etc., that's when we got down to business.during this process Chris and Renard seemed to work in tandem. I felt as though the process was very transparent and fair. Both men did a great job of communicating with us and ultimately, I left with a new 2024 truck. during the process with determining final trade value etc. we were also introduced to the general manager Luis, also a very nice person. honestly my experience here was great I felt we got a good value on our 2 trades, I felt very comfortable that this was a win-win deal. in the past I would have sat at a dealership for an entire day trying to haggle, here I was able to get a deal and get everything written up in about 4 hrs., don't forget we also had several (2) trades and out of town tags etc.I was told they recently had a change of ownership; this would also be a great source of interest to those looking at older reviews.all in, I would absolutely recommend them and will strongly consider buying a work vehicle from them in the future.Great job Jim Coleman Nissan!!!

We just bought a new car from here and the whole process was pleasant. The sales managers honored their promised price even our preferred color car MSRP was a little higher than offered one. Ms Leonardo was very professional, patient and friendly. She made a lot of efforts in introducing the car, helping us look for the car we wanted and test drive the car, preparing the car, etc. We really appreciate her and the great sales team! Thank you!

I had a very good experience while purchasing my vehicle. The general sales manager Lani made sure I understood everything about the process. I can't forget about Geanny, she's the sales lady that attend me since day 1, she kept promising me that I will get approved for the car, even though I wanted a cheaper car at first but I got approved for a brand new vehicle. Amazing service center with incredibly helpful staff. There are plenty of good reviews here and it was what made the decision to come here when my EV battery died. The sales staff were super helpful when service was closed and helped me navigate getting my car dropped off.Service staff were great and Sean even brought me to my car and I was able to talk to the foreman about what was going on with my car and what the plan was. It was not going to be an easy fix and was thankfully covered under the manufacturer warranty. They made sure to provide me with a service car and made sure I was next in line when it was available.Sean in service was amazingly friendly and helpful and even remembered me every time I came in even though it had only been a few times.I'm so relieved to have found a service center that is so good especially for an EV that can't be serviced in most places.

DeMarcus Anthony went the extra mile to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted from a sister dealership. He was super helpful in explaining how to use some of the technology features. DeMarcus was easy to work with and pleasant throughout the experience. Overall the experience was smooth and relaxed. I never felt pressured or stressed.

DeAndre was very professional with me and helped me with every step of the process. Avis was also kind and helpful they were working as a team and very knowledgeable. Buying a new car from this dealership is probably the worst experience I have had in over 50 years of buying new cars. They are incompetent, unresponsive, and couldn't care less, once they have your money. This attitude goes from the sales floor all the way to the general manager. The promise of calling you back, following up, or just simply making the customer whole or happy is foreign to them. Perhaps the dealership thinks that over $2000 is a small amount to hold on to for over 45 days without reason, but to the average person it is not. Moreover, charging a $500 fee for processing the registration when the customer does all the work is just another way of taking advantage of a customer. The owners of the Jim Coleman dealerships should be ashamed of Ellicott City Nissan and I for one will never return for service or sales.

Great experience! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Sean was the one helping me. I couldn t find my wheel lock key and took it to get a replacement but they were able to find the key to my wheel lock and saved me some time and money. Highly recommend and would visit again the next time I need work done!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service itself and the customer service offered to me. I have a 2013 Altima and expected to be upsold, brushed off a little and maybe even charged astronomically. None of that happened. In particular, Grant was extremely cautious and empathetic when it came time to review the estimates provided by the technician. I d requested front brakes to be repaired, but the technician found they were actually in great shape. Instead of doing the work anyway because I requested it, Grant made sure to communicate this fact to me and saved me nearly $1000 from the brakes alone. Since I have an older model, I will definitely return to Jim Coleman Nissan for any major repairs and KNOW the job is done right the first time!

She greeted me promptly when I arrived, went over the list of services that would be provided, and even helped me get the aftermarket parts that I was looking for. I came in today wanted to trade in my Nissan Altima. I was concern about going to this dealership because I was doing it alone and I didn't know anything about cars, financing. However Mohammed and Danielle took very good care of me. First off Mohammed, Shout out to him for taking his time, explaining the process, the up and down size value. He also explore all the options that I had available. Mohammed was very kind and professional, wasn't sugarcoating. The hard part, the finance department, this was where I was really concern because I didn't have the greatest credit so I wasn't sure if I was going get approve with the vehicle I wanted(Its not Bad and its Respectable lol ) like Mohammed, Danielle was very Thorough, Professional working very hard get a deal with the finance company and everything went Smooth. Danielle took her time and explain the cost, what was needed and thoroughly explained all the warranties that came with the new vehicle. The whole dealership vibe was positive and authentic..All the staff members were smiling and help assisted Mohammed and Danielle in helping me transitioning from my old vehicle to the new one. I just want to say when it comes to customer service, Avis that works in the service department is your go-to girl! Everytime I call, I immediately ask for her. She kept me updated with all of my repairs and costs, She understood my frustration when it came to certain things, and was very relatable. Her mechanic that works late (I don t know his name) but he went above and beyond to make sure my truck was thoroughly checked with a fine toothed comb! I highly recommend this location! It s a bit pricey for some things but worth the service. Just be patient and they will take care of you.

WORST CAR SERVICE YOU CAN EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO!They don t know what they are doing and I am currently fixing many issues that Nissan Ellicott city has caused to my car.For example I got an alignment done at Nissan service center in December 2023, ever since I left the dealership my car has been going downhill ever since, pulling way too hard either direction, and tires squealing when I go around roundabouts.I am currently at another dealership in April 2024 (that knows what they are doing) getting another alignment and they said my tires are wearing severely on the inside due to a bad alignment job and I ll need new tires soon. My tires are only a year old and I don t drive that much! Mechanic said the specs were way off from the last mechanic at Nissan. Not to mention I shouldn t even be getting an alignment this close together.If they can t do a simple alignment correctly, what other problems are they causing for youI had my maintenance package switched to another dealership so I can assure my car is actually taken care of.DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!

Cannot say more positive things about the Service department! I have been here three times in the last two months for oil changes and a nail in the tire, I had a fantastic experience each time. Sean was amazing. Had our car towed the night before and dropped off at the dealership. Sean called the next morning. Assured me that they would find the problem and that the best technician would be working on my car.He updated me throughout the day. By afternoon called and told me what they discovered, explained everything completely, asked permission to move forward on the repair, gave me estimated time when work would be completed. The work was completed according to his timeline. Best customer care ever. Kudos to you Sean. You deserve a raise!

This was my first time buying a car. This dealership was great and honest.
