First time going to this location. It's in a nook so you might pass by it or get lost trying to actually find it. However the guys there were nice. My son, who is autistic, was mildly interested in knowing where the engine of the car was and what it looked like. A gentleman politely asked if it was okay and showed him under the hood. I couldn't be more moved by the act of kindness and simply a human act. Though my son may not remember anything that was said I will remember how we were treated. It's the little gestures that sometimes make the most impact on us. Seeing him take interest in something other than what he has a hyper focus on was thrilling, the gentleman who showed him and answered all his questions...I'm thankful for your generosity.

Best Jiffy Lube experience I have ever had. Friendly courteous and fast . I was trying to get my oil change at Goodyear but I ended up at the wrong one. Called to let them know I was coming(4pm appt) the guy on the phone basically told me I was going to have to wait. What is the point of making an appointment?

Great Service. They didn't pressure me into purchasing services I didn't need. They did notice a squeaky brake and brought it to my attention. I'll be back the next time I need their services. Well done.

First off, Dwayne is awesome sauce! I had my son bring my car in for an oil change and turns out I didn t need one! He did catch that my light was out and he replaced that. His honesty will definitely have our family coming back!

Visited Jiffy Lube on 06March2024 and was nearly railroaded in to a costly oil change. No price list on the approach to the service bays, and once in they drop your oil before you have registered and received a price. They tried to hit me with you can only use synthetic oil despite my owner s manual clearly showing conventional oil recommendations. I refused and they put in some lesser grade to get me out the door. Avoid this type of fraudulent upsales at all costs. Subaru manual - SAE viscosity No. and applicable temperatureYour vehicle is designed to use 5W-30 conventional motor oil

Was in and out in a hurry and they didnt try to sell me more than what i asked for.Some Jiffy Lubes are like a stripper trying to get drinks. I drive by a Jiffy Lube to get to this one

Some of the most kind employees I have ever met! I came in for an oil change and they walked me through all of the different things that could have stopped my car from passing inspection! Very thorough and educated me on what types of maintenance were required! My plate light was off and it turned back on while they were fixing it! They were such genuine and funny employees! I will definitely be returning when I am in need of anything car related!

I had a great experience here getting my oil changed. I've never been to a Jiffy Lube before and I'm a little wary of chains, but they were fantastic here. They were kind, professional, helpful, and honest. I didn't feel pressured at all to make particular choices or have additional services done. They also were super quick, I was probably there for only 20 minutes. I went midday on a weekday, but I imagine at that pace the wait wouldn't be terribly long at peak times either. I really recommend this location.

I would have originally gave a one star review, but Dwayne turned it around. The gentleman that greeted me was incredibly rude and condescending. Thankfully, they have other people that work there that actually have good customer service skills!! Thank-you Dwayne!!

Everyone has always been very friendly and they got me in and out quickly. The waiting room was standard for cleanliness which one would expect for a service facility. Oil change and rotation completed without issue. Price is on par with other quick change centers and not much more than the dealer while being much faster. Look for coupons. Definitely recommend this Jiffy location

Staff was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Fully masked at all times (Jan 2021).Manager showed me what was recommended at my mileage and I asked if I could take a minute to run those recommendations by my business partner who knows a lot more about cars. No problem, no pressure. I spoke with partner and he said everything sounds good. So we did the recommended work and they had me outta there in no time.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I go here basically only for oil changes (convenience & documentation). The staff is friendly, the service has been consistent & quick. A small few of the sales team presses for upselling work, but they'll relent if you decline.

3/16/23 at the Ellicott City, MD location. I arrived at 8am to request an oil change. My vehicle was taken in and they began to prepare. Shortly after, I was told that the oil filter for my vehicle was not in stock. Disappointed, I left and began my drive home; I live approximately 140 miles from this location. As I pulled into my neighborhood, my Check Engine light illuminated. I parked the vehicle and immediately noticed the oil covering both sides of my vehicle. I opened the engine compartment and oil rained down on my head. Your service center had failed to replace my gas cap. I was thus stuck >140 miles away from my gas cap, on a BMW which uses a proprietary cap that cannot be obtained locally, as I also live >100 miles from the nearest BMW center. This alone clearly presents a burden - but the majority of my complaint stems from how this was handled. Rarely in my life have I been treated so poorly by a corporation's management. I spoke with multiple people, including a District Manger who I believe was named Greg or similar. When I initially called the service center, they immediately knew who I was. They had recognized the gas cap being left as soon as I left the center, but waited for me to call them, despite having my information in the system (I did not provide my full name when calling, as soon as I said my first name, they knew my details). I was allowed to drive >140 miles without a gas cap because they couldn't be bothered to call the customer and let them know what had occurred. Through several conversations with management, I was told the following: (1) You are too far away for us to deliver the cap to you (makes some sense). (2) That I should drive the car to the Hagerstown, MD location and have the oil replaced. They did not mention how I was supposed to drive a vehicle with the check engine light on and no gas cap the ~70 miles I am from this center, nor did they explain how the gas cap would get the ~70 miles from their shop to Hagerstown to be replaced. (3) After I refused to drive the car ~70 miles to have oil replaced, they suggested that I have the car towed. They would not commit to paying the tow fee however, and again stated they had no way of actually getting the gas cap to Hagerstown. (4) I requested that the gas cap be overnighted to my address, and they initially refused. Throughout, they acted as if I was the one who had created the problem. (5) After multiple discussions, a curt and rude District Manager agreed to ship my gas cap overnight. Although leaving me without a driveable vehicle for 24 hours, this was the best option. He did text a tracking number and called to let me know - I sensed that he did not feel the solution was appropriate, and that he was aggravated to be dealing with the problem at all. -- SO: My vehicle was driven while spewing oil to the point where the Check Engine light is on. This could have been avoided by calling me to let me know they had left the cap off. My vehicle is covered in oil and needs to be washed (outside and engine compartment). I have to add oil that I purchased earlier myself, because I can't drive the vehicle without adding oil to get another oil change. What could have been a simple oil change has become a nightmare, costing me money (car wash, personally purchased oil, etc) and on top of that, I must now worry about the health of my engine after driving with an oil level unacceptably low.Service: Oil change

Great experience - It was my first time and the team was amazing! I picked the location because of the high rating reviews and they absolutely showed it.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - I gave the honest opportunity to up sale because I m moving and they did not take advantage and gave true and honest advice on what was needed for my car.I also heard them talking to other customers in such a respectful way and making sure they understood their needs and requests. The guys there are great, and iI feel that I am appreciated as a customer at this location. They go above and beyond, and value my time. Great experience. Everyone from start to finish was polite and professional. Service was fast and they even let me know I could find promotional coupons online to save $10 before I checked out. When I was leaving one of the gentleman working on the cars even ran over to open the door and say thank you. I thought it was so thoughtful and definitely would come again.

People there are very friendly and respectful. I felt very comfortable and the service was done quickly. To be honest i was a little surprised, i'm not used to having such a good experience at any sort of automotive service place. The guys who helped me this morning were very friendly and professional. They caught that I needed a fuel injection service! Really grateful for these guys. No wait time either! (Thursday around lunchtime). I will be back, I feel confident they are doing the right things to keep me driving.
