JR is my fave. Prices are high but you get what you pay for. Most of my service is done by Infiniti and they stand by their work.

Great customer service goes a long way! It s best practice to value customers' time, have a pleasant disposition & provide knowledgeable & resourceful resources. Sherwin not only exemplifies all of those traits but takes the extra step to exceed expectations. Even though I called in for something unrelated, he went above board to assist & made me feel seen & heard. He was very helpful & quite knowledgeable leading me to believe he had my interest at heart. I appreciate the time spent addressing my concerns & I thank you for the sound advice. All the best X

Absolutely loved the high quality of service at JBA Infiniti. We were given a great price, outstanding service and a beautiful QX60. Can t say enough good things about James (General Manager) and his team of professionals. Big bonus We we re in and out in less than 2 hours! 5 stars!!!

Charged $500 for a diagnostic. Then tried to charge me $8000 for cats and that wasn t even the problem. Took it to another shop all it need was spark plugs.
