The Sales and Finance team over at JBA are exceptional.. In February 2024, I began searching for a Infiniti QX50/QX60, my first stop was JBA. Once on the lot I was immediately approached by Saheed Akinso, who accompanied me on my test drive of both vehicles. Saheed provided intricate details on the vehicles without me having to ask, sharing all of the features. Thorough and knowledgeable is how he presented. Fast forward to this past weekend when I was ready to purchase I called my Sales consultant Saheed. He and Phil Williams (Sales Manager) once again made my visit seamless and enjoyable, Everything about the transaction was transparent and met my needs. The Finance Manger Brandon closed the deal quickly sending me home in time for dinner (meaning I wasn t there all day). This team of men are top tier and I d recommend anyone in the market for a new Infiniti to visit JBA. I felt well taken care of, I also know I received a good deal alongside exceptional customer service.I m so in love with my new car.Thanks Team JBA

Fast Friendly service. Amazing staff. I got a flat tire on run-flats - it was my 1st flat with these type of tires & I had no idea what to do. I called my Sales rep, Mr. Turner & he explained the type of tires & milage I could drive with them. JR has been my service rep since 2011- he is the best!!!

The representative, Mr. Jordan Lee, was particularly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, my car was unexpectedly cleaned, which was a pleasant surprise. I went in for an oil change. The service was excellent, fast and much cheaper than where I normally have my truck serviced! The techs even reset my gages without me asking. The customer service was top notch and the waiting area was clean and inviting. I will be using their services going forward.

I receive my reminder for my service appointment. this is my first , Infinity Q 50 , I really love this car. The service was really fast. They even wash and vacuumed my car and I really appreciate that. I look forward to my next service appointment. They really treated me well.

David is Service is amazing! I'm giving the five stars based on his customer service alone! Everytime I come I'm for service, he takes time to explain exactly what is needed and what needs to be done. And he doesn't try to up-charge like some service ppl done. I totally would recommend him to others.

Yesterday, I had a great experience purchasing my QX50Sagan Banderas was very patient in listening to my request and concerns.He trusted the process and made me feel comfortable in trusting him and Mr. Phil Williams. Mr. Williams was very professional and knowledgeable while explaining in detail each step.This experience was not a all day process. If I could give 0 stars I would.** Beware **My encounter with J.B.A. Infiniti was beyond disappointing, despite their assurance to apply the diagnostic cost to the repair, they callously refused and went back in their word at the time of payment, and upon leaving I still had the same unresolved car issues. No fix. Their failure to honor their word of applying the diagnosis cost to the repair job intensified the experience of having my money taken without the promised repair service.The management and technician showcased an appalling level of carelessness and rudeness, reinforcing the overall shady impression. To add insult to injury, their so-called repair job proved utterly incompetent, underscoring a shocking lack of skill in their repair services. I paid for repair services that were never properly fixed, I had the same EXACT issue upon the drive home from the shop. The issue was left completely unresolved. I was bluntly ripped off.** DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE **

I called several places on a Friday and JBA was the only one that not only answered right away but assured me over the phone that they knew what the issue was and the solution could be implemented the same day. Wonderful customer service and work done!

My buying experience was a pleasant one, especially with my Sales Consultant, Sagan Banderas who was very professional and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the QX60. I was very impressed. This enabled me to make a decision between the QX60 and an Audi Q7 that I almost purchased. I ultimately made the decision to purchase new, the QX60 Autograph version, mainly due to the warranty and the premium maintenance care package. Thanks to the help of the Sales Manager, Phil Williams who also was instrumental in assisting with my decision. When you are purchasing an expensive vehicle, you want to work with the best, someone who can provide you details about your purchase. Thanks to working with a phenomenal team, Sagan & Phil! I'm somewhat bias because my family already have a QX80 that we absolutely love. We needed a smaller, seven seater and the QX60 meets the criteria. You can't go wrong with either one!

I went to jba to get three new tires under a tire and wheel warrenty that I had. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket by the warrenty company. When I got there I was told I would have to pay 50 dollars a tire as an overage. I let Byron know I would come back. Due to my work schedule I came back sat afternoon. I was told nobody knew what was going and Byron was off. I was also told that they couldn't help if they wanted to due to them not having the tires in stock. I went to infiniti in Timonium i was able to get all three tires with no appointment, and did not have to pay any overage for the same warrenty.

Unhelpful, lack true customer service, nickel and dime customers; staff clearly don t like their jobs and do not try to assist customers above doing the very bare minimum/ required. I always put off going to this dealership because I have never left there feeling valued or satisfied.After the staff member advised me to call the warranty manufacturer, I did and the agent on the phone advised me that there's nothing they can do even though it expired one day ago, but the dealership is the administrator of the warranty and it's at their discretion whether they want to do anything to push through a complimentary service to help customers in this type of scenario, it's clear they do not.

Nice, clean, and customer service was great.Area of improvement: Either don't offer the web pay or when customer does web pay not have the inconvenience of an additional 30 minute with the Cashier waiting on paperwork.

My service guy, JR, is always great, thorough and timely in keeping me updated on my car s status, what it needs and how long it ll take before the work is done. Service can be pricey but that s to be expected of a lux/near luxury brand and they offer loaner cars for jobs that ll take more than a few hours. The bathroom is clean as is the customer lounge.

At the moment one star is the grade I ll give JBA infinity JBA collision. I had work done on my G37 left front wheel steering system from an accident. Four months later am hearing noise from the left wheel, I take the vehicle back to the collision place. The service guy and my self drove the vehicle around so he can hear the noise, which he stated the bushom is bad. I go on vacation from the 21to the 24. Return to learn they didn t work on my car. JBA collision refer me to JBA infinity. I received my car back on the 6 and they stated they replaced the sway links, on the 7th I was still hearing the noise. I returned to the dealer that Monday and they said they will call me to bring my car back. The problem is the bushom and the dealership nerve call me back to fix the issue. By the way my insurance company paid the bill. Now the problem is still there and I can t afford the cost to repair the issue when the insurance company issues a check to replace the bushom. NOT KOOL JBA Infinity and JBA collision

My visit at JBA Infiniti on Monday morning went just like all my visits there, - excellent! JR, my service advisor, was as informative and professional as he always is. I left the dealership satisfied because I was sure that my automobile had been serviced professionally and properly. This is all I ask. I purchased my QX-80 in July 2019, and JBA Infiniti is the only service department that has ever serviced it

The most lovely car buying experience I've ever had! Charles went above and beyond to help us out from the moment we stepped foot on the lot, even down to figuring out the insurance.
