My salesperson (Quinn) and finance manager was nice and helpful. However, at this point I believe I was sold a lemon! The car shop that they work with is awful as well. Originally, when I purchased the car I was told that the brakes had to be fixed. The following week the same issue occurred with the vehicle. Which means the issue was never resolved!Following that issue, I had a problem with the coolant. I took the vehicle to the shop that they partner with and they told me that the issue was resolved! However, it was NEVER resolved AGAIN. I had to take the vehicle to the shop 3 TIMES to resolve the same issue which was the coolant leaking out of the engine! Finally, the issue is fixed after days in the shop each time in which I had to get the car towed once and physically bring the car there 2x!Now, the vehicle has an issue with the wheel! At this point, I am not sure if any of the car issues was ever resolved because this vehicle has been in the shop more days than I have owned it! I am HIGHLY upset with the experience between the purchase of the vehicle down to the shop that is servicing their vehicles under "warranty" which I have still came out of pocket over $1000.

I can t say enough about this wonderful organization. Every team member i met (Mark, Rob and Ron) treated me with kindness and professionalism. i was shown car loan rates from several of the banks they work with... and managed to get me a 2.75% loan because of my high credit score. And the selection across their four locations is crazy. with the micro-chip shortage and the lousy selection at new lots... check out all they have to offer like I did! this 2019 Honda HR-V Sport is fantastic!!

The customer service was excellent. From the general manager to the sales representative. The salesman went up and beyond to see me happy with my vehicle. The prices of the car to the quality of the vehicle was excellent. Same day went to another dealership and I m not gone say the name but they didn t treat as they wanted to sell me there vehicle. It s was there way or know way. He told me he turn a guy away for $100 bucks. SMH Hi Lo auto sales didn t put any pressure on me far as getting there vehicle. They was patient with me and made sure I made it home safe. Thanks again Hi Lo auto sales.

Update: I've been driving my 2016 CRV for about 2 months now with my long commute to work and it's been very solid - no issues at all. I am happy with my purchase. Couple of my family members have also driven it and all have great things to say about the ride.I had a great experience buying my first SUV here a week ago. Quinn, hands-down made this process very comfortable for me. He was very personable, transparent, no pressure, helped me a lot with answering all of my thousands of questions lol and he has a great sense of humor. Honestly it felt like I was buying a car from an old time friend/neighbor. I think that's the best way to put it. Overall the vibe with the other staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed. Hi Lo Auto Sales has my recommendation and if you're thinking of going here to purchase your car, ask for Quinn! He'll take care of you. Cheers.

got my car 60 days ago!3 problems I mentioned while buying the car!They did some temporary fixes and handed it over !I still have the exact same issues with the car very disappointing!

Fantastic experience, and I absolutely hate buying cars. I knew what car I wanted before I arrived, and Ronald had the car ready when I arrived. He was super nice, no pressure, and super efficient. We were in and out with our chosen car, on agreeable terms, in less than 90 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I am so happy I picked this place to get my new car! Quinn is amazing, I absolutely loved working with him. From the very beginning he made me feel more than welcomed, worked with me for weeks and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Daquan, incredible! Even thought he was not my salesman he was there to help along the way. Mike is the best no question. The guys at the front also amazing. Everyone is just so happy, I ve never been to a dealership with this kind of energy. I felt so comfortable with these guys. Thank you all so much!!!

I think Quinn was great, he was friendly, very polite etc. He was a pleasure to do business with. As well as the whole group of guys were all very nice and do their best to get you into the vehicle you want. GOOD LUCK! GREAT STAFF!!!!! Nice cars, trucks, SUV's etc. overall it was worth the wait!!

Beware of the monopoly mailing. It may look like you won. Then you have to drive in. I drove in twice. The flier claimed they were open Saturday until 8 pm and no one was there. There was a 1 in 30,000 chance we won. Of course, we didn't. Waste of gas, time and deception. If they deceive in a game mailing to all of us, I can't trust them with my car business. This is NOT a fun game for people in financial and medical crisis, who are overworked and short on time ~ in an economy with ridiculous inflation. It's just another way to inflict suffering on the public.

Got my kiddos riding luxery now. Thanks Rick! The girls love the space in the new truck. My parents also thank you for the quick service. We weren't stuck at the dealer for hours and hours.Update: My truck is still at the Cadillac dealership getting fixed. Been having issues since a week after I bought it. Warranty I bought here wont cover some of the repairs so I'm down $700 and counting. Make sure you really pay attention to the vehicles when you test drive. After you buy they're no longer willing to help.

SPECTACULAR! Every single dealer needs to copy and paste these guys. Amazing service. Even gave my toddler a beach ball as we could play kick ball in the main floor while paperwork was being finalized.They took care of my car I sold to them and when I saw it for sale the next week, it was for a fair price! No gouging here and they sell quality vehicles.Love love love.

I have never been so well taken care of in buying a car. And I've had several cars in my almost 75 years. Ron took the time to carefully explain everything I needed to know about the car & the process of getting the paperwork done. Such a well mannered nice man who made me feel at ease as we talked. My phone kept losing charge & he was very concerned about me driving so far to get home ( almost 2 hours) without my phone working. He even cared enough to call me to be sure I got home safely.. Wow! what agent does that. He so blessed me.Mike, another nice & friendly agent went above & beyond the normal to be sure I was able to take my car the same day. I already know other dealerships would not have done what he had done. What a blessing.DaQuan with his bubbly smile and talking with me as though I were someone he had known for a long time. Boy the blessings kept going on & on. Tia with her compassionate voice made me feel special in the way she communicated with me.I thank John for the part he played in helping to make my dream come true. And whoever got my car ready did an amazing job cleaning it up. Went to look at a Camaro, bought the camaro.Went to sign the paperwork, they snuck in a extended warranty. I should had review my paperwork. And the only reason, I didn't. Is that we didnt discuss and extended warranty.Nice salesman. But, I will probably never buy here again. Plus there was other issues as well. But, just check your paperwork before signing.Dealership are just Dealership, not your friends.

Husband came to my work and surprised me by saying the owner hands down is THE Nicest person who will help you with all his means possible to get you in a car as well as telling me to not go any other place but here if I'm wanting a different car of my own later. I just bought my Infiniti QX60 and I couldn t have had a better experience! Ronald was my sales person and he not only ensured that all of my questions regarding the car buying process were answered but he also was very personable and completely honest. My husband fell ill and was admitted into the hospital the day I was supposed to come back with the check from my bank and the guys showed actual concern for his recovery and Ron even called me the day after I bought the car to check on my husband s status. John (the manager) was very friendly and didn t mind assisting with my concerns, he even shared a few laughs with us. The vehicle had two scuff marks that really bothered me but even though they were small and it was a used car, John got me scheduled for the detail guy to have them removed. I also met Mike while going through the document signing and he was also very friendly and pleasant. I also spoke to Daquan on two occasions and even though it was just over the phone, he also had a good attitude. Service department. were friendly and did a wonderful job on my car. I can t say enough about this place and how exceptional their customer service was to me. If you couldn t tell from the book report I wrote on this review, this is the only place you should be going when looking to purchase your next vehicle!
