Best customer service!! They have high tables and chairs with power so you can work while you wait. It's clean and rather quiet due to the layout. LOTS of shopping and food places within walking distance if you don't want to wait in the customer area or if you have errands to run. Ask for Eric.

Have been going to Goodyear for over a decade. They have always been outstanding. They meet their commitments and the service is outstanding. We have been particularly impressed with Chris the service manager who is terrific to work with. Chris , Ken and Michelle have been great making sure they apply all the coupons and discounts to help reduce the price. Thanks

This place never disappoints! My husband s car needed an oil change and the Service Manager, Ken and Tech, Chris, were so professional, helpful and treated us like family. They always do a wonderful job and keep us up to date to things to keep an eye, or ear, out for without giving you the feeling that they are trying to upsell. Just good honest people looking out for you! The world needs more of those! When my car needs to go into get its oil changed, I will certainly be asking for them again!

I had a flashing check engine light issue while traveling from out of state. I couldn t get my vehicle looked at or repaired as it was Saturday night when the issue occurred. So, I took a chance going to the Ellicott City location first thing Sunday morning, as it was one of the few service centers open on Sundays. Despite being told that they were one mechanic down and booked with appointments throughout the day, Eric and his team were able to squeeze in diagnosing and servicing my car while handling their existing appointments and got me back on the road that afternoon. I appreciated the great customer service I received and highly recommend this Goodyear location!

The service I have received at The Good Year in Ellicott City is beyond commendable. The staff are very thorough and knowledgeable professionals, that offer the best advice. I have trusted the mechanics for over eight years to repair and maintain my Ford F150. The customer service personnel are kind and very pleasant.

I have been a customer at The Goodyear store # 0269 for years.I recently had a flat tire . The store took care of ordering my new replacement tire. I was contacted when the tire came in so the flat tire could be replaced.I responded to the store and the work was completed quickly.Ms. Michelle was my service writer; she has always been polite and courteous on all the accusations I have been there for service.While I was in the store waiting in line, she was assisting a non English speaking individual. I observed her to be very patient and professional through out the contact with customer.I have been to other stores and customer service has been subpar at best.Ms Michelle keep up the good work!

They took me in late in the day after a scheduling conflict with another nearby Goodyear location. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options for repair. Picked up my vehicle the following day and it runs excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The ellicott city, md location is the best goodyear location that i have ever visited. Michele is professional and friendly, always taking the time to assist. While waiting for my vehicle, i have observed her dealing with challenging customers with patience and professionalism. I definitely reccommend this location to anyone for their tire and auto repair needs.

I absolutely love to get my services and my tires from Goodyear, I am always greeted and treated with respect, I feel like the service manager always gives me excellent recommendations and Brian has always been able to accommodate my requests and have my truck back to me at the promised finished service time. Needless to say, but if anyone I know ever needs work done on their vehicle this is the first place I recommend getting it checked out.

I dropped off my 02 Honda Civic for a few minor repairs right before Christmas and wow !! I was super impressed with the professionalism of the service manager, he was kind, patient and knowledgeable. The mechanics did a fantastic job servicing my vehicle .

I am SO disappointed in the customer service and experience provided by Goodyear in Ellicott City off Rt 40.I went in to patch the flat tire and was recommended that I needed new tires due to the condition of the tires (dry rot) which I agreed with considering the age of the tires. I normally go to Costco for my tire purchases, but wanted to try a local merchant, and I went ahead with the replacement, but I guess I won t make that mistake EVER again.A couple of things that will keep me from ever considering this merchant again.* Misquoting the rebate amount the salesperson misquoted the rebate amount for the tires purchased. I was fine that a mistake was made, but the fact that he was ready to wrap up the transaction as is until I asked him what he was going to do to rectify the mistake lacked any level of honesty or accountability.* Once I get in the car after the service, the elbow rest was a mess (see picture), and in the many years I purchased new tires, have I received tires looking this sloppy. (see pictures) Sure, this is an older car on steel wheels, but the fact that you let your work go out of your garage looking like this tells me the lack of care about the customers or the work you do.* & to add insult to injury, same day that the work was done, I drove the car for about 10-15 miles, and the TPMS starts to flash and goes off. I return to the shop and they inform me that the sensor is broken, which hard to believe as the sensor was working fine when the car was dropped off (I was able to get the sensor light off after refilling the tire to correct pressure) and all they offered was to give me an estimate on replacement TPMS Sensor.Considering all of the experiences above to this point in time, I refuse to spend any more money ot time with this business, and I made an appointment with another TRUSTED local mechanic to fix what is needed.

Had an issue with another company lying to me about services they said they provided me but actually didn't. I was alerted to this by this store and am grateful to them for their honesty. I will be returning to this store for my future automotive needs!

I was passing through the DC area when I had a problem with an under carriage plastic guard. I needed to get back to Wisconsin that day and was concerned that I might have significant delays in getting into a mechanic or getting parts. Eric at the front counter was so kind and accommodating. He got me in right away and the mechanic Devin fixed the problem in less than an hour. Their professionalism and generosity was much appreciated! Good folk.

I ve been to the Catonsville location multiple times, so I decided to try this location out yesterday. Price was good, included free tire rotation. Waited about an hour and a half which I expected. However, they only did tire pressure in 3 of my 4 tires so my vehicle was very off balanced after leaving. I ended up having to go to Jiffy Lube who fixed it for me. 3 were set at 35 like I requested, the other was at 31. Haven t had an issue since Jiffy Lube fixed it yesterday so I know for a fact they neglected that tire. Please pay more attention to the vehicle you re working on, this made me not want to ever come back to this location.

My appointment was honored which is very important, nothing more upsetting then making an appropriate and walk-ins service before you. I was in and out for an 1 and half for 4 tire installs, check-in and check out. Good work still holding up and I purchased the warranty just in case. Very happy customer

The gentleman made me feel welcome when I arrived during my wait I said to myself I'll be coming back here up until the lady (Michelle)rang me up she throw my key throb on the counter then throw the paper on the counter that rubbed me the wrong way and I will not be coming back there sorry

Went for a free diagnostic because my car is having an oil leak and engine problems. I just wanted the problem identified first and then if they could fix it, I would have been fine with that. I was scheduled to pick up the car 3 hours after dropping it off, but it wasn t ready until right before close. When I went in, they regurgitated what I had told them about the vehicle oil leak and probably engine damage and basically told me to take it somewhere else. Note: they didn t even identify the source of the oil leak, nor what the issue with the engine was. I was charged $100 for them to not to anything and returned to find my steering wheel cover had been torn and there was a little trash in my seat. Very unprofessional.

Said there was an issue with my vehicle. It was going to cost over $3000 to fix it there while my mechanic looked at it and fixed it for less then 500. Good service for tire. Called them with a flat and they replaced my tires same day. Would not do any other work then changing tires.
